    I really like Dell, this is my second Dell I am a big fan of Dell I like the keyboard better than Lenovo. We used Dell when I was at UCIrvine.

    I really love this computer. It's much faster than the HP it replaces, but I have had some problems with the WiFi being sporadic and finicky in its connection which I will lose from time to time at crucial moments which can be extremely annoying.

    This was precisely what I needed, as stated. Arrived well-protected. If you approach the product with the correct expectations, INCLUDING how long a used battery will maintain its charge in comparison to a new battery, you will be satisfied.

    Best laptop I've ever had. It runs quick, and is easy to use. Battery life is good as well, 10/10 would definitely buy again.

    Have have had issues with connection. Have to take to geek squad at Best Buy. Can't not answer questions. Have not had any luck using product . Dont by refurbished products.
