Worth Every Penny, the Best GPU Option Available
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have been doing serious PC Gaming since 2008 and its hard for me to come across a product that simply stuns me with its performance relative to its price. Well, the EVGA 1080ti did that and more, its an excellent card if you want to get the best experience for your money at 1440p or higher resolution gaming. Pros: -Raw performance is amazing at 1440p or higher. I run the card at 7680 X 1440, which is the resolution for my triple 27 inch Dell S2716DG 1440p monitors and it performs astoundingly well, even at Ultra settings in some games. It also works very well in VR. -Temperature is reasonable, it does not run overly hot. -Card looks cool through the tempered glass side, including the lighted labeling. -Price is fair considering the performance you get and how it compares to the AMD camp. It is also a significant jump over the GTX 1080, which I previously owned, and so the price difference is justifiable. -EVGA Reliability - I have two EVGA cards right now, my 1080ti as well as a 5 1/2 year old EVGA Superclocked 4 GB 670. The 670 continues to chug away nicely in my desktop PC. Cons: -1080p performance is amazing, but this is too much card for that resolution. Don't buy this card if you are going to run it at 1080p, its only worthwhile if you are going to run it at 1440p or higher.

Unlimited POWER!!!!!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is a very pricey card but you get what you pay for. My only suggestion is to be very aware of what CPU you are pairing it with. I would not use an Intel i5/i3 or AMD Ryzen 3/5. To avoid any bottlenecking I would use an Intel i7(Kaby Lake or Coffee Lake) or a Ryzen 7. I myself have it pair with an Intel i7-8700K(Coffee Lake). Also if you are planning on mainly gaming at 1080p I would pass on this graphics card as it is really meant for anyone looking to play at 1440p or 4K. For those playing at 1080p resolution I would recommend the Nvidia GTX 1070, 1070Ti or 1080. In all it is a great buy for me as I won't be needing to upgrade for quite some time now.

Top of the line gpu, pricey but excellent
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The only games I’ve tried it with are Overwatch and Player Unknown Battlegrounds. I went from barely getting 30fps at 1600x1200 and lowest quality graphics settings with my gtx 550ti/phenom9600/8gb system to over 150fps at 2K resolution and maxed out graphics settings on my new gtx 1080ti/ryzen1700x/32gb. HUGE difference! Mind you that your performance will be bottlenecked greatly if you try to use the 1080ti in a severely outdated system, like i did at first. My old system (parts dated around 2008-2010ish) was so overwhelmed by the 1080ti that the motherboard started having overheating problems with the 1080ti installed, and it only gave a small increase in performance because It was limited by the speeds that my old system could handle. I had to then upgrade to a more up-to-date motherboard/processor/memory combo, and that’s when the 1080ti was able to really show its stuff. I expect that the 1080ti will play most of today’s games above 144fps at maxed out graphics. As far as temperature is concerned, the 1080ti runs between 40-50deg C during basic computer use and then goes up to about 70deg C when i fire up a game at max graphics, which seems fine. So far, I have been too lazy to use the included software, which probably lets you manage the fan speed better to reach cooler temperatures. By default, it seems like the 1st fan runs during basic use, and the 2nd fan kicks in when needed. It’s ironic, because I payed $10-$20 extra for this version of the card that has all the temperature sensors, and I’m not fully utilizing them. This is the only version that best buy sells, but don’t worry, it seems like it’s the best evga dual fan version. And it seems from the reviews that ppl like the evga version cards. You can always pay more for the 3 fan version or even the liquid cooled ones if you have cooling concerns, but this dual fanned one seems to do BEYOND just fine for me. Thanks to this card, it looks like i won’t have to worry about running below maxed out graphics settings for a looong time to come.

Beast of a GPU
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I originally upgraded from my GTX 960 with a 1070 ti but felt I still wasn't getting the performance I wanted, even after playing around with EVGAs OCX overclocking utility and running benchmarks through 3DMark and UNIGINE. So returned it, spent a few extra bills, got the EVGA GTX 1080 ti and I'm blown away. I have a 24" 1920x1080 144hz 1ms r time ASUS vg248qe monitor, and in MOST games, FPS ranges from 70 to the full 144 FPS , which needless to say, is amazing. Most recommend using this at 2k or 4k, because at 1080p its overkill. And I cant speak for how well it performs in that regard. But at 1080p, this thing flys. Now waiting on a 27" Dell 1440p G-Sync monitor, (aka 2k). Cant wait to see what this 2k gaming hype is all about. Would I recommend this to a friend? Absolutely. If you have the budget, this thing is a beast and will tear through just about any GPU-demanding games you throw at it. May even dual SLI at some point.

Amazing gpu
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I came from a 1080 so I had my doubts if it was worth it. But it is, I game on a 1440p res and on games I play like overwatch on ultra I easily hit max 144 plus. Very silent and keeps cool. Don’t bother with a ti if you’re only at 1080p resolution though only for 2k and 4k

1080TI
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It's a superclocked 1080TI. I got it for $500 total after some coupons and such and I couldn't be happier. It's the strongest GPU on the market for the price and EVGA is a fine company. Keeps itself cool.

Top notch GPU, one of the best 1080Ti you can buy!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.EVGA rock solid quality and warranty. This thing is super quiet. Plays games at my 1440p 144hz no problem on high-max settings. It’s extremely cool, barely breaking 70C during overwatch or destiny 2. Super fast card in a much smaller form factor than a 1080Ti FTW3 Also, I should add that have this in a micro itx system and it still stays that cool!

Amazing card for the price
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. If you want the best of the best you are going to pay a higher price but in the end it is worth it, But only if you are gaming above 1080p. I use this card with a 1440p 144hz monitor. Card maxes out all the games that I play at 120fps+ Please note unless you are running 4k+ do not try to SLI 2 of these cards as it will negatively effect performance.

AWESOME Card
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This thing handles anything I throw at it. I am a content creator who uses 4K. This was a replacement for my last graphics card and MAN IS THIS GOING TO LAST ME A WHILE. My last video card was purchased in 2012 for 1080p video editing. This card will handle anything 4K and does great with gaming. Fast, runs cool, and LED adds a touch of customization to my case. It plays well in both my Ryzen7 PC and Intel PC. Recommended to all. EVGA customer service is top notch which is an added plus.

Great graphics card!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.have never been a desktop pc person (for gaming that is) until august 2016 and my first graphics was a gefore gtx 1070 and I loved it. Is great as it was i wanted more power and was going to buy a 1080 or a titan but i waited it out. NOW i own a 1080 ti and the wait was so worth it. I love everything about this graphics card. Balances heat well, performs strong, the inputs are a nice improvement. Only downside of this card if its something you like to do. and that is to OC which probably void any warranty so remember that. Card has been out for some time and so there was already forums about it so i knew ahead of time, im bad with oc as it never works out for me so i rather dump $ into power than my time and squeeze out that little bit more juice. <--- 1080 ti is just that.

Great Card
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Been waiting for a while and did good amount of research before buying a 1080 ti and when time was right i decided to go with this card as it was the most newest at the moment. Now that evga has sc3 the sc2 isnt top dog but its performance is quite outstanding. Now 1080 already come pretty maxed out so don't look to getting if your an overclocker type person. Only recommend to those who want those stats to shine when it comes to gaming. Fans are strong and doesn't get very hot even when maxing out game settings. Also evga precision X (used to control led lights, oc, and fan speeds) is a great tool provided by this brand.
