    So small, yet so powerful. I love this drive, its even smaller than a regular SSD and 2x the storage. You do need a USB-c to USB cable if you have an older PC.

    It’s a good drive, and you can record directly to it with compatible Mirrorless cameras. Sometimes it chugs on multiple data streams of 4k footage but it’s so small it’s hard to beat at this price

    having tried dozens of internal ssd's with usb boxes or external ssd's from Samsung, I can confirm the stability, reliabilibity and speed of this crucial X9PRO, I've been using it intensively as an orchestral soundbank player for my compositions for several months now, and I'm dreaming of buying another 4to. Bravo Crucial !!

    Amazing solid state back up drive. About 2” square - 1/2” thick. Some features won’t work with my 12 year old iMac.

    Mainly used as music and photo storage on an apple macbook air. I didn't encounter compatibility issues with software. Uploads and retreivals are flawless. Power comes from the usb-c connection to the mac. Extremely portable. My second one already. The other is for camera/video setup.

    The Crucial-X9 is the smallest and most compact 4tb solution I have found (be careful not to lose it in the bottom of your bag). Performance is excellent, and it is extremely fast Time Machine backup for your MacBook or large file storage needs.
