I love this Crockpot Express! Keep in mind the box is huge but the product itself fits well on the counter with the pressure cooker lid. The racks can be kept in the pot and the crisper lid easily stored. There are so many ways to cook with this product you will find yourself using it almost every day! There is the Crisper/Air fryer for a quick grilled or healthy fried meal, the slow cooker for a nice slow cooked meal and of course the pressure cooker. There are traditional and pressure cooker function keys by type of meal and there's a saute function so you can brown meat and saute vegetables truly making this a one pot wonder. Easy to use and clean up is a breeze. This is one of my best purchases yet!

Cooks super fast, didn't think it will be big enough because it was replacing a 10qt Elite platinum but it is enough for all my bone-in cuts of meat. You must read and understand the usage instructions for you to enjoy this pressure cooker, e.g you don't need a cover for almost every button on the left panel. This pressure cooker has a modern built and looks very good on the kitchen counter. Clean up is a breeze. Best buy has the best price and I received it the next day! Puts Amazon Prime delivery to shame.

First of all I can't describe how much id a life saver this little number has been. Don't get it mistaken by when I say little, this baby is HUGE! You'd better have plenty of counter or cabinet space because you're going to need it. I've cooked Ribs, chicken, veggies, salmon I mean the possibilities are endless. I love the airfryer feature which my kids like using often. Clean-up is always a breeze after using, the nonstick tub is awesome as nothing ever gets stuck on and hard to get off. The only bad thing I would say about this pot is the pressure cooker setting. When using this feature and you want to check the food it takes an insane amount of time to open the valve and release the steam. You can't unlock the top for about 5 minutes, trust me I know this is a precaution but does it really need to take that long I can see about 1 minute and then you're good to proceed to open. Also after opening, you have to start the timer all the way back over if you need to finish cooking.

This went on sale and we couldn't pass it up. It works really well as an air fryer, slow cooker, and pressure cooker. If you follow the instructions, the air fryer feature works fine and is convenient. Pictured are some chicken wings that we pressure cooked first and then air fried. Works better that way in my opinion. Also coating them with butter helps in the browning. I noticed in some other comments that some people tried using it to make fried chicken. Not a good idea, so please DO NOT coat chicken with raw batter and try to make fried chicken, you need a fryer with oil for something like that.

This has been the BEST kitchen appliance purchase I've ever made(and I have too many..). With 3 kids, jobs, household chores - this makes life so much easier. We use it about 2-3 a week. Food comes out amazing everytime, whether you are slow cooking, pressure cooking, using the crisper or one of the many other options you have!

The first thing you realize when you get the Crock-Pot 8-Qt. Express Crock Programmable Slow Cooker and Pressure Cooker is the size. This is not a product for the meek or anyone who has limited storage space. The positive aspect to this is the many uses this product allows. It's a pressure cooker, slow cooker, convection oven and air fryer. This is my second pressure cooker and other than making rice or hard boiling eggs, I’m not that experienced with this cooking style yet. I tried some of the recipes in the included booklet. This was my only disappointment. Using the Crock-Pot 8-Qt. Express Crock Programmable Slow Cooker and Pressure Cooker is fairly straightforward right out of the box and it worked as expected every time. It heats up and builds pressure fairly quickly. The pressure release was a little slower than expected though I assume this for safety reasons and to help prevent burns. The cooker comes with two wire racks, one has silicone feet on it and the other is a reversible, two-level rack. It was only after reading the instruction manual that I realized the smaller rack was not a cooking rack but the browning top cooling stand. I can tell you it works well as both. I was able to prepare a whole chicken from start to finish in just over 45 minutes, including browning the outside. A five pound chicken fit in the pot with plenty of room to spare. I followed the recipe in the book for this dish and the chicken came out beautifully, however it was pretty much tasteless. This is not the fault of the cooker. Like all recipes, they need to be adapted to your cooking style. For the chicken, I will try a brine next time. The rubbed seasonings didn't have time to permeate the bird. Next I made the Macaroni and Cheese recipe. It was nice not having to rinse the pasta but next time i'll reduce the cooking time by a couple of minutes as following the recipe, the noodles came out a bit softer than we like. The browning top worked great crisping the bread crumbs. I will also change the cheeses from the recipe to achieve a bolder taste. One pot spaghetti and meat sauce worked well and so did a pork roast with kraut. Using it as an air fryer worked well also. Frozen fries and chicken nuggets came out crispy and nice. My only complaint here is I wish the front shield of the crisping lid had a glass front to be able to see the products. You have to remove the lid to check on the doneness or simply rely on time. When using the crisping lid, the unit automatically chooses the proper setting, all you need to select is low or high temp and time. Low is set to 350 and high is 400 degrees. Clean up is simple due to the teflon coated bowl. Other than the size and finding a place to store the Crock-Pot 8-Qt. Express Crock Programmable Slow Cooker and Pressure Cooker, there isn't anything I don't like about it yet. I look forward to continued experimentation to add variety of meals and menus to my life. Yes, I would recommend this to anyone who has the space to store it.

