The computer itself is an overall solid computer. However, this computer model was released in 2017. The release year of 2021 as stated in the Best Buy specs is when the computer was refurbished, not when it was actually released. As the computer is actually 5 years old and the processor is old, the computer does not support Windows 11. Microsoft will stop supporting Windows 10 in 2025. I don't feel it is a financially wise decision to spend $500-$600 for a computer that you can only use for 3 years and then you are forced to either use an obsolete, unsupported computer or spend another $500-$600. Just for transparency purposes, I did return this computer.
