Sharp clarity, easy set up, well constructed camera

This is an awesome camera! The quality is great. I really like the audio feature!!

I was really hoping for great things from this product, based on its advertised offerings. However, the product doesn't live up to its hype. First, the temperature sensor is wildly wrong-- probably because it doesn't account for the battery that it is sitting on. Second, the audio intercom is horrible-- it lags and the audio is not crisp at all (at least compared to Dropcam, which has outstanding quality). Third, recording can't be turned on/off remotely-- you have to press a button on top of the camera to start recording. Fourth, the light indicating its status cannot be turned off. Fifth, the instructions for accessing cloud recordings are not clear. Sixth, it does not appear to continuously record-- rather, it records only motion. Seventh, I question the claim of HD-quality: I found the picture grainy compared to Dropcam. Bottom line: Get a Dropcam or GoPro Hero cam. I returned the camera to Best Buy.

The Fx was setup indoors to monitor for any unauthorized or unapproved entries. Setup was smooth. Performance appeared to be normal, but within a week or two the device began sending excessive, high frequency number of false alarms by email. Very annoying. Even set the threshold to the lowest, and no better. So, not one who has time to "play" with it or enter into phone calls with Service, I shut off the motion detection entirely. Now it's only a manual, remote controlled video cam.

Camera performs well. Very sensitive to noise. Sends multiple emails.

Works perfect and is a clear video. Recording for movement and sound.

If you're looking for a remote-viewer, this is a good one. The 2 free in-cloud days are also nice.

The software works from your phone. It doesn't allow you to enlarge and the intercom works when it feels like it.

Cons= need to be close to the router for wifi service

Real tough have dropped it 4 times and no damage comes with two mounts to mount in two places. You can see everything at night very surprising how good quality it is. I would recommend to all who want a great low light camera with a battery backup Bult-in

Video quality is great, RapidRecap is a nice feature. However, I had several problems with camera disconnecting from wifi and not reconnecting. Required rebooting camera to re-establish connection. Also can not get audio to work on Ipad, but works on Iphone, Technical Support has been good, but I feel like the camera has had many startup issues and maybe they are not all fixed yet. Feel like this camera is still in the Beta stage.

I purchased this to be placed in a room in my house, I had some issues setting it up and needed to do some deep research to locate a solution. I would recommend the company giving better instructions for setup and having a better method for customers to pull up information on the camera for solutions. The camera itself works good and does it's job, it how ever maxis out at 64GB SD card which in today's HD recording is not enough, I would recommend supporting at least 128GB of storage if not more. Another thing is that once the SD card is full it no longer records or notifies you that it's full, I feel that there should be an option to record contentiously with it just over writing old recording or at least have an option to notify you once the recording is full so that you may go in and delete the recording so that it may start up again.

That camera is great, awesome resolution and clarity, like other cameras. The differentiator is the RapidRecap, which allow you "see" all the movements together in 90 seconds chunks. Also offers a free cloud tier that make you have a affordable system, doing mix and match between free and paid plans.

Video quality very low expecially in low light. Sensors pick up the smallest sounds and movements resulting in too many alerts. The price is too much for the quality of video better off with a wired system and DVR.

Works well...very wide angle viewing. Woah it had a zoom though.

The camera is great for a non-pan/tilting one in that is has a 270 degree lens, however, the wifi connection drops in and out and it's located about 5 feet from my router/modem. Also, the intercom feature is spotty at best.

It was a really good camera. The only thing was that my husband and I expected more for such an expensive gadjet. Like at least auto movement. Even our baby monitor has that and it is just a summer set. Dont get me wrong I is a great product just not for me.

I tried different cameras and this one was the winner, it have better reception, you can used as a go pro, ok app, the only thing i didn't like it is the battery, it take forever to charge and don't last long

It's ok but not all i thought it would be, cool features are battery operated and condenses the day into a few mins to see all action captured
