This was a recent purchase prompted by the old previous hand mixer's passing into small appliance heaven. Never had dough hooks before, they work better than beaters. So if and when making dough, such as for cinnamon rolls, they worked well, easy to clean up. Have to pay attention to the insert holes for beaters and hooks they are specific not universal.
