Best internet speed no matter what
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Was going to buy a wifi booster, but was given great advice in the store from a sales associate to look into upgrading my router. This setup was reasonably priced, was easy to set-up and best of all gave me the fastest internet short of the pentagon. I'm at a regular 460 mbps download and 23mbps upload speed. This speed is consistent throughout my entire house, out to the garage, and all the way back in the yard to my firepit. This device really rocks! Just saying....

WiFie changing
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Our home was built in the 70’s, with a lot of concrete block and a good size addition. After talking to Vegas, the extremely helpful sales guy at our local BB, he recommended this system. He said it would change your world. He was correct. I did testing of our system prior and after we installed it and I couldn’t believe the difference.

Excellent Product
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. From day 1 I purchased this Eero and until installation, I got what I was expecting for my home wifi network. I get great reception and fast internet speed. I paired it with a Arris SB8200 DOCSIS 3.1/3.0 cable modem and my plan is currently up to 300mbps speed. Anywhere in the house and even outside when I do my lawn, I still get a good signal. It is really worth to invest with this device. I even bought an Eero Beacon just to get more coverage, but one is sufficient enough for an area of 1,500 sq, ft., but me I just wanted an extra where I get a full bar on my signal anywhere on your property. Easy to set-up once you install the app on your phone. One good thing also, you get to control the devices connected. Everything is under one roof with the Eero app plus you get automatic updates on your Eero device to keep it running smoothly. So far, I have no issue with this product since May 21, 2020.

Simple, lacks advanced features, reliable
||Posted . Owned for 1.5 years when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Have been using this in a 1-level, 1700 sq ft home for a couple years now. Coverage is excellent, I can even get Wi-Fi mowing my small yard now. Speed is very good if you’re on a wired AP. The mesh wireless nodes do see a pretty significant drop in connection speed, but reliability is still very good. I think newer models have improved the mesh speeds. Occasionally I need to manually restart the system. The only way to do it via the app is one node at a time, so it takes a minute. It’s not very often and easy to do, even if you’re not on the local network. Setup is very simple, but the cons are that it’s not as flexible if you’re a more advanced home user. Additional tracking and monitoring features cost through a subscription. But it’s very usable without for a basic hold setup.

Easy to set up. Works great. Awesome app!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. With both hubby and I working from home, we noticed our wi-fi wasn’t performing very well. Notably, our Roku would not play some channels due to “bad connection.” I wasn’t sure if I should upgrade modem and router or just router. I did a lot of research, but still felt unsure. I went to Best Buy thinking they were open, to find they were only open for curbside pickup. Big kudos to the crew—they still did a great job of helping me. An associate called me from inside the store and advised that I try this product. My modem is still not that old, so he thought I could get away with just upgrading my router. He was knowledgeable, polite, answered my questions, and explained the key points of how this system works (j got the three-pack). I purchased it over the phone and he brought it to my car. All and all a positive experience. The system is very easy to set up. The directions are easy to understand. With the three pack I was able to space the units out through the house for great wi-fi coverage, and I will be able to add units if I need to. (May add one in the basement later). The app is really great. You can name all your devices whatever you want, and you can see which unit your devices are getting wi-fi signal from. Devices that move like phones and tablets can get signal from whichever unit is closest. All and all I am very satisfied so far. Just got it yesterday and so far no problems. Getting faster internet and our Roku is working faster too.

