When I finally set it up (extremely easy to do) I was very impressed with the operating speed and overall performance of the device. I was happy I did not have to spend a lot of money on a Dell product in my opinion is as good as a new one. Since I have a large collection of desktops & laptops it is always good to be able to update devices without having to pay a lot. I will definitely look at purchasing another refurbished Dell computer on my next laptop purchase. Shout out to JOYSYSTEMS for an excellent job on the refurbish job for this tower.

It was easy to set up and all of my stuff loaded easily. It has a one year warranty. The instructions were very detailed for anyone who is not sure about starting up a computer. Highly recommend!

With help from vendor and some persistence of my own, it now functions very well. So I rate it as good plus.
