The refurbished products for me are the way to go...on the Dyson website you can't return these refurbished products at all and it's nice Best Buy has an option to return. It was a much cheaper way to buy this straightener and came with all the pieces I needed. However the straightener itself I'm not sure is worth the cost. The design is nice but it's kind of bulky and I didn't see a major difference in the results on my hair/any softness, etc. I usually love Dyson products and maybe after a time I would notice a difference in my hair and there would be less damage but I ended up returning it. To bring on a flight and need to pull the battery out seems like kind of a lot of work too.

This straightener feels like a luxury product, it is up to the dyson standards and can be used with or without the cord. This is super convenient which makes it super easy to do my hair on the go. My only complaint is that the battery only lasts for 15-20 minutes. Overall a great product, I would recommend.

Another excellent Dyson hair product. I purchased this because when I had recently gotten my hair cut, the stylist used it on my hair and not only was the style great, my hair was so shiny. I kept looking at it but delayed purchasing it due to the price. Finally I found a refurbished unit on Best Buy. I arrived looking brand new with all of the items that would have come with a new one. I love the cord free use. It heats up very quickly and is so easy to use to either straighten & add volume, or to create waves.

I love Dyson products. I already own a dyson dryer and I prefer curling my hair with a straightener which is why i wanted to give this a try. Not damaging to my hair and does the job.

Honestly the best hair straighter i have ever purchased. Heats up fast, makes my hair smooth with one run through and its cordless. The charge doesnt stay very long but i have medium length hair so it doesnt matter to me.

Love this flat iron! Heats up quickly and leaves my hair silky smooth. Would be 5 stars but the battery life isn’t that great. I do love that it is wireless though.

I love it but unfortunately since the item i bought was refurbished, it turned off by itself within seconds of used. What i love the most is, you doesn’t need to straighten the hair several times, one time use works well with the hair thus it wouldn’t damage my hair. I returned the item but bought a new dyson hair straightener. Waiting for the order. Definitely worth buying for. I will recommend to buy a brand new rather than refurbished.

The Dyson hair straightener leaves my hair looking shiny and healthy if you're someone who uses a flatiron every day and are worried about damage, I think it's definitely for you.

The flat iron is good but the only reason I gave it 2 stars was the battery did not last long not even 20 mins and I put it on the charging cord and it would not hold a charge while using it

My girlfriend loves it, gets hot way faster than her old one and she doesnt have to go over the same spot multiple times.

Price was definitely right. Never have I used a flat iron that worked as well as the Dyson Straightener.