Easy setup and great coverage
||Posted . Owned for 3 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. We have a two story home with 2,360 sq ft. We usually have no more than 3 or 4 devices in use at a time and we're not heavy users. So I bought the 3-pack of the wi-fi 5 eero. No reason to spend extra for the latest generation of eero for extra speed and bandwidth we don't need. This eero is dual-band and the wi-fi speed is rated at 550 Mbps (although I've seen independent tests showing it maxes out at around 350-400). This should work well for many households. Setup is done through the eero app on your phone and is amazingly easy. The cable modem is in my 2nd floor office so that's where the first eero goes. I used the 2nd ethernet port to connect to my PC. The second eero is on the first floor next to the entertainment unit and I used one of the ethernet ports to connect to the TV. Even though both eeros are at one side of the house, because that's what works best for us logistically, we get full coverage in every room with no dropoff of speed 50 feet away. Even great coverage in the basement and backyard. We don't even need the 3rd eero right now. If you're a heavy user with 12 devices and needing 1 gig speed this won't work for you. But if you're the average user like us, now that the price has dropped to $199 (and single units to $79) this is a super deal and I highly recommend it.

Worth the price for the excellent coverage.
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great coverage, high-speed throughout our 2-story, 2,000 sq. ft. house. Our modem is located in one corner of the house downstairs. We're now getting high speed internet 40 ft away upstairs with these units. In the past we tried using single units (not mesh routers) that were less expensive but they never quite worked. These are easy to set up. Takes just a few minutes for each unit. Set up accomplished through an app on my phone using Bluetooth connection for each unit. It does require an online account to set up. (There might be ways around this, but I didn't research it.) I've been very impressed with how easy it is to track what devices are attached to the network at any ment. It's also nice getting a notification every time a new device attaches. These units are not Wi-Fi 6 enabled. That's not a deal-breaker for us. (At the time of this review, erode just released Wi-Fi 6 units.) Unlike many mesh routers, each of these units has two hardwire Network ports. This is very convenient for attaching DVRs and remote computers.

Impressive performance
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The run of the mill Asus router I was using couldn’t cover my home - I had lots of spaces where signal was marginal and caused trouble for streaming to TVs. I purchased 2 of these Eero mesh routers (the bundles were all sold out) and together they are doing a great job covering 3 levels and nearly 6000sqft of living space. Speeds are 75-80% of what the IP provides at the gateway (to wifi6 devices) or even better if you are plugged into one of the network ports on the satellite and stay much more consistent no matter where you are. Setup took maybe 15 minutes. I do find that they run a bit hotter than I would expect but it doesn’t seem to bother them. Sometimes I have 40+ devices connected and the routers are totally transparent, they just do their job. Having the built in zigbee hub makes things even better, I wish it had built in Zwave too, but that’s just a minor complaint. you won’t need to worry about your router for a long time with this thing

Hard to Register, Easy to Set Up, Good Coverage
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought the eero Dual-Band Mesh System on the recommendation of the Cox representative at the Best Buy on Sunset in Henderson. I wanted to replace my 12 year old Apple Airport router. The store, and the Cox representative wanted me to buy the 3 device package. I have a 3400 sq. ft. home. I opted for the 2 device package and found it to be more than adequate. I had trouble creating an account and the eero rep on the phone said he didn't know anything about iPhones (can you imagine?), but eventually I was able to call back and talk to somebody with a brain. Once I created the account set up was a snap. I have great coverage throughout my entire house and my wireless speed has actually doubled in parts of the house. I can power all my streaming service without any problems. I recommend the product, but I wish I had gone with the Lynksys system since it is supported by Apple. Overall, I am quite pleased. There is more than enough features for me.

Stability and amazing coverage at last!
||Posted . Owned for 1.5 years when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This was perhaps the best investment I’ve made for my home wireless needs. Installation was a breeze and we have yet to have any issues with it. Our coverage increased significantly with my wife now having stable and strong connectivity in her sewing room which is downstairs and on the opposite side of the house. I highly recommend Eero for your wireless needs.

Simple, Easy to Install
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I run a small consumer technology consulting business, and this unit is one I frequently install in homes to improve their WiFi coverage. I've used the original eero for about 3 years now and love it, and this newer model is equally as easy to setup and use. I installed his specific unit in a ~3200 square foot house and it covered every foot without issue. I consistently got close to the maximum speed I was getting wired into the modem, which was great. The app is super easy to use and gives you great info to monitor your network, and perhaps best of all it makes it very simple to change the network name and password.

