I was in the market to upgrade my household computer. I was using a 6 year old ASUS laptop. I had a stand where i mounted a detached monitor: so was not using it as a true laptop. I saw this computer on the clearance/open box section. To be honest, I didn't read the tag for why it was being clearance: NO STAND. I took it home and opened box to find stand missing. I was disappointed at first, but realized the stand beside my chair I used for my detached monitor would work perfect: build wooden stand to screw to the stand. I also made it so it can rotate to show something to my partner. Was hoping Dell would send me a replacement stand: After dealing with people I had trouble understanding, being cut off 2 times. I finally was told that being they shipped it with a stand, I purchased what I got. I ordered replacement stand from Dell anyway, $48 with tax, no shipping cost. This computer was never started, so it was brand new except no stand: Great deal :) I preformed all the updates to windows, Dell programs and bios that had to be updated. Computer works great, quiet, has larger screen than I had before, Overall: Perfect

I have been searching for an All in One pc for some time and waiting for some prices to drop. After much shopping around, I found that Best Buy, had the Best Price on what I was looking for in this particular pc. I have had Dells in the past and have been happy with them. This PC is no exception. I am very happy with my purchase, the price, and the ease of use, especially moving up to Windows 10.

The computer is excellent, fast, easy to setup and get going. Going between the touch screen and using a mouse is great. The capacities of the operating system, storage, speeds etc are all perfect. Plenty. I am really enjoying it. To have the computer inside the screen, plenty of USB ports, CD drive, card reader slot, speakers built in.... I really like it.

Great touch screen and also has a DVD drive which is rare these days.Plenty of ports on the back and side however no USB-C which would have been nice for charging phones in the future. The mouse and keyboard combo are not the best but we will re-use the old Dell keyboard and mouse from our last PC. Beware that it will take about an hour to set up the PC from when you first turn it on as Microsoft will download updates. I do wish that these models included a solid state drive. Given the proliferation of cloud drives I would prefer a faster solid state drive over a larger slower terabyte mechanical one. Also RAM could be 16 GB instead of 12 GB but I understand the need to cut costs and stay competitive.

I require a computer that is fast, demonstrates the capacity to operate multiple programs simultaneously, and executes commands correctly. This computer does all of that, and the screen is large enough for someone who prefers a large, bright screen to see all the data getting worked and modified. I love the touch screen input capability, though at times, because this is my first touchscreen computer, I have caused myself a bit of consternation but that is certainly not the computer's fault. I love this machine, and connecting it to a secondary, same sized computer screen for dual screen computing, this machine has handled it all seamlessly. Easy to set up, easy to get started, and an intuitive on line registration process made this an easy machine to set up and start working with quickly.

This is my first All-in-One. I got it to replace an old Windows 7 HP Slimline I'd had for 7 years so the improved speed and power is wonderful. Modern software is memory intensive and this machine just snaps through it. No more going for coffee while waiting for a response! Excellent machine! The Best Buy Geek Squad did all the setup for me and this was well worth the price.

I absolutely love this computer! Super easy set up, beautiful picture, quick processor and tons of space for all my files. Touch screen is super responsive, bright colors & good sound. What's not to love!?

Unpacking and setup were very easy, only problems encountered had to do with Windows 10 not loading correctly, Blue Screen "Windows stop code: DRIVER IRQL NOT LESS OR EQUAL What Failed: Netwtw04.sys Geek Squad offered to help with the fix for $99.00, no thank you, its a new computer. Found a Device Driver fault for my HP 4300 printer. Downloaded the Windows 10 driver no problems since. Love the crisp, clear, touch screen. I still have to remind myself not to touch it when pointing something out for my wife. Overall I'm well pleased with this purchase.

When my 8 yr-old HP starting having problems displaying multiple graphics-intensive web pages simultaneously, I knew I needed to update. I love the all-in-ones and this Dell with 12 GB RAM and a 7th gen. Intel processor seemed tailor made for the job. I have not been disappointed. Set up was straight forward and simple (which was good because the printed instructions from Dell were pathetic!) and it's blazing fast even with only 30 Mbps internet. There is a noticeable "hum" that my HP didn't have and I'm assuming is the noise other reviewers have mentioned, but it's not that big of an issue for me. The touch screen is nice because it's not nearly as sensitive as the one on my old computer. The cat has to actually use his paw to mess things up rather than being able to scramble all of the icons with just a flick of his tail. This screen does not react to a cat tail, hallelujah! One of the main reasons I chose this Dell over the HP is the convenient location of some USB ports and the card reader on the left side of the monitor. HP has them all located under the bottom edge or on the back, nothing on the side anymore. I'm less than impressed with Windows 10, but that's more about how older people cope with change rather than an issue with this particular machine. All in all, I'm really pleased with this purchase.

Love this computer. It is fast, saves so much space and the touch screen is really cool. It took some adjusting to the new windows, but other than that it is great. Highly recommend.

This touch screen all in one computer is amazing. It's very user friendly and came with everything I needed. Being able to speak to the PC for support is definitely a bonus feature.

I purchased the Dell Inspiron AIO desktop as an open box which could have been my biggest issue. It kept restarting on me and did not want to stay connected to the internet, upon returning it I was told it may have been a bad hard drive. I expected the AIO to be perfect for minimum use and to save space but running into these issues on such a new model computer really turned me off to the AIO desktops so I purchased a tower to replace it. I also attempted to connect a sound bar to the headphone outlets and there was no way to get them working. Besides the technical issues I faced when I purchased the computer I was really excited, it has a beautiful display, set up was fairly easy and it looked great in the space I had it in. Also a note for anyone thinking about purchasing this computer the biggest complaint I've heard from techs about All-In-One computers is that if something goes wrong it's much harder and more expensive to replace parts on these computers. I hope this review helps anyone looking to getting some insight about the experience with this desktop.

Disclaimer: I received an email from Best Buy to claim 25 My Best Buy bonus points if I write a review. At Best Buy I asked the salesperson if it was possible at some point to change the hard drive to a solid-state model. S/he said yes. Next a Dell employee happened by and I repeated my question and s/he said yes to it being possible to change to a solid-state drive. And that I probably wouldn’t notice the speed difference except during bootup. (Unless we do a lot of film editing. We don’t.) S/he added the cost of the labor to change drives, transfer data and install was not a good value proposition. (I’m the odd customer in that I have the time, skill and equipment/software to install the solid-state drive. So far, I haven’t happened upon one at a price point I like.) And the Dell employee is right, I’m not noticing a speed difference compared to my other computers with SSDs. I transferred the files from the old machine and setup the new computer without issue except one I made for myself in removing the McAfee software. (Nothing wrong with McAfee – I subscribe to another service with a multi-computer license and wanted to use that because it is paid for in full.) Living with the computer for some weeks I’ve had zero problems. I believe the trend will continue a long while and I’ll receive many years of service.

The computer is fast, compact and easy to use. Set up was extremely easy.

Very nice quality. The screen is clear, build in microphone so no need to purchase extra speakers. User friendly.

i dont like the way windows 10 operates dont like every time it goes to sleep i have to reenter name why cant i just move mouse also when i play solitar it keeps poping advertisements or wanting me to upgrade i just want to play solitar peacful ALONE plus few other things too many to mention

Very easy to set up and use, fast and very reliable. Have always bought Dell and will be brand loyal.
