Single. Worst. Large Purchase. I have ever made. Bar none. Wonderful when it works the way it's supposed to, but it works the way its supposed to only 30-40% of the time. Always a crap shoot whether any of the functions will work on the first try. Or the third. Or the fifth. Usually, by the sixth. Usually. Sometimes prints right away. Sometimes after 3-5 minutes, or when it feels like it. Or not at all until cycled on and off. And on and off and on and off and on and off and..... Eventually, I am going to replace it, then take it out to some parking lot and replay that scene from Office Space where they destroy the printer. Unlikely that will do anything but create more performance problems, but it will feel good. Until then, just keep trying and trying and trying until it eventually does what it says it can do. Should have bought an HP or an Epson. Uggh!
