I bought these to augment my cardio workouts at home. They are really solidly built and very smooth to operate. I've had knock off adjustable weights - and let's just say it is not fun when a plate falls on your foot. These go from 10-90 lbs, so they aren't small. In fact, some of your movements might need to be adjusted a bit if you're used to regular weights. The size has not effected any range of motion thus far. The one gripe I have is the grip on the weight. When using a heavy weight it can dig into the palms a bit aggressively. However, if you're going high weights, you might be using gloves anyway - and then it isn't an issue.

Works great. While the dumbbells work great the handle grip portion can be slippery. Not a big issue as I will wrap with tape but bowflex should make the handles rougher all the way around or use similar grips as the 552 dumbbells. I look forward to using them more.

No more mess with plates everywhere and nomore swapping out plates. Conveinent and easy to use, seems very well made as well.

Great to use for all kinds of workouts. Just be careful not to drop and it gets a bit stuck if you put it in at an angle but nothing more than a 5 second correction needed.base is made of plastic so ill see how long that stays good

This is perfect for my boyfriend. I have the ones that go from 5lbs to 20lbs. Which are too light for a man. He liked the ease of these that go up or down on weight with just a turn of the knob

I got this because my 552 Select-tech set didn’t go high enough for a few exercises. The improvements from those to this are apparent immediately! Easy click selection, solid grip and it slides into the stand so easily!

Great dumbells. I got their last pair. If you ever feel sad, just lift weights. Soon I'll be strong enough to defeat abstract concepts like time and God, the mortal coil and the Ancient Evil. Special thanks to Best Buy for stocking these fine instruments so I could avoid the scalpers.

This is the best addition for any GYM enthusiast. You might think it twice due to the hefty price but I train with a gym partner and using this has shaved solid 30 min off in our daily routines as the setting was dramatically reduced. Time is so precious that seem relatively little investment to get this time to do what you want. Also you can buy it in monthly payments no interest in 18 months so this is cheaper than any gym

Great for mixed workouts. Ease of use is good. Sometimes need to switch between exercises on the fly and it is fast enough to have a continues workout.

You truly do not need any other workout equipment. You can do everything with these! They are amazing!
