We’ve only had for 30 days. So far so good. Easy set up after professional delivery. Purchased for 1/4 beef - perfect size with room to spare for my home grown stored raspberries. I did purchase freezer baskets to assist with organization. Only miss - it does not have a lock - which I knew - but would have preferred.

I read through all the other reviews before buying. Everyone was right. The size is great. I can keep everything organized and in view which was a problem with the chest style freezer. The green indicator light letting me know it is operating is very helpful and a peace of mind. All and all I am extremely happy with this product.

Bought this freezer to have extra storage for frozen foods..it's fantastic..just have it on medium temperature and it freezes so we'll.keeps items frozen well below minus 10 or more..it has 5 shelves that are big enough to store so much..I store tons of veggies and fruit and pizzas.and still haven't used all the shelves..I love the way it has a built in light and it's frost free.plus it's a upright .and you can organize all your frozens and be able to see what you have and use .and not having to dig in like those chest freezer..overall.this freezer is a winner..oh and it also has a light in bottom to let u know if u left the freezer open..it will beep ..how cool is that..it's not too bulky either..just the right size to store tons of things.

It is a nice appliance, the no-frost feature is worth every penny. It has plenty of room between the shelves which makes you easily use the dollar store baskets as a drawer. Also, the shelves on the door is very convenient for storing ice pops, flat bread,..etc. It has a nice feature when you don’t close the door properly, it keeps peeping a sound like alarm, it is not annoying but at the same time you can hear it from a good distance. Another cool feature that there is a light at the bottom, if there is anything wrong, it flashes red instead of green, I put it in the pictures. Also, there are levels for shelves so you can adjust to whatever height you want. Overall, I liked the product so much, and I definitely would recommend it to a friend.

I’ve had this freezer one month and at the 30-day mark, no complaints. I bought it to replace a small freezer that had to be defrosted a few times a year. It is housed comfortably in my garage, as was the other one. I love the added space and the frost-free operation. I hope this unit continues to operate at the same level years down the road as it has at the 30-day mark.

Love it, It is the perfect size for our needs. I was so tired having to dig around in old chest freezer. I am a Frigidaire fan...also have a stove and regular refrigerator. Once I got the freezer, I ordered wire baskets to organize the shelves (see photos). Now I know where things are and can see and grab them w/o freezing my fingers. The door can be set up to open from the right or the left depending on your needs. You just have to tell the delivery guy. Great delivery team by the way. Kudos for their efficiency, courtesy and professionalism.

On schedule delivery with no damage and setup with Excellent people. Good size, 13 cubic ft upright for easier access. Cooled down quickly and has now worked great for a couple weeks. I say was a good choice.

Never would have thought I'd get excited about buying a deep freeze. But I bought this to replace a 5 cu.ft chest freezer. (Which I hated digging through.) And without actually seeing it, I bought it online. I also wanted to make sure I got a frost-free unit and the sale price was better than the competition. Purchasing and delivery went very well, I might add. And after receiving I found it exceeded my expectations. The bins in the door are actually practical and hold a good amount of stuff. Love having shelves. It has a light and very well lit. No more digging. And it has an alarm on it if the door has been left open, for too long. Thought that was real nice. The only thing I had to do was reverse the door hinge to the opposite side. But it wasn't too difficult, as the door is relatively light.

Tons of space and has not had any frost buildup since plugging it in. Keeps fools frozen throught the entire freezer. Delivery crew was also very helpful and professional.

Sturdy. A quality build. Well engineered. Offers plenty of useable space. The panel at the rear of the compartment distributes the cooling evenly to all shelves and door racks. The interior light is bright and more useful than I realized. Love the green "power on" indicator light. At a quick glance you know the power is on and all is well. Attained desired temperature quickly and recovers fast after the door has been opened. Love the fact that I never ever have to defrost again.

The freezer arrived in good shape and worked right out of the box and was the simple, no frills freezer that I expected. It came down to temperature quickly and has kept our food frozen since we stocked it. As we have only had it for 3 weeks, I can't speak to it's long term dependability. The delivery crew from Best Buy would only get 1 Star, but I did not deduct anything for this as it would not be fair to the product. They did NOT remove all of the packaging, left trash on the ground in front of our entrance door, left non-recyclable packaging in our recycle bin instead of taking it with them and did not even plug the device in because the outlet was 2-prong instead of grounded. They asked for my signature while I was on a phone call, and didn't even tell me about this when I asked if there were any problems. I had an adapter in the drawer next to where I was sitting that I could have handed to them, but they could not be bothered to complete the installation and making sure that it worked by plugging it in.

Well, our last Frigidaire freezer lasted 30 years. We are hoping we can get, at least, 15 years out of this one. This will be our first frost free freezer. We loved our old Frigidaire manual defrost freezer. Size is different but we are getting used to it

So glad I purchased this model. The size is perfect for what I needed. The light on the inside is a must for a freezer and the frost-free feature will definitely come in handy! All-in-all a good value!!

I chose this larger upright freezer over the 7 cubic foot versions and am very happy with this purchase - there's easy access to everything in the freezer and the light is great for seeing what's inside. With all the shelves, including in the door, storage is abundant and convenient. I can literally 'grab and go', where our previous chest freezer required playing a game of Tetris every time I needed to get something out. It is new so we'll see how reliable it is in the longterm, but for the moment, I'd highly recommend this unit.

This item works great as a freezer. Kinda tired of deep chest freezers that make it immpossible to find what you are looking for. Then your fingers get cold from digging around for so long. It also has a pleasant green pathing light at bottom Beeps if left open too long

I've always wanted an upright freezer so i searched and found this beauty. I read the reviews and a few people said it was noisy and the light in the front by the floor bothered them Well it is so quiet and the light doesn't bother me at all. It's green but not bright. I love this freezer. It works great.

Love this freezer. Definitely an upgrade from my chest freezer. Just the right size and easy to store in my garage without taking up too much space.

This is the perfect freezer for us. We keep this in the back laundry room (also my office) and it is quiet and very spacious inside. We will need to start freezing more stuff now. And we got it for less than $600. Wonderful!!

Extremely happy with this deep freezer. It was hard to find one with wire shelves. We had a chest freezer, and we always picked meat from the top because it was just too much work to dig in the bottom. Everything can be easily seen, organized, and so much room. I was a little leery about buying a Frigidaire. We bought a refrigerator a while ago (not through Best Buy) and was very disappointed. Frigidaire has redeemed themselves.
