Pretty good hard floor cleaner. Nice because it can do many surfaces at once - I usually clean with smart mode and can do hard tile and move right over to the area rugs in my home and not have to switch to another cleaning device. Downfalls are you have to add water often, and sometimes the water spills out of the tank. The steam mode takes a long time to heat up and is very tedious. Overall a great option but it’s a little more expensive than what it’s worth. We are keeping it because it’s working fine for us but I would search other options if I hadn’t already purchased it.

We ended up returning it. The Good: - it cleans pretty well. much better than a swiffer - it pretty sturdy - fairly easy to handle the water in both clean and dirty tank The Bad: - It heavy and takes quite a bit of effort. By the time I went through the whole apartment, i felt like a got a serious hand workout. My wife said her hand hurt from how heavy it was to use. It propel forward by itself, but pulling back you feel the full weight. Also, it's not great at rolling when it off, so you have to lift this thing at time and it's (again) heavy! - we kept getting an error for the steam function and the instructions were not helpful. It took a while to figure out and CS was not helpful. What ended up turning on the steam was a button on top of the bottom section. You have to lift the magnetic lid, and there is a steam section. Take a pencil and click it back in. - it turned off randomly despite having charge. Eventually it would turn back on, but I could not figure out when / how to get it working again. Bottom line: If you don't mind how heavy it is (and you don't get a lemon), you will enjoy very clean floors.

I recently had the pleasure of trying out the Eufy MACH V1 Ultra Upright Vacuum All-in-One Cordless StickVac and Steam Mop, and I have to say, I'm thoroughly impressed. This tool is a true game changer when it comes to cleaning your home quickly and efficiently with very less effort. One of the first things that caught my attention about this V1 vaccum is its eco clean feature, I very much appreciate any product that helps me reduce my carbon footprint. With this vacuum, I can clean all types of surfaces without using any harsh cleaning agents, which is a big win in my book. The jetblades feature on this device are another feature that I absolutely love. Not only do they help to quickly dry any surfaces I've just cleaned, but they also make the cleaning process more effective by ensuring that all dirt and debris are thoroughly removed. Plus with the triple self cleaning feature, I can rest assured that my vacuum is always in top condition and ready for the next cleaning session. Without me cleaning the roller manually. Of course, a vacuum is only as good as its suction, and I have to say, the Eufy MACH V1 does not disappoint in that regard. The suction power is very impressive, easily picking up all types of dirt, from even the most hard to reach places. One of the standout features of the Mach V1 is its versatility. As an all in one device, it can easily switches between vacuuming and steam mopping with just a few clicks. This means that I can tackle multiple cleaning tasks with just one device making my life so much easier. Another thing that I love about the Eufy MACH V1 is how easy it is to maintain. The dustbin and water tank are both removable and washable, which makes cleaning up after each use a breeze. I also appreciate how lightweight and easy to maneuver the Eufy MACH V1 is. As someone with back pain, I often find it difficult to use heavier vacuum cleaners for extended periods of time. But with this device, I can clean my entire home without any discomfort or strain Finally, I have to mention how stylish and modern the Eufy MACH V1 looks. With its sleek and modern design and great color scheme, it fits perfectly into any homes decor style. It's not often that you come across a vacuum that's both functional and aesthetically pleasing, but the Eufy Mach manages to achieve both. This vacuum also has a handy LED display that shows the battery life, so I always know how much cleaning time I have left. And when it's time to recharge, the battery fully charges incredibly fast compared to other cordless vacuums. Overall I have to say that iam incredibly impressed with Eufy MACH V1 Ultra Vacuum it has exceeded all my expectations in every possible way. With its awesome powerful suction, eco friendly features, and smart innovative tech design makes this vacuum a truly game-changer in the world of home cleaning. The Eufy Mach V1 is one tool for all your cleaning and sanitizing needs for your home flooring. So, Lets go over some of the features and PROS and CONS of the Eufy Mach V1 Ultra. FEATURES: • 3-in-1 - One of the most important features is that this is a 3 in 1 cleaning tool. It’s a Vacuum cleaner for your carpets, wet/dry mop, and a steam mop for your hardwood floors. Mach V1 features three different cleaning modes. You have your Smart mode which can be used for mopping and hard floor washing. Then you have your Steam mode, which is ideal for removing tough stains and especially great for sanitizing your floors if you have little one, like we do. Lastly, you have your Suction mode, which is ideal for carpet cleaning or just cleaning up a liquid or dry messes off the floor. • Eco-Clean Ozone technology – Mach V1 has a built-in Ozone generator in which it creates ozone with the tap water which then can be used to clean and sterilize your floors and the vacuum cleaner itself. I was able to steam clean my hardwood floor (about 900sq ft) using just the steam option and I had used about 40 percent of the battery. It's perfect for homes with pets, kids, or anyone who wants a clean and hygienic home. I have been using this for a couple days now and I love it. My floors have never been cleaner.

