Tried this antivirus based on the recommendation of a Best Buy rep and I am glad I did. I feel comfortable surfing the internet because to date I have not gotten any virus unlike previous antivirus used

Business as usual for eset , you buy the product follow steps to activate then boom product can not be activated and go through loops to contact support

Horrible! Bought eset computer security from Bestbuy. It Wouldnt let me access and load and geek squad is useless. They gave me a return label to get a refund and then they sent it back to me saying it was a non-refundable item!?? I have had lousy service with Best Buy. Two different laptops bought from them developed serious glitches right after extended warranty ended and geek squad couldnt help me with them either. Had to take them to private computer repair stores. User error you say? Then why do I have other laptops and software programs bought other places that have not given me a minutes worth of trouble? I should learn my lesson and avoid Best Buy like the plague.

What I like the best about ESET is that this is all they do. No tie ins to other software platforms or unwanted services. The fact that they're US based means a lot to me these days. I've used them for over a decade and they don't disappoint.

very expensive. I prefer to have the actuaL disk rather than just a download. I don't believe you are leaving the disk out to protect the enviroment. Its all about your bottom line.

I was so glad to see that Best Buy is carrying the ESET software. I have used it for many years. My computers have never got a virus when I have used it. It keeps my computer running fast because the minimal resource it uses. Often times I forget its even on my PC. A+ product!

So far ESET has done well for me. Easy to install on multiple devices, and will allow you to upgrade to the most recent iteration of their software.

This software has really protected my laptop so far, I less worried about hacks with ESET!

Have used it for years and has never let me down. Stops bad guys and does no bog down your computer.

No problems since i bought it about a month ago. Overall, i find it useful because i have more than one pc in my household.

I've used a lot of different antivirus software over the past 20+ years and this is my current favorite. McAfee used to be the best for many years, but is now bloatware as is Norton. Kaspersky is okay, but it fails to catch a lot of viruses. Others are also okay, but ESET just gives far more control over the settings and seems to do better stopping viruses.

This product is helping to keep all our computers secure and it even gives us more internet secutity

It lets me know when something trys to access my laptops camera and did a full in depth scan when I installed it. Plus was able to put it on my phone to as well to keep my phone safe.

I recommend this brand beacuse it dias the job. I a have 6 years with my computer and since first day still works perfect thanks to this antivirus

There's a lot of features with this. My favorite, so far, is the additional security when going on to a bank's website. Very easy to use.

This security program has worked the best for me. I also like the fact that it has a separate secure banking program built in it.

As a Tech student ESET is used in our classroom. I was surprised to see it on the shelf. I had to purchase and am very satisfied.