---- Summary ---- Pros: - All-in-one solution for meals - Time-saving and convenient - Tasty results - Easy to use - Reliable - Nonstick cooking pot - Helpful owner’s manual - Recipe book included Cons: - None ---- Review ---- Design: In the box are the Crock-Pot unit, removable cooking pot, crisping lid, pressure lid, reversible cooking rack, crisping lid cooling rack, a plastic spoon, the power cord, owner’s manual, and a small recipe book. With an eight quart capacity and many different cooking options built into it, the Crock-Pot Express Crock Slow Cooker with Crisping Lid is a large unit that requires quite a bit of space for storage, but the benefit of the size is the ability to feed 10+ people if needed. There is a lot of room to work with and many different options clearly labeled on the front control panel. Swapping between the pressure lid and the crisping lid is simple. For the pressure lid, it just twists into place, and there are lock/unlock symbols on the front to assist with ensuring that the lid is safely locked in place before starting to cook. The crisping lid, on the other hand, just rests atop the handles on the left and right sides of the unit. There are flaps atop each handle that must be opened before setting the crisping lid on top. On one handle are prongs that connect to the crisping lid, which is how it gets power. Condensation produced while cooking is collected in a small container attached to the back. On the front, the control panel is organized by “Traditional” options on the left, which include brown/sear, sauté, slow cook, simmer, yogurt, keep warm, and air fry/crisp. On the right are “Pressure” options, which include meat/stew, poultry, beans/chili, soup/broth, rice/grains, dessert, and steam. In the middle is the display screen, and several buttons, including time selection, temp pressure (to select “Low” or “High), manual pressure, delay timer, and start/stop. The overall design is straightforward and user friendly. I appreciate that there is not much of a learning curve to operate this Crock-Pot. For me, I just had to do some reading online and in the included recipe book to learn how to cook certain meals. The cooking pot is non-stick, so it is easy to clean, and the unit itself seems durable while also appealing with the stainless steel finish. Features & Performance: The standout feature of this Crock-Pot is that it is an all-in-one appliance. Not only does it pressure cook, but it also steams, sautés, slow cooks, browns/sears, and even air fries. Just about anything for any meal from appetizers to desserts can be made in this Crock-Pot, and all of the cooking methods perform equally well. There are some great recipes in the included recipe book that are a good starting point for learning what the Crock-Pot Express Crock Slow Cooker is capable of. My wife and I have a busy lifestyle, so this all-in-one solution to meals is a big help. Many of our favorite meals can be cooked quicker in this, compared to traditional cooking methods. They also turn out tastier. Additionally, I have found that it helps us cook healthier meals. For example, we like to meal prep to help us focus on eating healthy foods throughout the week. With this Crock-Pot and its eight quart capacity, we have plenty of space to prep meals for the two of us for a whole week. As first time owners of an appliance like this, we have been pleasantly surprised with the versatility, convenience, and performance. It is a great addition to our kitchen. Verdict: I love homecooked meals but sometimes the time required is a hurdle. With the Crock-Pot Express Crock Slow Cooker with Crisping Lid and all its one-touch meal settings, some of my favorite meals can be cooked in a fraction of the time. The convenience and time savings alone are reason enough to get this Crock-Pot, but I have also found that it cooks meals better than I would be able to using traditional cooking methods. If you are in the market for a pressure cooker and air fryer, look no further. This Crock-Pot can do it all.

