The purchase process was pretty smooth. You have to answer some questions that they send to a provider to review. I got email notice that my order was approved within a couple hours and then I received a few days later from HealthDyne pharmacy. Set up on the Dexcom App was easy, but there are some screens you have to go through. One surprise was a low glucose alert overnight that woke me even with my phone on Do Not Disturb. You can configure these for how you want. Signal loss is the other issue I'm having - I think this is just when I walk too far from my phone for the sensor's bluetooth to stay connected.

I placed my order over the holiday weekend Jan 12 and i waited 6 days because maybe no one was working over that weekend. It's now the 23rd and the only awnser I have gotten is we don't know when it will ship so just wait. Finally I just called back and the lady on the other end was so helpful and actually put in a request for information to see if they could fill and send them to me so now I wait again. I will respond if they ever actually send it or I cancel it. My bs has been so all over the place I need a cgm to monitor properly, finger sticks aren't working anymore so fingers crossed they finally send

DONT BOTHER! I ordered the G7 system, only to receive a useless G6 that is basically garbage to me without any transmitters. Never in the description did it say anywhere I’d get the G6. Called customer service… useless… had no clue what to do, and got a basic generic response of oh we will contact you later with more information. EXCUSE ME? What?!? I’ve been waiting WEEKS! What a JOKE!

Unreliable. Inaccurate. Crappy software features. Expensive. Don't listen to the hype.

I started with Dexcom 4 years ago and boy did it change my life. It took a while to get used to it, which area is best to inject it based on your life style and activities, but with in weeks I started to see the difference. Few months in, I forgot what hypos feels like.

Amazing ease of processing these. Decent price. Informed would ship in 3 business days. Been 5 business days and not a peep. Will update review when/if they ever ship.

I received the G7 as advertised within 5 business days of my order. Process was very simple and quick. I have not yet used the device so I can't give 5 stars,

If you go to Mexico, you can get one month of freestyle libre for $100 without a prescription everywhere. If you're not insured, the price at bestbuy makes no sense.

They say they guarantee failed sensors but when you do have a failed sensor you’re treated like a criminal. Customer service does not want to help you with a failed sensor and tries everything they can think of to blame it on you.

Accurate and small, the new app is great too. Glad to see Dexcom is continuing to innovate.
