Look before ordering & opening

Owned for 7 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I know that it's a great game from my friends playing it; however, I have an XBOX S not an X so I can't play it. I could have sworn I bought the X/S version so I can play it on my S and in the distant future on an X. Since I immediately opened it and put it in my XBOX, just for it to tell me it's not compatible, I couldn't return it. I know that I should have looked before opening it, but, I wish they would have allowed me to return it. It's just taking up space and not being used. I can't afford to upgrade to the X. A bunch of Sadness.

Does not work with series S

After online research it stated that it works with x/s however this is an actual disk and the S system does not play discs. I wish this was made clear. Im not a gamer just a mom getting a Christmas gift that was a bust.

Don’t but it!!

Went home to download it and the game was not compatible with my XBox. All my other games says “Xbox 1 x” and I can play them. Come to find out this game was made with cross capabilities. But how am I supposed to know that. I went to return the game and I was informed I couldn’t return it. Now I am out $75. My Xbox is a couple years old with no issues. So why would I go purchase one if the newer generations. End result. Your policies on returning games is obnoxious. I am out $75 with no care from Best Buy. Congratulations you have lost a customer. I will never purchase anything from this company ever again. In closing I have an unused and unusable game for sale. $75 firm.