This was a great tool but I ended up returning it and getting the Bella instead. This is because this machine is SUPER bulky and I did not have enough counter space for it (you can see how big the box is in the picture). Also, you cannot set an actual temperature so it was just high or low when using the air fryer so food would end up with burnt edges on the high setting. The Bella brand you can set temperatures.

    Great Multi-Cooker Option

When I first unboxed this unit it was a little bit daunting as I compared it to our little "crock pot" we are planning to replace. The Crock-Pot 8-Qt. Express Crock Multi Cooker actually ended up replacing our existing crock-pot, pressure cooker and is also an air fryer/crisper! Included in the box is the crock-pot unit with internal cooking pot, a standard/pressure lid and the crisper lid, a reversible cooking rack, crisping lid cooling rack, plastic spoon, power cord and the user manual and cook book. As we read through the user manual and cook book trying to decide which recipes to make, we ended up doing our own brazed beef pasta sauce. Once all the ingredients were added into the cooking pot, we selected the auto-setting for slow cook. It couldn't have been easier, "slow cook", then temp to "low" and it automatically sets the timer for 8 hours. Once completed, the unit turns down to "keep warm" mode and will hold there. As for the sauce...perfection, the meat was tender and fall of the bone! Next we used the air fryer option to cook chicken nuggets (it's what we had available at the time). They came out very good, meat was tender and the outside nice and crispy! Again, the control panel and accessories are very easy to understand and use. I did have one hangup on the handle covers, they seem a bit flimsy and I envision them being an easily broken piece. Pros: - This unit can replace multiple appliances in your kitchen - Easy to understand manual and easy to use control panel - Quality construction expected from Crock-Pot - Ability to pressure cook, slow cook, brown, sear, sauté, steam and crisp with one appliance - Cooking pot cleans up easily Cons: - Handle covers on pot seem a bit flimsy - Nitpicking, but maybe a hinge for the crisping lid, it's a bit of a task to put it on and take it off during use. - Power cord is a bit on the short side Overall the Crock-Pot 8-Qt. Express Crock Multi-Cooker is built well, cooks to perfection and is easy to operate. It can also replace multiple appliances which is a great bonus if you have limited counter/storage space. This is a unit I look forward to using more and more and would certainly recommend it to anyone looking for a multi-cooker system.

This is a great starter. The crisp lid is great for food that I cook inside and can crisp. The crisp lid works okay in air fryer function. Its my first somewhat air fryer that I have use. So I'm still getting the hang of it. And can't compare it in other words. I learned that if and when I use it... to start off for the full 30 min to get the result that I want. Next time I use it I'll try the low setting for my veggies. Im not sure if it would air fry chicken or turkey without pressure cooking it first. But I will definitly try it to see if it does. My zuchini the first batch took 15 min plus 15 min plus 6 min on high for a total of 36 min. The second image is 30 min 1 time on high. I see potential. Good thing I got this product on sale. If I would have paid full price I probaby would be disappointed. I will update my review if something changes. For the most part Im somewhat satisfied. The pressure slow cooker steam function is great. Im a vegatarian so I was satisfied. I cooked some whole chickens for my mom and dad and brother and they loved it . The meat was falling off the bone. Decent product.