This machine very sleek and attractive. It's easy to assemble right out of the box. After charging, this machine is amazing. The smart mode works well and switches as its designed. Our first thoughts were, it has a small clean water tank it's not going to last long...I was wrong. My wife mopped our kitchen, dinning room, and part of our living room with less than a tank being used. I have to say...pretty impressed with the cleaning power and the shine left on the floor. The LED screen is easy to see and is bright. The app works but we haven't really used it a while bunch but it doesn't monitor the vacuum as it's operations. The vacuum has a smart mode, suction mode and a steam mode...all of which work well and it never seems to lose power no matter what mode you are in. The self cleaning function seemed to work well also, but time will tell as the roller gets older and isn't as new. The only issues we find with the machine are it has a little weight to it and that the handle does not allow for a complete flat layout when trying to get under something. For the cleaning power, the weight is not an issue just different than my old one. As far as the handle, it doesn't go flat but it does pivot in all directions, you just can't lay it out flat. It really wasn't much of an issue, just something we noticed. Overall - My wife loves this. It's made cleaning up after our 4 dogs so much easier. The vacuum cleans better than our old mop/vacuum with better power and technology. I highly recommend families with kids and pets especially if you have muddy areas and entryways.

----- SUMMARY ----- Verdict: There’s no going back after you try the MACH V1. Having a vacuum and mop in one saves me a lot of time and effort. One charge is plenty to cover my whole home, and the charging dock makes sure it’s ready for more use in just a couple of hours. I utilize all three cleaning modes, and my floors have never been cleaner. Add in the additional time-saving features like self-cleaning and you have yourself a phenomenal cleaning device. Pros: - Easy to operate and maneuver - Cleans effectively - Steam sterilizes and removes odors - Long battery life - Self-cleans after use Cons: - Voice prompt isn’t very audible ----- DETAILS ----- Setup: Minimal assembly is required. All you do is plug the charging dock into an outlet and set the MACH V1 on top. The instructions advise fully charging it for 4 hours before first use. There’s an LCD screen on the MACH V1 that shows an animation that guides you through setup and operation. The Eufy Clean app also has an in-depth video demonstration. Starting the first clean is simple. You just add water and cleaning fluid to the MACH V1 removable tank until you reach the max fill line. The MACH V1 automatically mixes and dispenses the optimal proportion while it cleans. Operation: Like the setup, operating the MACH V1 is simple. The controls on the top of the handle can be used one-handed. One button cycles through the modes (Smart, Steam, and Suction), and the LCD display shows the name and animation of the selected mode. There’s also a voice prompt that will announce the selected mode or other important notifications, like when you need to refill the water tank. I wish the voice was more audible though. It sounds muffled, so perhaps the speaker could use some work. The voice is especially difficult to hear while operating the MACH V1 which, unfortunately, is when hearing the voice prompts is most useful. The voice will also remind you to start a self-clean and self-dry cycle when you return the MACH V1 to its dock. To do so, just press the self-cleaning button and it does the rest for you. With how dirty regular mops and similar mopping devices can get, the MACH V1’s self-cleaning and self-drying cycle is a game-changer. It’s no gimmick either. The rolling brush stays impressively clean. Another thing that makes maintenance easy is the dry waste separator in the dirty water tank. As you clean with the MACH V1, the waste is separated out which makes emptying and rinsing the dirty water tank quick and easy. Performance: The MACH V1 is a joy to use. It’s lightweight, easy