HORRIBLE MACHINE

Owned for 7 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.It's been nearly 8 months since I purchased this machine and about 3 weeks it started making a lot more noise than usual and the first troubling sign was when it started overflowing the milk or it just didn't froth the milk correctly or it wouldn't heat the milk at all. And now for the last 2 weeks it continues to leak water despite the fact that I have rigorously fallowed all cleaning instructions as required from the moment I started using this machine. For these reasons I cannot under any circumstances recommend this primitive noisy machine that costs over $850 but performs like a $50 machine.

Its convinient, easy to use and well designed to last a lifetime. Ive been making all kinds of coffee drinks and cocktails with it. Definitely happy with this purchase. Also mine did come with the nespresso intro pack, but ive heard if it doesnt. You can contact nespresso and they can give you the trials.

Setup and registration was simple through the Nespresso app. Love that the pods are recyclable through the company.

Fairly simple to use but you should read the directions for tips on how to use this product. Glad we made the purchase and use it daily. 30% of the cost of buying lattes from Starbucks. If you drink specialty coffees, it’s a great purchase.

Not worth it, broken and returned.

Did some research and learned there were issues with the milk sensor. Check it out online. Also coffee wasnt how and there wasnt an option to increase

Top Notch Coffee, BUT

It really is a great machine, providing a fantastic coffee plus the separate ability to provide Hot Water (unlike the Creatista Plus). The coffee is delicious and reasonably priced. The BUT is the fact that Nespresso sold to Nestle and the largest shareholder is BLACKROCK. What a shame and a sham.
