We bought this ice maker from costway store and it only worked once - since then, it stops making ice after first 10-12 pieces but keeps making noise as if is working but all it is doing is increasing your electricity bill. We bought costway brand microwave as well on same day and it simply never worked. This company’s tech support is almost non existent - email support sent me some video to try repairing myself but that did not work either. Please stay away from this brand and don’t throw away your money on their unreliable and unusable profucts.

Needed an ice maker since my fridge didn’t have one built in. Makes a cups worth of ice in about 5 minute. Definitely not the most solid ice. Melts with the same 5 minutes lol but a cold drink is a cold drink. Ice maker recommend using spring water. I’ve used tap and spring and it really depends on your taste. Overall it gets the job done. Also make sure to check up on it as fresh ice can get stuck and through off the sensor. This is perfect for a small counter space!

Don't buy this product. Stop working after 4 months. BB doesn't stand buy the product they sell.

I have never had to have an ice maker, always had one in the refrigerator. So, I took a shot on this one, and it is FANTASTIC, FAST and so EASY! I am still trying to find the screen that fastens in the bottom of the ice maker, it would be very helpful if I could order a few of these.

I needed to replace an older ice maker and the self cleaning option got my attention, but I should have known better than buying cheap. I’ve been trying to make ice for hours and made 6 cubes/bullets. Only 2 of prongs working barely. I’ll be returning.