to maneuver, self-propels, and gets the job done quickly. There’s even an automatic fan that blows air at the floor as you mop for quicker drying. This feature not only helps prevent slips but also reduces the occurrence of streaks and footprints. As previously mentioned, the different cleaning modes can be cycled through on the handle with ease. Smart mode is the default because it’s suitable for most cleaning tasks. It vacuums and mops simultaneously. If you’d just like to vacuum, there’s a suction-only mode. The MACH V1 isn’t designed to vacuum carpets though. My favorite mode is the steam mode, which releases 230°F steam to give your floor a deep clean. Sticky residue and stains are no match for MACH V1’s steam mode. What makes it even better is Eufy’s Eco-Clean Ozone which they claim removes up to 99.9% of germs and odors. With how clean my floors look and feel after using the MACH V1, I believe the claim. Battery: Battery life can vary depending on which mode you use, but it’s impressive nonetheless. Using the smart or suction modes, you can get up to 82 minutes of cleaning time on just one charge. Steam mode drastically reduces that down to about 15 minutes, but I typically only need to use that mode on small areas. I can easily clean over 2,000 sq. ft. on one charge with some battery to spare. This is my first “smart mop” and it is awesome! I was skeptical at first but after using it and comparing it to my manual hand mop from both a usage perspective as well as a cleanliness perspective, this wins 100% The packaging on this unit was awesome. Very well done from an aesthetic perspective and the unit was very well protected. The fancy box just makes you want to open it right away! I was a little intimidated when I saw the packaging and opened it up. The unit was very easy to put together and came with way to follow instructions. I was up and running in about 10-15 minutes. The first thing I did after unboxing was charged the unit to 100%. It took about an hour to charge and in the interim, I watched several YouTube videos on how to setup the unit for use. There are very informative videos out there that detail how to use this and the different modes and options this unit has. I also learned all the buttons and what they do and how to prepare the unit for different use cases. The first use for me was to steam clean my kitchen floor. This is always a high traffic area and tends to be the dirtiest. It’s all tile as well. I put the cleaner in the unit and filled the water tank with tap water and after turning it to steam mode, I let it heat up. Cleaning with the unit was a breeze. I also though because I was using the steam function that the battery wouldn’t be adequate enough to complete my kitchen, dining room, and hallway without a charge in between but I had no issues and still had about 23% left over. The unit is very smooth and easy to handle. I test cleaned an area with my manual mop and another area in the same room with the MACH v1. After cleaning, I took a wet paper towel and scrubbed both areas to see how much dirt still lifted off the tile after cleaning. I was shocked. The MACH v1 did amazing leaving very little to no dirt behind. My manual mop did horrible. This gives me piece of mind with a new crawling baby in the house. It’s nice to know the floors are legitimately clean and disinfected. Eufy made cleaning the MACH v1 extremely easy. After I am finished, before I empty my dirty water tank, I simply set it on the base and hit the clean button and the base cleans and dries the brush. This is great because I could see how if you had to manually clean this unit every time and dry the brush yourself, it would be a dealbreaker for me. With this unit, it’s all automatic and very convenient. After it self cleans, I remove the dirty water tank and dump it and clean it as well as filter and let both air dry before reassembly. The Eufy MACH v1 is so easy to use, very nice looking to have out in your home on display, and cleans extremely well! I would highly recommend this to anyone who is looking for an easier mopping tool that cleans better than a manual mop.

