Premium feel, solid build, scroll wheel issues
||Posted . Owned for 11 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. My keyboard and mouse combo is almost a year old. Pros: - very nice build and feel - responsive - connects seamlessly with multiple PCs using the switch button Cons: - despite the solid build, the scroll wheel on my mouse stopped working after almost 12 months. The scroll is very jerky making it unusable.

Could improve on the mouse.Keyboard is good
||Posted . Owned for 4 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Keyboard is solid, metal build, very study, doesn't wobble while typing.Keys are quiet, not absolute silent and key travel is good enough. The mouse could have been better. The gliding pads at the base are not smooth enough, doesn't glide smooth.Mouse left and right clicks are noisy, not as quiet that I expected. The mouse scrolling is very basic, not like logitech mx master, which is disappointing.Rest they are good. Both mouse and keyboard can connect with or without dongle using bluetooth and can connect to two devices

Great keyboard
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Awesome keyboard and mouse combo. Works on PC and Mac sort of. Have two Macs one with El Capitan and one with High Sierra. You have to change some settings on El Capitan to get the all caps key to work but couldnt get it to work on Sierra. Other than that, it pairs easily to both Dell and Macs and connects fast after switching between them. Key spacing is almost identical to Mac keyboards. Feel is different but better for typing in my opinion. Also has two positions for angle of keyboard placement. I have been using laptop keyboards and flat Mac keyboards for ~10 yrs. This is the most comfortable keyboard I have used. Mouse is comfortable and does not bother my hand after extensive use. Great price as compared to Apple keyboards that only pair to one device! Has keypad as well. One minus is the direction keys for up/down are a bit too small for me. I would have preferred the larger keyboard but this one works well.

Great compact wireless keyboard, mouse is too tall
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Excellent combo, with one exception. The keyboard is fantastic with good key travel, QUIET keypresses and normal spacing for the QWERTY portion of the keyboard. The keyboard is about 75% width of a "full" keyboard but it retains the number pad and key spacing. Dell did it by moving the arrow keys underneath the right Shift key, shrinking the up/down arrow keys, removing the right Function key and moving the Insert, Home, Delete and End keys to to the top function key row above the number keys. This results in a 99% normal typing experience that is 100% acceptable to us. The wireless connection using the tiny USB-A plug-in wireless adapter is rock-solid. I haven't tested the multi-device connection using bluetooth, but it worked well on my previous Dell wireless keyboard so I'm sure it's probably fine. We just don't need to connect to multiple devices as part of our normal workflow. One quirk however: My wife's work laptop will not sleep when the Dell USB wireless adapter is connected. Apparently maintaining the connection between the keyboard and adapter prevents Windows from sleeping even if you don't touch the mouse and keyboard for the alotted time (10 minutes in our case). We haven't figured out a workaround for this behavior yet so my wife just unplugs the USB wireless adapter at the end of her workday and reinserts it in the morning after waking up the laptop using the PC power button. The only real issue we have is with the mouse, and that is due to personal preference. My wife finds the mouse too tall to use comfortably so she just uses the wired low-profile Dell USB mouse that came with the laptop.

Good Product/Design/Function
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I really like this keyboard. I have a few Macs and I love their wireless keyboards and the touch. This keyboard is very similar and has a nice touch and feel. The mouse could be better, but it is functional and I use this with my work PC. I am very pleased with the form factor. The up down left right direction keys are a little small. Overall this is a nice piece of equipment. It is a little pricey, but the keyboard feels robust.

Solid feeling keyboard and comfortable mouse.
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The mouse is very comfortable. The keyboard is a little more compact than I am used to. . . but in getting used to it I am happy with it. Takes a little time to learn the positioning of some to the keys but I'll get it. Probably would have been 5 stars but the mouse battery is giving a low battery warning after 18 days. I would have expected that a Duracell battery would have come fully charged.

Very good mouse and keyboard mouse.
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.High quality, and works very well. The only caveat, the keyboard is a bit smaller than I expected, much like a small laptop.

Great mouse, ok keyboard.
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is an ok keyboard and an incredible cheap mouse. The keyboard is a touch laggy when connected with the usb but fine when connected by bluetooth. The mouse has a ton of customizable functions that are good for productivity.

Works Great on Multiple Devices
||Posted . Owned for 7 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I really like this keyboard and mouse combo! I can flip between my work pc and personal pc with ease. If I could do the switch on just one and it automatically did it for the other device, it would be even better.

