Beautiful fast cooking microwave 1100 watts. This microwave is nice. When I say quick cooking its really quick cooking. Easy to read buttons on it. Love the color. I bought the red one. When I was shopping online I was a bit leary on buying because I couldn't physically see it. I took a chance and was glad I did. I can put a full size dinner plate in it with ease. It has a turn table in it which makes it nice. Setting it up was easy. When you cook in it you gotta be careful not to overcook your food because it cooks quick. It has 3 settings for just microwave popcorn, it goes by how big is your microwave popcorn bag is. My only issue I have with it is its kinda dark on the inside but not too bothersome though. Buttons are easy to see and its easy to open up and close. Its got a 30 second preset button on it too. Its a beast at its best. Love it and it really isn't a bulky microwave oven either. The biggest thing that got my attent was the color of it because I find it unique to me. You can cook snything in it. I would recommend this to anyone. I would buy it again too. Its affordable too. The vents on it are on the top and the left side of it. Its got a fairly decent long cord to plug it into the wall too. Its perfect microwave for my family. Its manual is easy to read too. It opens and closes nice. The door isn't one of those push button types its actually got a handle on it which makes it nice. Its not noisy when it cooks. I'd say I don't have any regrets in buying this microwave one bit at all. I'm satisfied with my purchase. Love it. While cooking just mske sure you keep a very close eye on your food because your food will cook a lot more faster than what your cook yime is on the package of your food that your going to cook.

Our only issue was how the top inside got corroded so soon. We've had many microwaves over the decades, and over the years had to be replaced due to mechanical issues, never due to the coating getting corroded for normal use in less than 2 years. We used the same care for all previous microwaves, wiping it down etc, this is a first, so it seems to be more a Farberware issue than the fault of the customer. I contacted Farberware, they said they don't see it often (but have seen it), and said moisture or food can deteriorate the coating. There was nothing about this in their owner manual. They didn't take any responsibility, or offer a refund to replace, even after I expressed concern the chemicals from the top coating may have gotten in our food when heating it up, they just said sorry and that it can happen, and to be sure to wipe it down (which we do). The positives: It is a beautiful unit in the red, we like the handle to open the door, instead of the push button which can break over time. It's easy to use, perfect size, but I should have bought a warranty, then I wouldn't have had to pay for a replacement in less than 2 years. So if you purchase it, keep an eye on the top inside, and get a warranty. (if it hadn't corroded on top, I would have given it 5 stars) I struggled to answer Yes or No to recommend, I wish there was a not sure answer, but I put yes because it looks great and works well except for the one issue, but only if you buy a warranty. And no microwave lasts forever, but should last longer without any deterioration.

This is one of the only microwave ovens we could find that really suited .Most other stainless steel models have black accents. In addition, we had a very specific size that would fit into our remodel and one fit the space perfectly. On top of that, even though the rated water is lower than our old, wall mount Samsung microwave, this seems to heat up leftovers and cups of water for tea, just as fast, plus it's quieter while running. Hope it last.

This microwave is great. Heats your food up very quickly. Doesn't take up much space on the kitchen counter top. It will match any color design in your kitchen and it comes with all the pre-installed tabs that you need to quickly heat up food, leftovers, popcorn or defrost. I would recommend it to anyone looking to buy a new microwave

Looks good, love the red. Cooks good and easy to operate. However, the inside lighting is cheap, does not illuminate entire inside as my old microwave did. The main complaint though is that it doesn't have an exhaust fan. The inside steams up so bad you can't see what you are cooking thru the window. Had I known this didn't have a fan I would not have purchased. Faberware, come on, what I let down.

This is a great microwave for the price. I did a lot of research before buying and it has a lot of great features. The inside cooking size fits almost anything, there is a lot of shortcut buttons that helps things go quicker( the only down side is the buttons are dark so can be difficult to see).love the black and stainless so goes with any kitchen, handle a great add on as well. I had bought one back for myself in 2021 and my mom needed a new one so bought her this one as well, so this is the 2 one buying and she loves it too. Highly recommend! Also you can never go wrong with Farberware!!

