Customers are saying

Customers highly value the crisp print quality and ease of use of the WorkForce Pro WF-7820 Wireless Wide-format All-in-One Printer. Many found setup to be straightforward and the printer to be a good value for its price. However, some users experienced paper jams and issues with the document feeder. Addressing these concerns could further improve customer satisfaction.

I purchased this WF-7820 to replace a 9 year old WF-7510 that decided that it wanted to retire and take on the functions of a boat anchor but I doubt that it will qualify. I am not a heavy volume user but so far I have found this printer to do all that I need it to do. I especially like the back feeder tray. A main drawback of the 7510 was you could not feed a single sheet for printing without removing and loading it in the main paper tray. I primarily use 8 1/2 x 11 paper but sometimes need legal or 11x17. The back tray makes it very easy to run a single sheet in the printer without having to remove the main paper tray. The double sided printing and scanning is another great improvement over the 7510. Another thing that I like about this printer is the automatic paper catch tray, which automatically comes out when the printer starts to print a page. I can't count the number of times that I forgot to pull out the paper catch tray on the 7510 before I started to printing. One thing that was not highlighted in the literature, you will need at least 10 -11 inch clearance behind the printer to fully extend the back paper tray. It was easy to set up with both wireless and USB connections. I have only had the printer for a month but so far I am very pleased with it.

Pretty good printer. Not the best (the document feeder scanner doesn't always produce straight scans) but overall, has enough capabilities at a reasonable price

Had to return the unit for a replacement due to a faulty document feeder.
