Customers are saying

Customers highly value the crisp print quality and ease of use of the WorkForce Pro WF-7820 Wireless Wide-format All-in-One Printer. Many found setup to be straightforward and the printer to be a good value for its price. However, some users experienced paper jams and issues with the document feeder. Addressing these concerns could further improve customer satisfaction.

Its a good machine you can use up to 13x19 size paper despite the advertised 11x17 For regular letter prints its fast and reliable, it does get jammed if you dont load paper correctly minor bend in the corner can mess up your entire print which is not goo if your using heat transfer paper and the printing proccess for that taking about 10 min per print

Great quality and options, not great networking

This gets four stars for the print quality, scanning quality, and available paper sizes (tabloid size is hard to find inexpensively). But, if those parts weren't as good as they are, it'd probably get a 2 or a 3 because of the squidginess of the setup. It constantly drops its connection to my home network, and to get it to work I have to bring up my tablet and set it up for direct printing. Once I do that, the network printing works fine everywhere. But i'm having to do that constantly.

This is an amazing printer. I have a design and contracting business that I run from home and this is the most ideal printer I’ve come across. You truly get value for your money. Not only is it cost effective, it also is very multifunctional. We needed a printer that was not too large and can print large construction drawings and this delivers beautifully. I would recommend highly this product!!!!!

A fantastic printer! I have always favored Epson and I bought this one to replace a model I had for over 10 years. I love that this printer can do large format and the onboard touch panel is easy to use.

Really appreciate the multi-functionality of this printer. It was a breeze to install, though setting up the fax, scanner, etc. was a bit tedious as the multiple menus and navigation aren't very intuitive. My last printer was an old stylus photo 1280 that I really loved, but all it's software and firmware had to be manually undated...but I had to remember to periodically check. I like that this new model will automatically alert me to required updates. Print quality is very crisp.

AMAZING printer for the price. Ink price is fair. This printer is easy to use and setup. It prints 11x17!! Great for a small/medium sized office. Printing speed is slightly on the slower side but this is an amazing printer for a PM like myself.

This is an upgrade for another Epson printer and I am very happy with it. I especially like that I can feed multiple sheets in the bypass tray when printing 11 x 17 maps rather than having to feed single sheets.

It is very big and very heavy! So won’t be portable. But the quality can’t be beat with the scanning! And that’s why I bought it!

The Workforce Pro 7820 is very easy to set up and has been working seamlessly. Printing/paper feed from the tray and the cassette has been trouble free. The print quality meets high standards. It is easy to navigate the settings. This is the second workforce printer that I have owned and I highly recommend it.

Good quality printer. It turned out to have a bigger footprint than I thought, but that my fault in not paying enough attention to the specs. But I like the printer and of course it is multi-function. I have used most funt=ctions but not all and have had no problems. Configuration was easy and connecting to the network was easy.

Excellent Wide Format Printer with Options

This is a heavy-duty printer, scanner, fax and copier with many options for a small office. The machine is larger than my previous printer, however, it offers many options for scanning and printer larger pages and prints. I returned to the Epson Brand, after my HP Printer (also heavy-duty) from 2015 broke, The new HP's seem flimsy and after many attempts to find a solid machine from HP, I returned to Epson.
