    4K video is too compressed and the cameras need an option to have uncompressed recordings. Or if not uncompressed please add a higher FPS setting in 2k recording maybe? I cannot even read license plates in full day light. I have a 2k wired EUFY cam and the 4K cams actually look worse. Sound is extremely sensitive to wind noise. The Microphones are mostly useless if there is a light breeze. The Motion detection is so-so and often records mid way through an event. The spot light rarely turns on at night for motion but it does still record video. It would be nice if the light turned on for every event to ward off intruders. You can set the cam to record for longer but there needs to be a much longer recording time since these are solar. Overall disappointed, I'll likely sell them since I'm beyond return policy. The base is nice though and I'll probably keep that.

    Video quality is great! Zoom is pretty nice as well. Only thing is one camera does not charge by the solar panel. I have to take it down and charge it by wire. And the motion sometimes doesn't turn on. For the hefty price i would recommend a wired system.

    Nice camera, it had all the specs we wanted. We purchased it, thinking it had local stored memory, but once we got home we did more research and found that the only issue we had was that its cloud stored and not local and has the chance of people opening your camera from their computer.

    Here We Go Again

    I returned my previous eufycam pro 2 and upgraded to this one for the reasons I explained on my review for the pro 2. Unfortunately, I'm experiencing the same problems with this new product! Seriously? I have this set up exactly the way I want, and this freaking thing still won't do what it's made to do! It's supposed to record up to 60 seconds of video as long there's motion within its view. And yet, it doesn't seem to record no more than 9 SECONDS while there's still motion activity right in front of the camera!!! Sheesh! For $550, you would think it would do the one job it was made to do!! So, here we go again! Another below average rating for the "infamous" eufyCam!!

    Happy For A Month

    After installing my cameras I was happy with my purchase until the snow came and everything changed, they worked when they wanted to. I contacted the company directly and I wasn't happy then I tried to get a refund from Best Buy and it was refused. Almost $700 lost, never again.

    Have very mixed feelings about this camera system. The cameras were packaged very nicely and the setup was very easy, but the overall functionability of the camera system was poor, there is no live 24-Hour recording, The cameras pick up motion and the AI work s some of the time, The record time is very short sometimes missing what was truly important. I would not recommend this system to anybody looking to protect your property.

    Camera sucks

    I am not happy with the performance of this units, it takes 4ever to see a picture after it has give an alert, also everytime you look at an alert the stupid thing keeps taking pictures of the review of the alert , totally sucks must likely I’ll be returning these items

    One of the three cameras in this model was defective. The contact center was deplorable, inconceivably bad!!! When I went into the Best Buy store, they were OUTSTANDING!

    Horrible motion detection

    I bought these for the fact that it was a localized storage and not cloud based which was great. The canera quality is good and the night vision was good. The worst thing was motion detection. The motion detection is absolutely useless. I went through every setting and read online how to maximize it but no resolve. The cameras are only detecting motion from about 5-8ft away, anything past it nothing. Will be taking them back cause i cant sit and watch my cameras 24/7. I have the cheap plug in ring camera in my window pointing at the same direction that the eufy camera was and the ring camera is picking up motion right when you enter my driveway the eufy cam picks em up when they are passing the camera. Returning them and finding something else

    Eufy sucks

    I've had the eufy cam pro's with Homebase2 now I upgraded to eufy cam 3' with homebase3 and 4k. They still suck customer service is terrible the camera's miss at least 40% of any type of traffic that passes them or it starts to record as the object is leaving the area. Pure waste of money.

      - Please expand or delete your activity zone if set up. Steps:Devices>motion detection>activity zone.
      - Please increase the sensitivity. Steps: Devices>motion detection>sensitivity level(type)
      - Please know that the camera should be installed 7-10 feet above the ground and the depression angle should not be greater than 25°.

    Criminally negligent? NOT 'security' products

    There is no way the Eufy line can be considered security products. It must be reliable, at all times, with HA/redundancy in event of failure, big or small. Anything else is just another camera. The cameras/devices are unreliable at best, prone to frequent recording of things that should not be, missing the recording of other things it should be, along with far too many instances of failed connectivity between the cameras/devices and homebase. The software is slow and counterintuitive, with more focus on selling more product than providing increased security value. Would not recommend as a security product.

    Months of waitinf for support of other devices

    I have a lot of other eufy devices. The homebase 3 was supposed to support them back in november but the dates kept getting pushed back further and further. I finally pushed their support team to give me a refund as it doesnt support any of my other devices after 6 months of waiting and 4 different delays.

    I live in a corner house and the motion detector for dog, vehicle, and humans was on point really loved it , but the solar panel wasn’t enough to keep the battery charged, I’d say these are more for none corner houses, note: even putting battery saving mode on them didn’t help
