The large monitor worked great with my MacBook Air. It made it easy to virw my photos in Lightroom. It was easy to set up.

Long story short, the specs seem better than it is, If you can get it on sale, go for it, but there are a few things to keep in mind: 1- Free sync only! (No G-Sync/xbox VFR) - While most freesync monitors work with freesync, this is only supported over Displayport, Also, this monitor only has hdmi 1.4 ports, so it may not support VFR devices like the xbox series x. 2. It's edge lit - with light bleed, The monitor will look pretty grey-ish when displaying a 'blank' (black) screen. 3. The monitor reports as 60hz at 1080p. The monitor seems capable of 1080p75hz, but you'lll need to force that in the graphics card settings, if you don't windows will limit the display to 60hz. And even with the fix, enabling v-sync in some games will lock you to 60hz. Other than that, the speakers are fine, not much better than some cheap $10 ones you'd find on amazon, The monitor offers good backlightbrightness and contrast, and pretty good color calibration of the box, (only needed slight tweaking) Overall the monitor works pretty well, the dpi's a bit low, but that's what you get with 1080p on larger displays, overall, think $230's a bit much to be asking for this monitor, but if you can get it for under $180, it's not bad, I however had some pretty bad luck, and had one with a stuck pixel, and a second with a dead pixel, the third one's fine tho, so it looks like Dell's QC is slipping. But overall, assuming you get a good one, and get it on sale, it's a fine office monitor for the price. For gaming, get something with displayport and a higher refreshrate.

A really good monitor. It has built in speakers, two HDMI ports, a speaker port, and it is a good size. It has a 75hz refresh rate and you can customize it via settings. I use this exact same monitor for my gaming pc and it is very smooth and I have had no problems with it ever since.

Great monitor. No regrets. Was hesitant at first in that some opinions are that at 27 inches you need to go to UHD or will suffer from pixilation. I am using a older system and thus not confident my computer could run a UHD monitor, so I took a shot and WOW do I love this monitor. Bigger is better. Everything is sharp and bright, in fact I had to lower the adjustments a bit for my tastes. Monitor will run at 75 Hz 1080p Speakers are a bit tinty in sound quality, but you should not be expecting high quality sound for a built in speaker and at this price.

Bought this as a second monitor/make shift screen for Netflix in a college bedroom/gaming screen for Xbox. Our son loves it. He says that the refresh rate and the like make for less lag time and better gaming. He also said that, late at night, the speakers are more than enough to pop on and stream a show.

Upgraded my WFH office and purchased 2 of these while they were on sale for $130. Great picture, dual HDMI inputs so you will need new cables or adapters and super light weight. I have these mounted to a Vivo STAND-V102F with no issues. I have also watched streaming content and live sports with no issues.

During COVID-19 my son is taking classes online, and I wanted to set up a workstation, so he would do better in his classes. The choice of this monitor was a great one. It is the right size to keep the cost down. It has a great picture, and the built in speakers work well. A home run in my book.

This monitor was a gift. Been using it for 4 days now. Compared to my old monitor, all the way kickin. The stand is not adjustable, keep that in mind, the control of the volume easy to use and contrast and ect. All easy to use. Speaker sound is clear. At 1 percent it's very loud. Shock and all for me. Nice monitor. Good job dell.

Nice monitor I bought for work on sale. Stand is not height adjustable so keep that in mind! Works great for productivity. No complaints, no flicker, good value monitor.

Very good monitor, I got this for my son to play Xbox he loves it. The 2 hdmi was the difference maker. He has his laptop and his Xbox connected. Most at this price point have 1 hdmi ( also has speakers )

Pretty good monitor for doing work, but not for watching videos or games. The blacks are not black, more dark grey, and no way to make it darker.

My job is made easier with a larger screen since I often need to have many tabs open. This monitor makes that easier. With that said, the resolution is TERRIBLE. I can actually SEE the pixels which often makes text hard to read. This isn’t a problem for the work I’m using it for (thankfully) but if you need to be able to read text clearly and need a high resolution machine, this is NOT the monitor for you.

Nice, large monitor with high quality resolution. Reasonable price and makes working from home with a laptop so much easier.

Great clarity and color. Worls flawless with transitions across pages. The size is not bad also large looking for its size.

Great monitor to join dell computer. Used as secondary monitor. Great having two hdmi inputs. Picture is great.

I previously had a 19" screen. This new 27" screen is incredible. It provides more clarity and better visual capabilities, and is brighter than my old screen. It also makes using split-screen (e.g., half the screen for a Word document and the other half to see a scholarly article on the Web) a lot easier, since you can see more of each document in print that you can easily ready. I might even consider watching movies on this screen!

Precise resolution and good build-in speakers. Using 2 of these; great for viewing digital drawings.
