It was easy to use, fast, did a thorough cleaning. It's good for general upkeep of your CD tray, but not so great for a player that constantly skips or refuses to play CDs.

I bought this as a preventative measure since I got it on sale and it seems to work. It's hard to be sure since I didn't have issues before .Let's just call it insurance and hope for the best.

I use this on my DVD player and video game consoles when they are glitching or freezing up. Always seems to really help. The only thing that I don’t like, is it makes you watch the instructions EVERY time you use it. After a few usages, you don’t need to listen to all that, and it wastes several minutes.

My DVD recorder had been spitting out discs for weeks and I bought this to try to correct that problem and now it works like a charm and plays every disc perfectly. Highly recommended.

It certainly didn't hurt the player. Not sure how much of a difference it made.

My dvd player had never been cleaned and I was having problems I purchased the DVD Cleaner to clean it. It has made a difference and was very easy to use. The Bonus was it also reviewed my speaker hook up. Nice and very easy to use.

My built-in dvd player was unusable because it stopped and skipped constantly. Had to run the cleaner through twice but it has been fine since. I'll use it each time it starts to stutter. Probably gets cat hair in it.

Hard for me to rate because it did not fix my problem. Apparently, my DVD player had mechanical problems. I do see how it would work to clean a DVD player, so it might be beneficial for that.

Best Buy staff was very helpful and knowledgable, they recommended this product for me because of the audio/videos skips and frozen screens I went through while watching a movie. I inserted the product disk, followed the commands, and it was done in no time... Very easy to use, no more problems, thanks you. The price may be a bit high, but you can't find the quality of service hardly anymore. it's worth the extra bucks after all.

This DVD cleaner was recommended by the salesperson. I was actually looking to buy a new DVD Player. I described to the salesperson that my current DVD player would not read one of my new DVD's. She asked how old the unit was and whether I had ever cleaned it. I told her that the DVD had never been cleaned. She suggested buying this product to clean the DVD lens before I consider buying a new DVD player. I took her advice, and purchased the DVD cleaner. It worked. So in reality, I saved money.

I'm elderly and cannot clean my DVD player by hand with q-tips. This product is a must-have if you watch very many movies on your DVD player.

Product worked great in single disk players, did not work in a 1 drawer/2 disk player. Easy to follow menu and cleaning cycle did not take too long.

Fast and efficient, very easy to use. After inserting the cleaner, it basically ran itself after simple instructions. Process was very fast.

I had previously purchased a CD lens cleaner from this company before. So I had experience with the product, and knew that it could help me. This is a more updated version of the product I had before. Very easy to use. When my DVD player freezes. Or has tracking issues. It always solves the problem.

I had a scratched dvd player that i was going to throw out bought this to see if it worked i paid very little thinking it wouldnt resolve problem but it did. So if your system is just dirty then it should definitely do the trick.