We replaced our over the range microwave with an exhaust hood. We are very happy with our purchase of the Farberware Classic Microwave oven. It is very compact but still has a 12.5 inch turntable and 1000 watts of power. We love the Platinum and white color that goes well with our white quartz counters and it doesn't take up a lot of counterspace.

Excellent power & beautiful design that is compact in size for saving counter space! Luv it! ❤️

IT WORKS EXCELLENT I BEEN KEEPING UP WITH THE MAINTENANCE I REALLY JUST USE IT TO HEAT FOOD UP BECAUSE I HAVE NO KIDS !! I LOVE THE CHOICE I MADE AND WOULD DEFINITELY BUY IT AGAIN!!

no comments!!! it was a horrible experience all carriers mess up

Three years after purchase and it has rust inside of top.How? Once again we are seeing less quality on basic products every day. I would not purchase again.

I received it today and it had a big dent on the side. I am not happy about that. I have not used it yet just mad that it is dented. They force you to choose the other items so based on the dent I am not satisfied.

Been sitting unopened in living rm since May 10th! I thought delivery guys would set me up! Instead microwave- was put on porch! Customer service no help! Am disabled senior- can't lift & place on top of cart! Would love to use it!

The machine itself is great imho. It is a little noisier than our last microwave but it's not a dealbreaker. It does beep more and slightly louder than our old microwave but it doesn't bother me (although it does bother the gf a bit). This red unit looks great and has worked flawlessly so far. I am very happy with it so this unit gets five stars. However, Best Buy's webpage describing this unit got a couple of things wrong. 1) Best Buy describes the unit's dimensions wrong. Best Buy shows the unit width as 16.54". The unit is actually 20.2" wide with a 16.5" depth (according to the owner's manual and my tape measure). I have limited space on my counter and an accurate 16.54" width would have been better for me. 2) Best Buy offers free shipping, which I really appreciate. Best Buy may promise to deliver this unit within a week but don't be surprised if it takes much longer. I ordered my unit on August 16 and finally received it September 11 (26 days). Best Buy did keep me apprised of delays and it's a good thing I'm a very patient person. If this unit was available in-store, I would have picked it up. Best Buy finally found a unit in Wisconsin and had it delivered to me in SoCal. Also, I think it was very nice of Best Buy to not take the purchase price out of my bank account until they actually found a unit to deliver (Sept. 4). Despite these things I still like Best Buy.

Our regular kitchen microwave stopped working, and we've had a repairman out to look at it. Needs a part that must be ordered. Due to COVID slowdowns everywhere, we will be without a microwave for a number of weeks until part is located and shipped. Meanwhile, we purchase this Farberware Classic which is good looking and fits in with our kitchen decor. It functions well and meets our needs during this interim period. Once our regular microwave is fixed, we plan to take this one to our cottage. It works well enough to satisfy needs there.

Bought this microwave after my last one died. This microwave heats up the food well and is a pretty color, red. It is a little louder than I would have liked, but overall worth the purchase.

Heats quickly but is louder than my old one. BB matched the Amazon price and used my BB rewards to purchase.

My ancient microwave died and I wanted a simpler to operate replacement. After reviewing my options I chose this one because of the attractiveness. Once reading more, it filled all my needs in terms of ease of use, quietness and efficiency. The size is perfect for my 2 member household and I love the color and great price!

Looks great, works well. I was replacing one that was way beyond needing to be replaced and am not disappointed. It's a little noisy but not terribly so. Door opens and shuts very easily, no need to shove the thing back to get the door closed. The red color is just on the front, the sides are black. (They probably should list the color as Red/Black)

After four months of use, I can honestly say that our family really likes this microwave. It gets used multiple times a day, heats food evenly and fast, and is not too noisy. It's attractive and compliments our other stainless steel appliances. I would purchase this item again.
