I bought this printer recently however it did not arrive the day it was suppose to. Keep in mind this was on December 24 which I understood and didnt mind. However the printer actually got lost in transit and I had to get a new printer shipped to me after I gave a call to Best Buy explaining the situation. This printer has been great for my uses although a bit pricey for what I need. I only use this printer to print but it can fax, scan, copy. The issue I have with this printer is using the buttons on it. The printer would show add new paper prompt and i either select yes or no. But when I add more paper into the printer, I cant select yes or no. The printer doesnt register any of the buttons I press. I dont mind because i dont use the printer for anything more than printing. Also I use my pc to print or do anything I need to do on my printer so I dont mind. Just gets a bit irritaing

If you looking for a simple black and white all in one this definitely is a solid printer to recommend for beginners. It took some getting the hang of but once you connect to the internet and download the app it’s a simple task you can control all on your phone and or printer. Fax scan copy print condense to pdf etc. it’s really a great printer for a decent price.

I moved from an Epson - ECO printer to this Brother-All in One because I realized that I have been primarily printing B/W documents with a need for quick response. The printer is Energy Star, (so I'm still energy/earth friendly), it has multiple trays to allow for direct feeds, or automatic and multi-size paper. I like the WIFI option to reduce excess cords. Although I'm not using the fax feature, at this time, I like knowing it is available for later. Finally, it is compact and quiet. Not to mention the single light, when not in use, so it can be found in the evening; but would not keep a guest awake, it resting in my spare room/office space.

After a lifetime with canon inkjets and thousands of dollars worth of ink, my wife and I decided to upgrade to a laser. It had to be an all-in-one machine that had fax capabilities. I know that there are other ways to handle faxing, but to my mind, it's easiest to use a printer with built-in fax. So why buy a laser and why not by another Canon since I had such great luck with their inkjets? Foremost was the cost of ink cartridges. Lasers have proven to be far more economical than inkjets. Secondly, after doing some research, it appears that Brother is currently making a slightly more reliable product than Canon. But we shall see. So, this Brother 2710 had all the feature we wanted, it is a top consumer magazine's best buy, it was on sale and I had several BB reward certificates, so we pulled the trigger. No regrets so far but your mileage may vary.

This is my second Brother printer. I switched to a laser printer from ink jet because I was tired of paying a fortune for the ink. I realized that 99% of my needs were for B&W copies and decided to ditch my ink chugging printer and switch to laser. I had that Brother for almost 10 years before upgrading my computer then deciding it was time to upgrade the printer too. I like the fact that this one also has a scanner and a copier (and a fax, but don't really need it). The other feature I like is the ability to print legal size. The only slight bummer was having to call Brother tech support to help me set it up. I spoke to some guy living far away who treated me with total contempt. I have NEVER been treated this way by a customer service rep. He repeatedly sighed when I could not immediately follow his directions, then scolded me when I pushed the wrong button and had to start again. He was a real jerk. At any rate, the fact that they offer this service is a big plus as many companies don't. Perhaps you won't need help, in which case I'm sure your experience will be 100% great.

Pretty solid printer and fax. Actually can use for months after it says replace drum, so wish it were a little more 'honest' with pricey parts. Probably too many choices on set up for regular people- me. Should be set for the basic on opening.

Excellent print fax copy and scan capabilities. I have the total office at home. No need to go to ups store or fed ex store when you can do all you need with this printer. It’s also wireless hot dang I can print from my iPhone. I’m hooked. Great product!

It works great. I’m still in the learning curve. I’m not sure. I know how to fax and scan but I have instructions and I love it.

To date, I have used the copy, scan, fax and automatic feeder functions...they all work perfectly. The printer is very quiet and easy to use...I am very happy with this purchase.

Excellent fax copier and scanner machine it does everything I need

My friend and I were looking to purchase a new printer at a decent price and came across Brothers in which he owned this brand before so it was our hope to stick with this brand. I did the setup which took no more than 30 minutes. He loves the fact that you can print from your phone since it's wireless and also have the capability to use it as a fax. Overall, great printer!

Got this printer to help integrate my dad's needs for working from home and its been working great for this month since we've bought it. Having the fax feature is a big benefit for his business as well as the scanning feature. Setting up the wireless printing functionality took some time to connect to our Chromebook laptops but, since then its been working fantastically. I generally find Brother printers to be superior to all others iv had in the past (hp and espon)

This is a powerful printer! Solidly built and a workhorse for my home office. It has fax, scan and copy capabilities. It was easy to set up and it is everything I needed in a printer. It is a black and white printer, but I rarely need to print things in color, so it is perfect for my needs. Highly recommend it!

The Geek Squad came out and set this up for me and walked me through the most important features. there's lots of bang for your buck with this printer - not only does it fax and scan - you can reduce and enlarge and print double-sided. All features I can us.

Good printer with scan, copy and fax functions. Easy to work with. If including the USB printing cable, it could be easier for some people quick setup without wifi router closer.

We bought this Brother Wireless Black and white All-in-One Laser Printer, which is black, for our small business. It is absolutely great! Printer and scanner! It is also a fax machine if you want a phone line.

I did not need a color printer, this brother was ideal just what I needed. Perfect If you did a feeder and a fax plus copier this is ideal