    Great Multifunction Cooker

Crock-Pot brand is a well-known and trusted brand, and this Express Crisp multifunction cooker is incredible. It is a great product to have in any kitchen, especially in small places, like a college dorm, because it is multifunction. It comes with preset cooking settings with the option of manual and adjusts presets. Preset setting can be changed (reduce/increase the time or temp) to desired preference; for example, I like my chicken to be a bit more overcooked, so I increase the time. I have not gotten around to use the preset settings for yogurt and chili. I have cooked many things, and everything came out amazing; I cooked vegetables, chicken, salmon, cheesecake, cinnamon twist sticks, sauté beef broth, and more. The cooker automatically sets the setting to Air Fry/Crisp option when the air fryer lid is on the pot. I like this automatic detection because it prevents the mistake of setting an incorrect setting option. This machine is like leaving and forget cooking; once the cooking time is over, it will keep warm setting for 4 hours. It is excellent for when you have a busy day and want to multitask around the house. The pressure-cooking features are standard and work great; it cooks food superfast. Compare to other air fryers, this air crisp lid, when turned on it does not release a lot of heat to a room because the way it blows makes the hot air kind of circulate on the machine. The pot has a nonstick coating (avoid metal utensils), very lightweight, and easy to clean. The accessories included are: (1) a reversible in pot cooking rack, (2) an air fryer cooling rack, which I remove the rubber silicone also to use it in the pot to cook, (3) a rice stirring spoon, (4) the owners manual with cooking instruction and (4) a picture illustrated cookbook. The power cord does not come attached to the pot; I guess that it is a safety feature to prevent the cooker from being pulled and knocked down with the cord. The top of the nonstick pot measures about 9.5 inches in diameter. It is big enough to even fit up to an 8.75-inch diameter cake baking pan. I recommend using stainless steel baking pans inside the cooker because coating cake pans will rust quickly with a pressure cooker. Like all pressure cookers, be careful when operating, use a utensil to release pressure and open the lid away from you. I always use a pressure cooker on my island, so the steam release wound damage my cabinets. If you place a cooker on the counter, you can place a towel over the release valve to avoid the steam going up and damage the cabinets. Overall, I am satisfied with this multifunction cooker—very versatile cookers, amazing and very fast.

    I Really Like This CrockPot

I most wholeheartedly recommend the Crock-Pot 8-Qt. Express Crock Programmable Slow Cooker and Pressure Cooker with Crisping Lid, Stainless Steel in Stainless Steel. There are 2 racks that allow the user to do comprehensive vertical cooking saving time and cleaning, truly making it one pot cleaning. Growing up with a mother who had a masters in home economic education, I was instructed to clean as I cook so that there would not be a huge mess at the end that no one would want to have to deal with. So, I received this about 7 days ago and have tried to use this express pot with different cooking applications that are on the control panel. Unfortunately I have not done yogurt and some of the others at this time. However, from what I have done< I have full confidence that if it says that it can do that application, then it can. I first used the air fryer top and made store bought.steak fries and pigs in a blanket. I did not know if that element would well if the food was in the well of the pot so I used the tallest stand that would physically place the food closest to the underside of the air fryer top. (See attached pictures of the underside of the air fryer top and the outside of the top). When looking at the control panel, the air fryer top has a plug in on the right side of its top that when put into position automatically tells the crock pot that it is in air fryer mode and initially set up a 15 minute time. You then either allow that as the setting or press the plus sign for more time or the minus sign for less time. There is an Express Pot cookbook with some recipes and directions with suggested cooking times, so that is a good starting place, but I found that by trial and error you can determine what is best for your food selection cooking. I then followed the recipe booklet and made macaroni and cheese using both the pressure cooker and then the air fryer lid. It was very cheesy and my adult son that came to visit the next day loved it, he even took home most of the leftovers because I made way too much for us. I have made a pot roast under pressure and then used the slow cook overnight. My husband tasted that this morning ans said that this was the best pot roast he had tasted, it was extremely soft, but very moist and even though he has dental issues, he could easily chew and enjoy it. I also used the air fryer lid last night in cooking, from frozen, Aidall's frozen chicken meatballs and a separate piece of salmon, also right out of the freezer, together. I did arrange them on the rack that would allow the closest access of the lid to the food for cooking purposes. I cooked that in 2 separate 7-8 minute segments so that I could turn everything to the non-air fried side, for browning consistency, and also marinated the salmon with spices and other toppings. I have had 2 other pressure cookers, combined with slow cookers, over the years and I can categorically say that I feel this is the best one yet. I like the nonstick-coated surface and it is very easy for this machine to achieve pressure, as long as you have the stopper on top pointed to non-escape position, and that you lock the lid in place, which is easy because there is literally an arrow showing where the lid placement must be..While this cooker does not have a clear glass lid that can be used for slow cook mode, etc. there is a chart with the lid on the instructions that directs you to use either the pressure lid or air fryer lid based on what control panel operation you choose to do. Really, the only negative is that the power cord is quite short so you must place the pot very near an outlet, that is my only criticism at this point.

