Very disappointed in weight and trackpad

Owned for 1 year when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have used this Dell laptop for a year, I have needed it so glad I bought it when I did, but it's weight, bulkiness, the battery size, and the track pad would deter me from buying it again. This is a refurb from 2018 and that hasn't caused problems EXCEPT the camera doesn't work. I have spent at least an hour trying to find a solution, and the only one left is deal with Dell support and a repair ticket. Not worth my time, I just bought an external webcam. But it is annoying with all the Zoom and Teams we do that I can't just pick it up and be on camera. Speaking of picking it up, it is absurdly heavy. Not a portable laptop at all. Not a laptop to sit in a chair and hold on your lap. The battery is 6 inches by 3.5 inches by 1 inch thick and heavy. The trackpad zoom feature is a nightmare and I don't see anywhere to turn it off. If you are using the trackpad as a mouse, you don't want your movements to zoom your document to unreadable. There are no settings in trackpad that control it other than pressure sensitivity and that does nothing. Lastly, the display has a weird yellow tint. It is uncomfortable to look at and I don't see any way to give it a bluer daylight look. As long as you can leave it on a desk, buy an external camera (I saw in another review that the manager comped a camera, I should have asked), and use an external mouse, the power and performance are excellent. But I wouldn't buy another one.

Faulty laptop sent, not the right model

It worked very slowly and ran way too hot (it even smelled like it was burning). Specs were different than the one I purchased (different graphics card, no front-facing camera). Returned it.