I must admit, when I first opened the box I was overwhelmed by the amount of features packed into a small, lightweight, and versatile Vacuum/Steam Mop. Yes, a vacuum and a steam mop. Not only that, it passes a current through the water tank to produce aqueous ozone. I thoroughly enjoyed learning how to use this machine. Although this shouldn’t be used as a first line of defense against COVID 19, aqueous ozone is a sanitizer, not a disinfectant. The Vacuum comes with base, cleaner, extra parts and accessories, I charged it fully with the included base and then connected it to my Wi-Fi. The setup was fairly simple and took about 3 minutes. I like to dive in without fully reading the instructions. I enjoy going one step at a time in order to test the intuitiveness of the item itself and the app. Well, yeah, read the instructions fully. It’s not something that can be turned on and used immediately. One of the only issues I had was the deep accent the female voice prompt had but that was before the update. Big improvement. I used the vacuum feature and I was curious as to when it would stop making full contact with the ground if say I would want to vacuum underneath the couch or beds. You can’t tilt it as far back as 36 degrees, 35 degrees and then it stops making contact with the ground making this not the best “vacuum” but you must respect the “Jack of all trades master of none” Eufy has displayed here so well. It has three modes, regular vacuum, steam, and smart mode. It has a couple of buttons to select settings and to turn on and off the use of the included cleaner. Smart mode is the main mode for me and steam mode for when I can’t take a pesky stain out of the floor. I’ve even cleaned freshly dropped cake. This thing does it all. There’s a trigger that maxes out the suction for heavier cleaning. The coolest part was that it cleans itself and dries the brush using heat. You dump the dirty water and the brush continuously cleans itself while it’s being used. They really thought this through. Amazing. I highly recommend it.

The Eufy MACH V1 Ultra is a great piece of cleaning kit that helps anyone effortlessly keep their hard floors and super short pile rugs and carpet cleaner. The V1 is a relatively light weight stick mop that uses normal tap water to clean your floors and can use a chemical if you so wish. The normal cleaning mode, called “Smart Mode” combines water, self-made Ozone and suction to clean. As you go around your house the V1 will self-determine how much water and suction is needed to clean. If the floor is extra dirty, it will use more water to help break up the dirt and grime, and if you hit a spot that may have a liquid spill it will cut down the water and rely on suction to get rid of the mess until it has determined it can go back to standard cleaning. Steam mode, my personal favorite, does just as it says and will super heat the water to create steam. As you go along it will act like Smart Mode and wet the floors and use suction to clean, but if you have stuck on messes from mud, pets, dirty shoes, etc you can pull the trigger on the handle to release steam over the mess and help break it up. I have even used it on my super short pile area rugs to get rid of makeup and food stains to surprisingly good results. However, Eufy recommends not using this on any carpet longer than 5mm (¼ inch) so please be sure and check your carpet length before using. This isn't a traditional vacuum cleaner replacement. The last mode is Suction mode and allows you to use the mop more like a traditional vacuum. I make a mess getting out of the shower and bathtub and will sometimes use the V1 to suck up the water on the floor instead of just letting it air dry on its own. It has a great amount of normal suction, but the trigger allows you to boost it even higher for bigger messes. The Jet Blade function is great as well as it helps blow dry the floors as you go along. I noticed a difference with my textured tile and grout with it on verse it turned off. It helped the floors dry much quicker and didn’t really show a determent to battery life. When you’re finished you simply put the V1 on its base and hold the cleaning button and my favorite part happens. It cleans and dries itself! No more dirty mop heads and nasty stuff on your or the floor you just cleaned. It uses the clean water in the tank to wash and rinse the roller and then sucks all that nasty stuff back into the dirty water tank where its red flashing light and the app will tell you to dump it now or when its done, then it uses the steam heater to dry the roller to prevent mold from growing on it and prevent nasty odors. It does a very respectable job. All functions are controlled and shown on a very clear color LCD screen and the controls are very intuitive as well. The V1 is very easy to set up with a quick start guide and even a QR code that pops up the first time you turn it on that will take you to download the Eufy app and watch How-To videos. Once connected to my Wi-Fi it updated its firmware. Unfortunately, the app is pretty much useless aside from that. It will tell you how much life is left in the roller and filter and how long until you need to descale the machine, and how charged theV1 is and what step its in in its self-cleaning function. All these features are on the machine as well. As more and more devices are battery powered and batteries degrade overtime, I find myself wishing Eufy would allow me to adjust the amount of charge the V1 takes or even turn it off until the battery drops below a certain level. Generally, anything over 80% is detrimental to battery health and I don’t ever use the mop long enough to drop it past that unless I'm really steam cleaning my place for a long time as Steam Mode uses the most battery. And every time you put the V1 on its base to self-clean it automatically starts charging. This could easily be added in a future app update so here is hoping. I very much like how Eufy includes an extra roller and filter, 4 packets of descaling cleaner, and a cleaning brush, but I find myself wondering why they tell users not to use filtered or distilled water as this would really cut down on the mineral build up in the machine. Maybe Eufy uses the impurities in hard water to help clean the floor? Overall, I really enjoy this product and is night and day above a simple mop and bucket. The device is extremely well built and should last for years, with the only deciding factor being the battery. I’m very impressed and plan on using it a lot.

