This product is a great motivator in getting you to walk more. I was surprised at how many steps I take in a day and my daughter and I share our end of the day walking results. It's small and very easy to use.

Had my original Fitbit for over a year and was really upset when I lost it. Loved tracking my daily steps, having the ability to track info on my phone and was able to continue with my original data history on my new replacement without a hitch! I also liked getting $10 off my purchase by buying it online.

This is by far the best tracking technology to date. Small, accurate, user friendly and simple to use. Great customer service and merges seamlessly with other food and exercise software. Our family purchased six and encourage each other by adding each other as friends. I have lost 28 pounds since August using the fitbit with myfitneespal.

There should be a support group. Lost on the first day and found a week later. Another person at my job site lost his the first week of use at the same time mine was lost. I made a well-fitting leather belt loop bag so it will not be lost, crushed, or washed with clothing. It randomly shuts off without reason. When restarting the power, there is no activities recorded and the time reflects when the power outage occurs. The problem has not happened since I have been using the bag. The step count is accurate about 90% and the program could be useful for those who wish to count their caloric intake.

I use my Fitbit everyday to track my activity as well as calories taken in and burned. I love that I can link it to My Fitness Pal. Being able to challenge friends and family that have one is great incentive to keep moving. I love this Fitbit

Nothing against the Fitbit One, but the assessories could be a lot better. They have good assessories for sports, but would like to see a dressier "every day" band for women. To keep up with steps in a day, that would include being at an office work environment so a different kind of band/bracelet would be nice.

This is a great product. Easy to wear and easy to use. I like the color a lot too. It tracks my sleep which is great because I don't sleep well and it shows how many times you wake up and everything. It also tracks if you go up stairs and has a cute little flower to show how active you have been that day. I would definitely buy this for someone that wants one.

I Like it because I hike a lot and it counts stairs along with steps and distance. I also like it because you can go online and get all the statistics. I also have fit-bit pals on line and enjoy talking to them.

This is actually my second Fit Bit. They are very durable but don't leave in your pocket when you wash your pants. It links with my iPad or desktop and seamlessly links to my nutritional tracking program, "My Net Diary". The combination has motivated my recent 20lb weight loss balancing dietary habits and maintaining a repeatable level of activity. I highly recommend the Aria Scale by Fit Bit which adds the extra monitoring of weight and body fat measurements to the same iPad Apps.

At first I heard great things about the fitbit. Mine was working great for a few weeks. Then some odd readings started showing up. Showed me walking for 90 minutes while I was sleeping. Also showed the same thing while I was sitting in my cubicle at work. And today it showed me walking from 1:00 am to about 3:30 am. I was not even wearing it to bed last night. It was on the night stand until about 10:00 this morning. I did a quick search of ratings on Amazon and saw quite a few people are having the same issue. There appears to be some type of bug in the programing and from one review the custom stated the company knows about it. I currently have letter in to the company to see if there is something they can do. If not it may be going back to Best Buy.

I absolutely love this device. I've had it about a month and have worn it every day. It is small and discreet. I find its tracking to be pretty accurate about 95% of the time. I have counted steps while I walk and then compared my count to the fitbit's count, and it's usually in exact agreement. Once in a while it does something funky (like yesterday it logged that I had climbed 8 flights of stairs during my drive home from work... normally it is very good at telling the difference between walking and driving, and it doesn't record motion during driving). The battery life is great - I can go over a week without charging, and it charges up pretty quickly (under 2 hours). Most importantly, this thing motivates me! I am climbing stairs much more often. I am getting up from my desk during the work day to walk around the office. I often find myself doing little bits of "extra" activity here and there, and thinking, "My fitbit will be proud of me." The little flower on the display that shrinks and grows with your activity level is motivating, too - I don't like it when my flower "dies!" The website access is free (although there is a premium paid subscription you can get if you want even more motivation). The free version gives you quite a bit, though. I wear it every night to track my sleep, and have found it very helpful in figuring out how well I'm sleeping and how much sleep I'm actually getting. The armband for night use is pretty comfortable. I haven't had any issues with the clip like others have. I just be sure to push it onto my clothes as snuggly as possible. It has never fallen off. I have used sparkpeople.com for years, and the fitbit syncs nicely with it. I also discovered that it syncs with a site called earndit.com, which allows you to earn prizes (or donate money to charity) by exercising. Another great source of motivation that I wouldn't have without this device! Overall, this is a great product!