The Crockpot Express Crock 8 QT Multi Cooker w/ Crisping Lid is an All-In-One Kitchen Appliance that really gets it right. I already owned a pressure cooker, 2) Air Fryers, & a Warmer. So I wrestled with acquiring an additional product that seemed on paper to duplicate what I already owned. I am so glad I did not hesitate! First off, the lid is clearly marked with lock / unlock labels. No fussing, twisting back and forth to place the lid on the cooker. Simply line up the lock or unlock marks and rotate the lid from Unlock to Lock & the opposite to remove it. The lid moves smoothly & precisely every time, locking in place. The performance is worlds apart from my off-brand Air Fryer, on which I have to guess where the lid needs to start, and turn it back-and-forth until it hopefully closes. It never fit well. Crockpot nailed it! Secondly, this Crockpot has 8 Quart capacity. It is just the right size for a load of ribs (see photo), Chicken breasts, or a tantalizing brisket. Most multi-cookers are a mere 6 quarts or less. Thirdly, the pot itself is non-stick Teflon coated. Clean-up of sticky, BBQ Ribs & sauce was a simple matter of hot water & soap. Easiest clean-up ever! The aluminum pot offers superior heat dissipation for even cooking. Most Multi-Cookers use a Stainless pot that require scrubbing & dishwasher cleaning. Next, the outer container that surrounds the pot is even Teflon coated! So any overspill from the pot can easily be wiped clean. The Crisping Lid is an amazing tool! Simply sit it on top of the Crockpot (it only fits one way). It makes electric contact as you sit it down. Placing the Crisping Lid automatically sets a timer for 15 minutes. It blasts your food with hot convection air. You can add or subtract time, but 15 minutes was perfect for the baby back ribs. The ribs are golden brown from the Crisping Lid & fall off the bone because of the pressure cooker. Immortal entrees! DISLIKES: The Power Cord is too short. It is only a 2 foot long 18 Ga plug-in cord. Most countertop appliances have a 4 foot to a 6 foot long 18 Ga cord. Thankfully, the cord unplugs from the cooker and a longer replacement cord / plug can be purchased economically virtually anywhere. I replaced the 2 foot cord with a 6 foot 18 Ga cord. CONCLUSIONS: This Crockpot is a Premium Quality product, indicative of the quality for which Crockpot built an impressive reputation. Sitting next to a lesser Air Fryer or a pressure cooker, the fit and finish of the Crockpot really stands out. I Highly recommend it!