Overall, the Mach V1 Ultra uses sterilization, steam, cleaning solution, vacuum, and mops for just about any surface. (I do recommend you make sure your floor is compatible before using). I really needed to clean my new concrete garage floor before sealing. The Eufy MACH V1 Ultra, safe for concrete, came along at the right time. We have moved over the years, and I have gained experience in the process of sealing garage floors. The main issue is that the sealant will not properly adhere to the concrete if the concrete is not thoroughly cleaned. High traffic areas exposed to tires and water will peel away the sealant within a couple of years if the floor is not properly prepared before sealing. I used the Eufy MACH V1 Ultra to complete that cleaning process so the sealer will last longer on concrete. I set up the Eufy MACH V1 Ultra by filling the cleaner solution into the cleaner tank and then added tap water to a separate water tank. All the while the Eufy MACH V1 Ultra was talking me through the process. The “Tesla Valve Mixing Tech” is used during cleaning to automatically determine the proper mix of cleaner and water, thus conserving both water and cleaner. The concrete floor was also covered over and over with steam by way of “Steam Wave Tech”. On the underside of the Eufy MACH V1 Ultra there are jets that power steam out and on the floor for an amazing clean every time. The sealant absorbed really well after the concrete was cleaned. I didn’t have to wait long for the floor to dry as the optimum amount of water was used. The three main cleaning modes are shown on the LCD (easy to read). The Smart, Steam, and Suction modes are all well presented. The steam function is set up to use steam to clean out stubborn messes. The Smart function uses cleaning solution and water in this mode for mopping floors. Lastly, the Suction mode is a great vacuum. Two more reasons to own this Eufy product are the “Eco-Clean Ozone” tech and “Jetblade”. The “Eco-Clean Ozone” functions to get rid of all “contaminants”, not just dust and dirt, thus giving a deeper clean. The second feature is the “JetBlade” that dries the floor quickly. It actually blows dry air from behind to remove moisture from the floor. Next up for cleaning was the hallway floor. I had to use the “Smart Mode” (cleaner with water) on the Eufy MACH V1 Ultra since the LVT floor we have is not compatible with the high temps achieved on the “Steam Mode”. The great news is that the “Smart Mode” did a great job of cleaning the floor. The floor looked brighter, and you could see that a lot of dirt was picked up in the waste tank. The solution on the floor dried quickly and the floor looked great. Initially you have to charge the Eufy MACH V1 Ultra Upright Vacuum in the base provided for at least 4 hours to get a full charge. A full charge will operate the Vacuum for about 82 minutes on “Smart Mode”. “Steam Mode” uses more power, so a full charge lasts about 13 minutes. You can operate the machine two ways. There is an App that you can download on your phone. You do have to have a 2.4 Ghz (not 5 Ghz) to operate from the phone App. You can also operate the Vacuum using the LCD screen located on the top of the machine. The trigger, Power, and Mode buttons navigate through the menus so you can set up and operate everything from the handle LCD. My only complaint is the placement of the “Cleaning” button on the top of the handle. I accidentally activated the cleaning cycle several times because my hand rested on that spot while operating the Vacuum. Another nice feature is that the Vacuum “speaks” to you indicating what you need to do next or what cycle has been activated. That was a cool feature, I found it helpful. The Eufy MACH V1 Ultra Upright Vacuum with All-in-One Cordless Stick Vac and Steam Mop is a great intersection of technology and function. It really does a nice job of floor cleaning, sanitizing, and it looks good during the process. I am pleased with the performance and streamlined design.