As a couch potato in recovery, I wanted something that was accurate and also concealable. I love that I can just slip the device in my pocket or clip it under my clothes and no one notices. Many pedometers require you wear it on your belt or waistband, which doesn't work if you're wearing a dress. The ability to track stairs is really encouraging. I take the stairs instead of the elevator much more often than I did. Gotta rack up those flights! The ability to track your sleep patterns is very interesting. I have found so far that I sleep much better than I thought. It's suggested you charge once a week, but I can go 10-12 days. I don't know if that means I have to do more, but ... recovery takes time. The dashboard is a very easy to understand system to see your progress. Great job, FITBIT!

I love my Fitbit One. It's so easy to use and doesn't show under clothing, unless it's a really clingy item (a concern prior to purchase), but there are several options where it can be attached to clothing. We live in a multi-level townhouse and I wanted to be able to track stairs as well as steps and distance, which is one reason why I chose the Fitbit over other brands. I also have very small wrists and the wrist models felt too large and bulky for me. I did discover that WoCase makes a wristband that will hold the Fitbit One, adding yet another wearing option (although it is also a bit large on my wrist). The sleep tracking turned out to be more informative than I anticipated and the weight and food tracking are a really helpful bonus.

I bought this clip-on Fitbit because I do not like bracelets/watches. It is small enough that it is not intrusive but big enough to easily read the display. I have it set to track my steps, stairs, mileage and sleep patterns on a daily basis. I have it linked to my Loseit.com account so I can get a ton of information from my phone. . So far it is working well and only needs to be charged every two weeks. I am glad I bought this Fitbit it is worth the money.

Great Way to Track Steps, Sleep and Food

I went through 3 Misfit's before I decided to spend the extra to get a Fitbit and I love it. I really like being able to see how many steps I have taken and how well I sleep. It seems to be accurate too. I don't like that I can't have the app on my phone track my distance as I exercise because that doesn't seem to register with the "badge" system; so I have to use another app to track my distance and routes. Tracking foods is helpful but it isn't as advanced as the My FitnessPal app is so every once and a while I have to use that app to figure out how many calories something is. I love how you can see it all (steps/miles, weight change, calorie count, and sleep) in one place (with different technologies including the phone, computer and actual devise(doesn't show sleep)) and that I can compare with friends which helps push me to do more.

So far I am pleased with the FitBit One. It is the 3rd FitBit product I've purchased. The first two were the Zip model (useless). I love the ONE because of the rechargeable battery. So far I am getting greater than a week out of each charge. I like how it keeps track of the stairs and steps. Once set up it syncs with the computer and my cell phone as soon as you're near them. It seems to be very accurate which is nice (and sad when I think I've walked further than I did). I've used the sleep mode twice. It is interesting to see your sleep pattern displayed out for you. I definitely wouldn't use it every night but occasionally it is a nice feature. One word of caution - Make sure you wear it inside your pocket or shirt. They have the potential to easily pop out of the carrier if hit the wrong way.

I have to say I have had this device just over a week and I am amazed at how hooked I am on it already! I love checking how I'm doing and how it just syncs on it's own when I am near my computer! I have to say both fitbit and Best Buy support were amazing, when I figured out my device was not charging after having it for 6 days Fitbit was ready to replace it at no charge as well as Best Buy since I got their service plan and it was within the 7 day no questions return time - I went with the Best Buy return so I wasn't without my device and they made it so easy! I even sync it with my sparkpeople.com account since SP has a bigger food database but I let Fitbit determine how many calories I can eat in a day and how much to eat at meals - the 2 sites toghether work well for me to continue my weight loss goals!! The clip on it as well I have no worries about it falling off and I love that I can wear it on my bra so I don't have to worry about it and it also helped me figure out I really am waking up a lot at night!!

I love the Fitbit One. I love seeing how many steps in a day I can get.....or should get! Actually one day, I almost got 20,000 steps and the 20,000 badge! The most for me ever. Didn't do it that day but I will one day. And I love wearing it at night in the wrist band to see just how much quality sleep I am getting...or not getting! Helps 100 percent to know how to improve my health. So I wear it almost 24/7 !!! Can't imagine not having it now! What an awesome idea they came up with when they created this very helpful tool! I give it a 10 rating for sure!

I bought this the fitbit one at the recommendation of my wife who uses one. It was easy to set up on my iPhone and computer. The battery lasts more than a week between charges. It tracks all of my activity and sleep perfectly. It is very small and easy to conceal which is why I preferred it over the bracelet model. I paired mine with the "lose it!" I have also exercised regularly and watched what I ate. I felt it was getting harder to lose the "winter weight" I put on each year. With both applications I have lost 6 pounds in a little over a month just by tweaking things using this device and not having to do anything extreme.
