the ink quality may be great but it does not last a long time. I print out a paper and draft every month and the ink only lasts a 3 months. this situation may be different for everyone. I am just tired of paying $60 every time.

Sorry I can’t report good news here but.... You know how it is when you run out of ink at the absolute worst time EVER and you thought you had ample back stock, right? It sux!! I ordered, because I was in that sitch and was told I had a few points to use (yah), and it would be here in 24 hours! Not only did it not make it in 24, it wasn’t until the next week!!! CS had trouble with their words !! but did not charge me for the order! Upon receipt, I used it once and then it wouldn’t print anything but lines! Followed all printer instructs, and then had to soak them in water, let them dry, (yawn), and I’ll try again. Bummer all the way around !! Thanks so much for everything!

What’s in stock is always missing the small black. Just as easy to order from Amazon. They are eating you alive, one bite at a time.

It is usually cheaper to purchase ink for my Canon printer as a pack! This works for me.

It seems to everyone in my family that every time we need to print a page with our canon printer I need to run out to Best Buy and spend another $65.00 for a box of ink cartridges. Its usually Magenta or Cyan that runs out and I have never been able to get the printer to print a simple black & white document with just black ink! Great product if you only need to print 1 document a month.

Had wife pick up and was sorely disappointed. Ink dried out and would not allow my printer to print shipping labels correctly. Paid $70 for nothing. Very disappointed don't have time to chase down retailers and correct their selling errors. Will never make purchase from Best buy again.

There is no sense in having two black ink tanks. Also, if one cartridge runs out you can't print anything. The product is far too expensive. I've since moved on the an Epson printer. I would encourage everyone to stay away from printers that use these cartridges.

Way to expensive and doesn’t come with all the colors/ cartridges needed. Office Depot brand is much cheaper and comes with all of them.

The ink colors and quality are poor. The cartridges run out took quickly and are extremely expensive to replace. The print comes out too wet and takes time to dry even on quality paper.

Naughty model. Sell printers cheap, and lock "customers" into repeated price gouging on cartridge pricing. To add insult to injury, they don't last?!

Too expensive for the limited number of copies. My cannon machine spends more ink cleaning jets than actual printing.

I am very happy with the products I have purchased. The staff has always been very helpful and knowledgeable.

Rediculous price for as long as they last. They sell the printers cheap and gouge on the ink cartridge