I've been testing this vacuum for about 2 weeks now, and so far, it's been nothing but impressive. I'm sure there are quite a few of you out there like me - you sweep your floors and mop when you get the chance, but in high traffic areas, you constantly have these stain-like marks on your floor. You know that these marks can be lifted, but you've tried goo gone, you've mopped with cleaner, and the mark is still there. The MACH V1 Ultra's steam clean can more than likely clean up ANY mess on your hard surfaces. It's actually astonishing. The steam setting on the vacuum has lifted every single stain from my floors over the past 2 weeks. Absolutely amazing. The suction on this vacuum is like you'd expect. It didn't wow me or suck up larger amounts of stuff than my other high-end vacuum (it's 5 years old), but that didn't matter to me. The fact that I can vacuum and wash/steam my floors at the same time is still mind blowing to me. Especially since it all works so well. The controls for the vacuum are simple, you can find instructions in the Eufy app with illustrations and motion graphics, so you're never left wondering how to use a function on the MACH V1 Ultra. The battery life on it is perfect, I've always finished vacuuming before this device reaches 50% battery, and if it ever reaches 50% battery, it's because I was steam cleaning all of my floors. Cleanup on this device can be a little messy, but it's important to understand it comes with the territory. A wet/dry vacuum like this will require a bit more cleanup than dumping out the bag from a dry vacuum. It's honestly very easy to maintain this device, clean the filter, clean the water, and also the device's self cleaning function works perfectly. The self clean takes about 30 minutes to run, and it's always impressed me with how well it works. Final rating? 5 stars. I have no complaints. If you need a wet/dry vacuum and you've been interested in steam cleaning your floors, I'd say look no further. I'm completely impressed. This is an amazing product. The combination of a mop and vacuum has just been incredible. My living room and basement both have hard floors. I never realized how dirty my floors were until using this. The dirty water dispenser looked like chocolate milk when all was said and done. We’ve used standard wet mop sticks before; you know just the basic ones with the disposable cleaning mop/sheet. I can’t believe how useless those things are by comparison. I was able to do my entire 2nd floor, including my kitchen, living room, hallway, bathroom, then my basement, basement bathroom, all on one charge. I had 49 percent battery life left after doing all this. I even utilized the steam function on a piece of carpet we use for my cats. I wish I took a picture of a before shot because this thing was ridiculously dirty, and I honestly didn’t expect it to do the type of job it did in cleaning it. To add, this product did an awesome job cleaning up all the litter footprints my cats leaving behind. I utilized the steam mop/vacuum on my 3rd floor that is all carpet. Again, incredible job it did making my carpets look clean and removing some marks that had been left behind from some accidents. I was amazed at all the dog hair it picked up from my carpets that were deep into it. This has automatic wheels to make pushing easier. It has some slight weight to it and can give you a decent arm workout but takes no additional effort or force to try and clean up those hard to mop up stains/marks. It’s easy to store, easy to maintain. The little display near the handle tells you everything going on, from what cleaning mode you can set to, to walking you through the cleaning step process. Cleaning it is easy, just press the self-cleaning button and follow along. The eufy app also provides added convenience to monitor the use of the vacuum, charge status, updates and adjusting settings. This is a phenomenal mop and vacuum combo and makes cleaning fun to do. I highly recommend this product to anyone looking for a powerful combination.

When I saw this was available, I was very excited to get it as 90% of my house is tile and cleaning can be very tedious and time consuming. Pros: Packaging: Whoever Eufy put in charge of the package design and layout needs a serious pay raise because it is excellent. Of the get go, the box makes the product look very high end and professional. All the items are neatly packed inside with no wasted space. Everything was easy to find and unpack without a bunch of wasted material to go in the garbage/recycle. Overall, it has been one of my favorite unboxing experiences. Battery life: The expected battery life is 82 minutes. I haven’t timed it, but it lasts long enough for me to clean approximately 3000 sq ft of tile. Eco-clean Ozone: I like that it has this technology in conjunction with the cleaning solution to remove germs and odors from floor surfaces, especially given that I have two dogs and a cat. Self-cleaning system: This makes cleanup at the end a breeze. You place it in the base station and follow the prompts on the handle. It will have you detach the waste container which separates so you are able to dump out any solids into the trash and wastewater into the sink. A quick rinse and it’s ready to go back on the mop. It goes through a brush cleaning and drying process with a timer on the handle. Smart Screen: It has 3 built in modes – smart, steam, and suction. These can be easily toggled between on the handle. There is a sub-menu which gives you additional options such as turning off ozone, factory reset, etc. There is a 7-minute quick start guide on the Eufy website that is helpful when just getting started. Overall, I am very happy with the Eufy Mach V1 and would highly recommend it. *** If you experience the dreaded error message on the screen located on the handle regarding "steam mode tripped, please contact customer support" keep reading as it may save you a lot of frustration troubleshooting - I got this error and followed the troubleshooting guide on Eufy's website; however, one part of the guide is severely lacking. When you remove the brush roller cover from the base and look at the steam reset button, it will look like it hasn’t popped up. It will be located below the plastic rim is sits inside. I guess I expected it to pop up above it which would make it obvious to the user that it was in fact tripped. It can be hard to tell so if you get that error message take a pen or small screwdriver and firmly press down. If it is popped, you will hear an audible click when it goes back into place. Scroll back to the steam mode on the handle with the mop in the upright position. If it was due to the steam function tripping, you will see a red light on the base start to illuminate as it prepares steam for use. This takes about 20 seconds. The mop will tell you when steam is ready to use.

