    Thought the cafe line would have been quality. Bottom freezer has ice and frost build up all over the freezer pull out after only having the Fridge for less than 90 days. Drops ice on the wood floor every time you open the freezer. Also has freezing air constantly coming out of ice dispenser on door. Has condensation on outside of the door above ice dispenser.

We recommend that you clear the frost using a plastic spatula and towel, then check to ensure that no food packages or containers are preventing the freezer door from closing. Check the refrigerator control panel to ensure the door alarm is on.     This refrigerator is great so far! It’s been easy to use and having Best Buy install it was a plus. The temps seem perfect. The coffee maker has an extra device and step versus a stand alone. It works great but we opt to use a stand alone k-cup brewer. We like our new refrigerator so far with no complaints. Best Buy made a difference in our experience and we recommend them. Like so many things today, it was a little expensive.

    I love the look, the shelf space and the hot water feature with keurig! And it also has plenty of room in the bottom freezer.

    Within one week, we had to go back to Best Buy to complain about the refrigerator leaking on the door with Keurig and ice dispenser. When we would open the door it would pour out on the floor. The immediately said, we will get you a new one and ordered the new one. I love it otherwise and hoping this was just a fluke. It is so nice to not have to fill the Keurig reservoir as the water feeds directly into the fridge. The freezer keeps our ice cream hard which the problem with old fridge. Would have given 5 stars if not for the inconvenience of having to switch out yet another fridge.

    DO NOT BUY THIS FRIDGE!

    After about 6 months the fridge began leaking water from the freezer drawer. After several defrosts and removing ice build-up, we called in a warranty claim. They came out and snipped some drain line and said this would fix the issue. The problem persisted and of course we are out of warranty now. The unit leaks so much it has destroyed the wood floors below the unit and the adjacent trim was destroyed and we found mold behind it after removal. There is always condensation in the fridge and freezer. No matter how full the unit is.

    Love the color! It's very easy to find things since the shelves are not deep, but wide. So easy to find items in vegetables drawers too. Storage on doors have plenty of room. Ice maker/water dispenser works great. Haven't hooked up to Wi-fi yet. Hot water and keurig works fine but does take some time dispersing.

    The model number I ordered was CYE22up2MS!. The refrigerator model number sent to me was CYE22up2mcs1. The difference is no colored LED lights at the drawers and noisy compressor. GE told me that the colored LED lights at the drawers were introduced 2-3 years ago. The handle had the Cafe copper badge which suggested this is a 2019 model. Something smells fishy here. Requested another refrigerator. WIll be delivered in 3 weeks.

    Don’t trust Best Buy’s Delivery Dates when you buy

    This is a Best Buy review, not a product review. At the time of purchase the delivery date was in mid-November. Next it was reset to early December. Then, changed to December 17th. Now it is January 7th. What are we to believe? Can Best Buy deliver the desired product?

    I am not a heavy coffee drinker but I couldn’t resist getting a refrigerator with a Keurig attachment. Not only can I do coffee I can also do hot cocoa. Lots of space. Great color with chrome handles. Looks great in my white kitchen.

    Refrigerator it self is fine, however the coffee feature is horrible. Not happy the way the whole unit moves when you open the freezer door. Will be going to Best Buy soon to pick out a replacement. The unit itself is rather noisy, quite annoying.

If the unit it self seems wobbly when you open the bottom freezer, you can check the leveling legs beneath the unit to make sure that it is securely in place.     GE PROFILE PYE22PSKGSS SKU HH511967. This refrigerator from the beginning was Ylo más i is a problem. GE does not accept responsibility for seizing, motor noises water comes out of dispenser from time to time. ice has to be removed every week otherwise it sticks, vegetable section turns to ice. if one buys something from this category of refrigerator it is to have products and not have problems with cheap things. Geek team have treated are fulfilled with coming to repair but it is frustrating to have them every month. GE DID NOT HAVE A GOOD PRODUCT WITH THIS SKU AN MODEL. what bothers me the most is that Best buy does not attend to these problems and they do not help the buyer.

    So much to love about the Cafe Fridge with Keurig

    Have had the black matte fridge with hot water and Keurig for 3 years and it is still the best appliance, 2nd to the Cafe double oven with the 6 burners. The fridge has excellent cooling which keeps produce fresh much longer than my previous Samsung fridge. The counter depth is perfect and I can find things easily with the glass shelves and clear drawers. Love the different light options for the meat drawer. Also, the hot water/Keurig dispenser is the BEST!! Guests are always amazed how our fridge can make a cup of coffee! But great for cooking when you need hot water for bouillon for a recipe, sauce, whatever. It's a good trade for the pot filler I didn't get over my range - much more useful. We use the hot water feature every day, multiple times per day. The freezer is convenient and allows you to organize with the sliding divider. So much to love about this fridge. And no finger prints on the body or the brushed nickel handles. Love Love Love!!