It comes with the Crock Pot, a crisping lid, pressure lid, reversible cooking rack (Low Position = 2 inch on bottom, High Position = 4 inch on bottom), cooking pot (8 Qt), removable power cord, and a plastic spoon. Along with instructions and a small cookbook with recipes. This Crock Pot will allow you to cook foods traditionally (slow cook), as a pressure cooker (fast cook), as a steamer, as an air fryer to either crisp or air fry food. Which I think is awesome because it allows me to use a single device for several different applications. Which is also nice because this bad boy is a behemoth and is quite large. Which may make storing difficult depending on the size of your counters, counterspace, and/or other cooking utensils. BUILD QUALITY: As expected from a name brand the build quality is excellent. Everything not only looks professional but also feels very solid. The pressure lid is lightweight and balanced. It has a pressure regulator that is freely moveable which at first concerned me, but it is supposed to be loose. For most of the cooking options you keep this in the sealed position. When you put the lid on it fits nicely and then the lock is very satisfying. The buttons are membrane with a tactile press and require light/moderate force. The overall layout is very simple as well. PERFORMANCE: They say that it will take 13 - 15 minutes to pressurize before it starts cooking. Then it will take another 10 – 20 minutes to depressurize after the cooking time has completed. So, make sure to add that to your cooking time. So, if you are cooking something for an hour it will take 13 – 15 minutes to pressurize. Then after that hour it will take another 10 – 20 minutes to depressurize. Making the entire process be around an hour and thirty minutes. Once cooking is completed it automatically switches to KEEP WARM setting for up to 4 hours before it turns off. You can also leave it for up to 4 hours before it starts cooking with the DELAY TIMER. The first thing we tried was directly from the provided cook book under the title “Pulled Pork with Honey-Chipotle Barbecue Sauce”. The overall process was very straightforward and easy. After the completed time (they said an hour of cook time) the meat wasn’t fully cooked. So, we added it to the broil function for a bit which cooked it the rest of the way. In the end it came out excellent and the issue with cook time was likely my fault as I’m a novice. But getting the Crock Pot to work was very straightforward and easy. You don’t need to read the instructions to figure it out. However, if you are unfamiliar with this type of device I highly recommend checking it out as there is a lot of useful things in there and goes over everything this thing is capable of which is a lot. Next we cooked buffalo ranch meatballs. This was from an external recipe. Everything worked perfectly and they were excellent. This time being the second time we used the device was even simpler as we knew what to expect. CONCLUSION: I think this thing is great. You can do so many different types of meals with it and it is built with a lot of care and forethought. It will be a regular staple in my kitchen.

    Best Combo Unit Yet!

Our household has quickly transitioned to a pressure cooker / air fryer household from a slow cooker household. Unfortunately, we started with a pressure cooker, then got an air fryer, then tried another pressure cooker / air fryer combo that was somehow HUGE yet less capacity. In our quest to downsize the number of gadgets in the kitchen, the Crock Pot 8-QT Express seems to be our answer! The size is the same as a standard pressure cooker and you have the added inconvenience of having to store a separate lid for air frying, but from what I can tell that's true of any combo unit. First impressions - loved the build quality and I really like that the pot is a non-stick pot vs. the stainless steel that you see in a lot of other units. You'll see why in a second. The only odd thing I noticed was that the air fryer lid sort of rests on top and doesn't lock or click into place like the pressure cooker lid does. I'm personally more of an air fryer guy and the instructions on a yellow sheet of paper said to make sure you use the reversible rack when you're air frying something. The rack is awesome because there aren't any nooks and crannies to clean like in my regular air fryer. I found it odd that the recipes in the cook book didn't mention the rack. My first attempt at air frying in this was to make keto mozzarella sticks and so I made my ugly sticks and followed the directions from the sheet to place them on the reversible rack. I assumed that the cheese was going to melt through, but I figured that worst case it would be an opportunity to test the clean up! Sure enough the cheese sticks all ended up at the bottom of the pot and caked on the rack. My annoyance was short lived because to my pleasant surprise I was able to take out the rack, scrape the cheese onto a plate, then I took the pot and dumped it onto the same plate. Nothing burnt or stuck to the pot at all. It was amazing! There was some baked on topping on the rack that had to be washed off in the sink with a wet rag but it took like 30 seconds. So awesome! I'm excited to try my other recipes knowing that cleanup will be a breeze and even more excited to get some room back in my pantry!