ATT U-Verse WiFi Imporvement
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this system because of the poor quality of Wi-Fi I was getting from AT&T U-Verse. Using my existing AT&T gateway, I was able to get this system up and running in 15 minutes. The difference in signal strength and coverage was night and day. We have 1GB internet and we are getting between 300 and 400 MB speed across the mesh devices. Our home is almost 2000 sq. ft. and 3 floors so I have an EERO node on each floor. My only regret is that I didn't buy one sooner. If you have poor quality internet from U-Verse, get this system. You will be glad you did.

Works well
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Our router is in the lower north corner of the house, while the well-used bonus room is in the upper south corner. A regular network extender did not work very well, so I bought this system. I can tell you that it works great and the management application allows me to see what devices are connected, perform speed tests and more. They sell network protection software that I did not purchase. All I can say is that I no longer get complaints about the lack of network connectivity or slow speeds. System work well. Set-up was well thought out.

The best router out there!!
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was worry about not being able to to get internet everyone around the house. Well, the Eero does the job so well, I don't have any dead spots, the Internet is steady and it doesn’t slow down. Everyone can be connect and we all at the same speed, I have no Idea how these three little Wi-Fi system do it but I am very please with it. Easy to connect, you can use any of the Eeros to connect to the modem that's a great thing, you can connect more eeros if you need. I highly recommend it, they are affordable and easy to use.

WONDERFUL!! STEP UP TO 2021!
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. So far So good! Had this for a few weeks now, used to have old school 1 router box Linksys for entire house. It was probably 15 years old and Wi-Fi kept going out multiple times a week. Had to always unplug to reset. With our new Eero 3 hub Wi-Fi we haven't had to reset once! And if we do its as easy as 123! You can reboot your entire house Wi-Fi through the app, no need to go and manually unplug and re-plug. Huge convenience. Also we have a large 3600 square foot house with NO open concept whatsoever. Lots of walls and concrete and interference, multiple devices trying to get on at once. We needed Wi-Fi to stretch to the basement and through both 2 floors. You really don't realize how many devices use your Wi-Fi until you have an app for your router. You can choose what devices link to what and you can even deny access to other devices (like if the kids are watching too much Hulu or your neighbors are trying to hack your system). You can see what devices are on what hub and who is on what on your network and block certain things also. THIS IS GREAT! Don't know why we didn't update sooner. We were living in the stone age with our old router. MESH Wi-Fi is the newest greatest thing! And this isn't too overbearing where it listens in on your life like other devices. Also, Wi-Fi 5 still has the connection plugs on the back of each hub to hardwire a device into your Wi-Fi router that isn't wireless itself. Luckily that's 2 plugs on each hub, we have 3 hubs= 6 plugs. Perfect for what we needed since we had a printer, Arlo pro 2 wired cameras base and a surveillance/security system that all were not wireless on their own and needed to be plugged in. WORKS GREAT! Also, went on sale a week after we purchased and Best Buy was fantastic about price matching us the difference! Can't say more great things in this situation. GREAT PRICE for what we got.

Easy Setup and Great Coverage
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Recommended by a store associate, I was looking at various brands and based on the suggestion I purchased this mesh WiFi and couldn’t be happier with it. Setup was so simple and the coverage gaps we had in the house and even outside are gone. I was amazed when I walked across the street and thru the business parking lot to the next block and I still had a signal. I couldn’t believe it. 5 stars all the way

Great coverage and easy to setup
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Due to multiple people now working from home in our house, I brought these Mesh router to replace an aging Apple AirPort Extreme. We now have a much better coverage - there were less dropped video connections, consistent speed, and no dead spots. The device is truly plug-and-play, the setup process is very easy with the app. The app also provide information on which device is connecting to each of the device - a very useful feature to help identify the devices that are connecting to the network.