I consider myself an expert in the vacuum cleaner department, as I have nearly every high end stick vacuum, corded vacuum, robot vacuum, robot mop and steaming device worth owning. This Mach Vacuum just soared to the top of my list. I wasn't quite sure all the capabilities of this device, but once I stared to go through the tutorial videos, it became very clear... this vacuum does everything! First off: It's a vacuum! Second: It's a mop! Third: It's a steamer! Forth: It can do all of these things at the same time. This is what really blew my mind! I was under the impression I would have to constantly switch in and out of modes, but that is absolutely not the case. The Mach has a suction mode that is only suction, then it has a Smart Mode that is suction AND mop at the same time. Lastly, it has a steam option, that is Suction and Mop when not pulling the trigger, and then a steamer when pulling the trigger. This means you can easily suck up any excess water left behind from the steamer. But wait, there's more - The Mach blasts air from behind to dry your floors almost instantaneously while mopping. I couldn't believe it. The Mach has an incredibly easy to use water reservoir, an easy to clean filter and waste tank, and it has a Tesla valve to hold a concentrated cleaning solution that comes with the mop. The cleaning solution also lasts forever, as I've run through my house 5 full times and still have over half of the original tank left, plus the 3/4th full solution bottle the Mach came with. The battery life is unbelievable. If you are using the Smart function, you can mop an entire 2000 sq foot home and use maybe 40% of battery. The steam function does absolutely destroy the battery though, you can watch it go down in front of your eyes as you hold the steam trigger... but still, it's unlikely you will run out of battery before you finish your cleaning. Some other crazy features are - The Mach auto turns off when you pick it up, and auto starts when you set it down. It also does this when you lock the handle in the upright position, or unlock it. The base also has a self cleaning and self drying function, so your brush roller is always clean.. and, it comes with a replacement brush roller. You can also toggle between cleaning with water, and cleaning with floor solution, all by pressing a small switch on the handle. My expectations for the Mach are so beyond exceeded, to the point where I took one of my other high end vacuums out of the kitchen and moved it to another house.

I have used many types of mops/spray mops, but never felt like I was able to get the floor to a satisfactory clean. This was mostly due to using the same dirty mop pad or bucket of water to complete the cleaning. I was amazed about how clean my floors were after using this Mach V1 Ultra stick vac/steam mop. Set-up was easy and I liked the videos on the website to learn how to use this vacuum. The vacuum does provide a voice prompt, but is hard to understand. The functions were straight forward except for the option to turn on JetBlade quick drying (hit the top button on the handle 3 times). After retiling my kitchen backsplash, I had a lot of particles and mud smears on the hardwood floor. Also, it had been a while since I cleaned the area around my dog’s food bowl (see photo of before and after). I was amazed by how well the smart option cleaned, but was blown away by the cleaning ability of the steam. There is a bar on the display which indicates how dirty an area is and the progress to become clean. I took a photo of how much filth was removed in one cleaning (see photo). Even though the moping function may last 82 minutes, I used the steam function most of the time and was only able to get about 20 plus minutes before needing a recharge. The manufacturer states the battery life will last 15 minutes for continuous steam. Cleaning was pretty easy as the vacuum guides you through the whole process. I made sure to empty the dirty water bin, clean it, and let it air dry before putting it back together. I also removed the magnetic clear plate and roller mop and removed any dried debris after the clean cycle is complete. So far, my vacuum smells as fresh as the day I first used it. The only negative thing I could find with this product is that it cannot mop within about one and one-half inches next to the wall. I would like to see the company have an added wand to address the areas next to walls and cabinets. All in one they say. All in one in deed with this high tech product. Was very skeptical at first glance and Eufy literally proved me wrong. I use this every week. Vacuum and mop my floors to my lil one can crawl and around with a clean and neat floor. Self cleaning is such an awesome feature to have. This is my helper buddy weekly. Definitely recommend this product.

