I have purchased ink cartridges from here before so this was just a simple transaction to me. Unfortunately when I installed my new cartridges the reading were already low. I took them out, shook them up, reinstalled them and it still read low. I was, to say the least, very disappointed! I did not try to return them because I did not want the possibility of going around in circles with customer service explaining that these were new and not my old ones. The ink that is in there prints well though! "I would recommend this to a friend" only because I think this may be a random incident.

Even though I rarely print in color, the Brother printer still uses the color ink. Apparently, every time the printer or scanner is used, it takes some of the color ink, even though you only print in black. It doesn't make much sense, but I guess that is how Brother designed it so they can sell more ink.

With the way that my Brother printer does the cleaning cycles ( wasting ink ) I'm lucky to get half the pages stated. Would definitely buy another brand of printer if possible so you could get better ink usage.

The ink cartridges run out of ink way too fast....

So, you get what you pay for here. I don't know if I ever got close to the pages that it says it gives you. It actually dries out faster, needed replacement every 3 months.

Quality is fine but it is very expensive for the value u get. Some colors run out before the others and u end up having to replace all. Very wasteful.

My order was delayed a number of times. When I received my cartridges the boxes were smashed. Thankfully they were still working The problem is that the store no longer Carrie’s an older printer ink in stock

Average ink with really poor lasting power. I never print color, yet somehow I'm always having to change my colored inks. Maybe there's something I don't understand about how the ink works? Anyway, it's annoying and expensive.

When you load this ink in to the printer it has to run the cleaning process at least 6 times before it starts to print in color. By that time the ink monitor shows only half the ink left. So before I even print 1 page half the ink already done!

It seems that these cartridges are always running low on ink. Not just the black but all three colors too. I would probably try a different printer manufacturer when we replace this unit.

I still haven't receive my order. Best Buy promised I would receive my order by the Aug.12th. Its Now September 4th and I still have no order. I am not happy.

I hate having to purchase all three colors in one package. They don’t all need to be replaced at the same time. I always have at least one that carries over to the next purchase.

I’m upset because in 1 testing color, print 5 page and just used black, the Yellow and the Magenta ink finish, that is crazy. Purchased day 4/16/20

These color inks always get clogged. Have to use the clean function almost every three days which cause it to run out really fast.

There's not much to say about this product and requiring a minimum characters is the worst part about the review.

This three pack of printer ink actually costs a few cents more than buying the three inks individually. What's wrong with this picture?

The ink doesnt last long. Doesnt print near the amount of pages it says. Also, If you dont print frequently it dries out.

If you don’t print within a three month time they just dry out
