Good product with some caveats
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.First and most important, only install the software when you're going to use the hardware to convert tapes. Once you are finished uninstall the software pieces (2 for Diamond, 1 for One Touch). If you don't, it will screw up many parts of streaming media you try to watch (locks up). Second, it will work; but if it seems flaky at first reinstall it after you figure out how it supposed to work. Finally, when it's installed correctly, it does what it's advertised to do.