My partner and I were so tired using a mop to clean our hardwood floors so we got an electric steam mop. But then we had to constantly change out the pads, then vacuum afterwards. It became a whole day’s worth of work to just have it ruined by our adorable little pug running in from the backyard, paws all muddy. Enter the Eufy Mach V1 Ultra. The machine that does it all and does it all extremely well. We live out in the country with a zero-scaped lawn so we constantly have dirty floors. We have a robot vacuum to handle the day to day pet hair and dirt buildup, but we never felt like regular, spot free, squeaky clean floors were possible. We have the Eufy on its self-cleaning base station in the living room so that we have quick access to it whenever we need it. Our house is 1000 sq-ft, all hardwood and the lowest the battery has ever gotten was 75%! It’s absolutely crazy, especially compared to our stick vacuum that only vacuums and doesn’t last the entire house. That vacuum is a little easier to maneuver, but all in all I don’t seem myself ever using that again compared to the Eufy. All the containers for water, cleaner, and dirty water are super easy to remove and replace. Knowing that every time we put the Eufy on its docking station the roller head is going to be cleaned and dried to prevent mold is a huge plus. The display on the machine itself is helpful as it does have a lot of features controlled by different buttons and knobs. There is a bit of a learning curve, but luckily when you set it up with the app, it has a bunch of great how-to videos to get you up and running. I knew the Eufy Mach V1 Ultra would come in handy, but I failed to see just how much it would improve our lives. Our house is cleaner than it’s ever been and stays cleaner on a regular basis due to the ease of use and efficiency of this machine. If you have hard floors, the Mach V1 Utra is a must! Pros: The cleanest my floors have been in ages! I absolutely LOVE this all-in-one vacuum! I have an elderly dog who has accidents in the house. This machine makes it easy to do quick cleanups on any type of flooring. No more dragging out the carpet cleaner which takes time to set up, warm up and then use and clean up. This vacuum is ready to go instantly! I can steam clean floors or carpet (this mode does require a 20 second warm up). This is great for sanitizing after dog accidents or just cleaning tough spots. My favorite setting is the default "Smart Mode" which is for daily mopping. I use it on hard wood, slate and my rugs. The Steam mode is great for stains and sanitizing. The suction mode is for regular vacuuming or for picking up wet messes. You can switch modes during use with a touch of a button. I find the voice prompts helpful while I am using it. I did accidentally turn off the dry mode and could not figure out how to turn it back on. A quick google search found out how (press the self clean button 3 times) After use, you can put the unit back on the charging base and set it to clean and dry the roller. The amount of crud I empty out of the dirty water tank is incredible!! This was after already cleaning my floor with another brand of wet-mop. The ONLY two downsides- 1) You have to use their brand of cleaning solution and the only place I have found to buy it is their website ($30 for 2 bottles). I had hoped Best Buy would sell the refills since they sell the vacuum but at this point, they do not. The good thing is that I have been using this mop almost daily for several weeks and I have barely used any of the cleaning solution in the floor cleaner tank. 2) It is hard to get into small places. I would love to sanitize around the sides of the toilet but the machine can't fit between the toilet and the wall. If you only get one floor cleaner- Get this one! It will replace a regular vacuum, mop, and carpet cleaner.

This picks up soo much dirt and hair …ect and i haven’t noticed my floor beig dirty untill u used this which is amzing ! However, it does seem to leave behind water which is no issue since it would dry faster tham moping the floor but i was hoping it would leave less water than expected. Other then that its amazing and i never relay touch the dirtly water since it selfs clean !!! I would highly recommend