A competitive option with minimalist queues
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I’m a long-time fan of Logitech peripherals, and I was drawn to the KM7120W from Dell because of it’s similarly minimalistic design that is seen on Logitech’s higher-end wireless products. I also tend to love Dell’s keyboards (at least, the ones on their laptops), so I thought there might be a chance at some excitement in the product. The keyboard is, in some sense, a full-sized keyboard in that it contains a number pad—but the delete/home/end/insert and page up/page down keys are either compressed to the function row or to other keys. The body is fully plastic, but the materials are premium feeling. The keyboard also has a three-tone gray palette which is great for those looking for minimalist designs. The keyboard has two height configurations, neither of which are flat; the default configuration without adjustment is adequate for me, however, I prefer a flat option. The legs that can be extended serve as ‘anti-slip’ components for the bottom of the keyboard in both configurations. Key travel on the keyboard is really, really good—not too much, not too little. In some ways, it could be thought of as an offspring of a traditional Dell laptop keyboard and a standard Lenovo laptop keyboard; if you’re familiar with those experiences, this is as close to high praise as it comes. It can be paired with up to three devices; two of those devices by bluetooth and the third by the included USB Type-A dongle included in the box. It is powered by two AA batteries which are also included. The mouse has a total of 5 buttons (left and right click, scroll wheel click, and buttons along the left side where your thumb rests). It is what I would call a ‘medium-sized’ mouse, sitting firmly between the MX Master 2S and the MX Anywhere 3. Like the keyboard, the body is fully plastic but doesn’t feel particularly cheap. The USB dongle has a magnetic storage area below a magnetically attached plate on the top of the mouse; the battery compartment for the single AA battery (included) is also under this plate. Because of its plastic build, the mouse is very lightweight and feels comfortable to use for extended periods of time. Dell did a good job designing something that would appeal to high-end mouse enthusiasts. The devices are clearly intended for use with Windows machines, as the Dell Peripheral Management software is a Windows-only program at this time. That said, the mouse and keyboard work without issue on macOS. The software allows you to customize some buttons on the mouse and keyboard. It is straightforward and easy to understand, but I would like to see some additional mapping/configuration options for more than just a subset of the buttons/keys. The keyboard’s function keys (which double as media and other controls) can be customized, as can the thumb and center click buttons on the mouse. There are options for standard system commands, as well as customizable keypresses (for instance, I configured the center click on the mouse for Windows + Shift + S for the Windows Snip and Sketch software). One minor complaint—the scroll direction on the mouse cannot be switched within the software, although you can still accomplish this with some clever registry adjustments if you want to get your hands a little dirty. The pair of devices comes in at $89.99, which is a good price all things considered. It’s clear that this product will compete with some mouse/keyboard combo options from Logitech, but the design language used here make this a good choice for someone who is looking for an inexpensive minimalist keyboard and mouse.

Worth consideration if you are getting a Keyboard
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The Dell Dell Multi-device Wireless Keyboard and Mouse Combo KM7120W is a very sophisticated add-on with potential for use in a multi-computer environment. The KM7120W supports Keyboard and smart tabs across Windows, Chrome, Android, Mac, Linux operating systems. It has one WiFi link with USB WiFi dongle and two bluetooth links available for connection to computer systems. In my case the WiFi dongle and connection will be used with my all-in-one desktop Windows PC. The keyboard is about three inches narrower than the keyboard that came with my all-in-one desktop PC so there will be a process of learning the keyboard layout before I will be fully comfortable with it. The build quality on the KM7120W seems a little nicer and the key touch is smoother than the keyboard that came with my desktop. I have paired the KM7120W with an android tablet, a Windows tablet and where a keyboard is an add-on to a device although usually larger in size than a tablet keyboard I think the KM7120W might often deserve consideration when a keyboard case or plain portable bluetooth keyboard case is purchased. I have used the KM7120W for three days now and the major issue I have encountered is the limited documentation that came with the keyboard. The Quick Start diagram and Regulatory information fall short, the Dell Multi-device Wireless Keyboard and Mouse Combo KM7120W User’s Guide available online fill in the voids to pairing your Windows, Chrome, Android, Mac, Linux computer and keyboard. I recommend considering the KM7120W to my friends and relations who are buying a keyboard