This is my 1st ever slow cooker/pressure cooker and I am amazed. Mind you I am not a world class chef or even a decent cook, but wow, this makes life just a tad bit easier for me. 1st of all, the box is HUGE. I was like, wow, is this really an 8 quart size crock pot? Then after opening I see why. Half the box is the crockpot itself with the pressure cooking lid already on it (and every add on is inside) and the other half of the box is the Crisping Lid. Ahhhhh, makes sense now. I really suggest you have a lot of counter top open for this appliance or it's going to be a nice challenge to put somewhere (the ac plug itself is SHORT). Other items to note that it comes with is the removable cooking pot (non stick!), reversible cooking rack, plastic spoon, a recipe book and owner's manual. After thumbing through the recipe cook and searching online for something to make, I decided to go EZ-MODE on myself and do the Mac & Cheese recipe. Using the crock pot itself is very easy for someone like me who doesn't know anything about cooking (I can end up burning a peanut butter and jelly sandwich -_- yes I am that bad). Easy to following instructions and clear-to-read buttons (also please read the owner's manual). I never knew elbow mac can cook in 5 minutes using a pressure cooker. After that adding in the ingredients and switching to the crisping lid (plugs right into the handles!) was just so nice. I would like to add, subtract a minute or 2 from the crisping instructions because I did the mac and cheese twice, and it's just too long and burns the breading. The crock pot alone can probably feed a nice size family on its own and can cook a whole chicken in it. So far I have made mac and cheese, Chicken Parmesan, lots of various sides (green beans, carrots, broccoli, etc) and had nothing but great things to say about it. Since it produces so much food, I ended up taking the extras to work to feed some co-workers and they all loved it. I really want to try out the desserts in the cook book it comes with because they look soo yummy. I would definitely recommend to anyone with or without experience with this type of appliance regardless of cooking skill. If you want a great "All-In-One" then look no further. Though with air frying, you would have to use the racks or nothing at all (would be nice to include a basket or something for fries/whatnot). The build quality is superb and what you would expect from a brand name. Stainless steel look is nice, albeit a fingerprint magnet. Just make 100% sure you have room for this beast. Counter top, island, storage room (remember, you're storing multiple lids and racks for this).

The Crockpot Express Crisp first off this machine was very well packaged and contained. In the box you have the crockpot, 2 different cooking racks, a quick recipe book, and instructions which are highly informative. The electrical cord is somewhat short which can be a problem for some depending on your kitchen setup, I wished it had a longer cord. The front panel is user friendly and it clearly shows the different cooking settings. I like the fact that this crockpot is dual purpose. It brings two tops, one for pressure cooking and the other one for the air fryer. This cooker size is convenient and practical but it’s fairly large that may not be suitable for small counter space areas. The structure is very well made, is very sturdy and noise free. In my opinion this crockpot cooks faster than any other appliances of its kind. I cooked salmon with the pressure cooker and the salmon was properly cooked. I also made chickpeas from the recipe book using the air fryer top and they were very well cooked too. Very crispy and delicious. I’m very satisfied with the product and the fact that it is a crockpot and air fryer in one device is a plus I highly recommend.

This is my first experience with a slow cooker. Since I am home cooking for myself much more than I used to, I wanted to try something new. I also wanted something versatile since I don't have a huge kitchen and this fits that bill. When it got delivered, I thought it was something, the box was huge. Why is the box huge? Because this appliance is huge! Long term it might be too big for me, but for now it fills a need. It was incredibly easy to set up and comes with a recipe book along with the crisping lid. When it got delivered I had some chicken wings marinating in the fridge so I put this right to the test. I followed the super easy directions and the wings came out super moist and juicy. But they were missing that extra something and that's where the crisping lid comes in. The crisping lid is essentially an air fryer. I put the wings in, set it to air fry and now my super juicy wings were also crispy! They were delicious. Next I tried a tuscan chicken recipe which took all day to make but so worth it. I don't have much patience and a slow cooker is a lot to get used to for someone like me. My only issue, which won't be one for some, is that this appliance is ginormous. I live in a condo and don't have a pantry or anywhere to store this aside from my counter top, so it does stand out. Overall I am very happy with this and look forward to making chili and short ribs!

This is so much more than a crock pot. And much larger too, make sure you have ample counter or storage space. So far I've cooked chili, and let me tell you it was impressive. Not my chili but the fact that I went from browning the meat to simmering the chili all in the same pot. Try that in a crock pot. I also made air fried crispy chicken as my second meal. I'm pretty scared of pressure coockers because of an incident when younger but I may do that eventually. The unit comes with (aside from the main cooking element), a crisping lid, cooking rack pressure lid the cooking pot that goes inside the element, a very small plastic spoon and about a 1 foot detachable power cord. Although I am very happy that this is much more than just an air fryer or crock pot, be forewarned that this is not something you can use intuitively. I literally had to read the manual from front to back and then reference it while cooking to bring my meals together...don't toss the user manual. Other than that one issue, I am very impressed
