I am so pleased with how easy the settings are to use! It’s a pretty little thing and saves so much space but yet full size! This purchase was a smart decision.

worst service ever! machine delivered, people broke door to washer closet, ripped storage box right out of wall damaging dry wall, machine makes horrible noise when running, leaking water all over the floor, and can't get service for another week. left with water on floor and door falling off in kitchen. no one speaks English

Perfect for my lil Laundry space. Compact and still gets the big jobs done! Bonus! I no longer have to reach down to get clothes in and out of the dryer!

This Frigidaire "Laundry Center" - as these stacked washer/dryer are now called - performed better than expected. With the industry obsession about saving water, some high efficiency machines can be a nightmare to operate and figure out. Fortunately this machine is simple enough. The cycles are clearly marked and intuitive as well as the water levels and temperature settings. Easy DIY installation. Relatively quiet. Minor point for me, lack of fabric softener dispenser. I use sheets in the dryer instead. Also the "Normal" drying cycle seems to run longer than necessary with small loads. Overall I am very satisfied.

So far so good. Did 3 loads the first day. Have washed the king size duvet cover ad didnt spread out the weight, thebmachone made a stink about that. Great price for the size offered. Quiet! Delivery was easy.

Great washer and dryer. Perfect for my small condo but big enough for any job like sheets and comforters. Very quiet spinning and dries like a champ.

I like the laundry unit overall. I do wish it could be closer to the back wall. The vent tube from the dryer is the culprit. So it sits out 9 inches past my kitchen counter top. The washer tub is very deep. I am 5' 6" and have trouble reaching the last clothes in the tub.

This is a great washing unit. Overall, it's quiet. However, it is poorly assembled. Our first two delivered were defective. The first one had a broken dryer. The second had a broken water hose. The third arrived working, but the lid fell off. I was able to tighten it myself. I will say this third one is slightly louder than the first one delivered, washing-wise. We only purchased this one because it has the largest washer capacity over the other stacked units. If you have the space, order side-by-side units. Otherwise, this is great, but be prepared if your first delivery is not good. Best Buy has taken great care of us, though.

Bought for my sister to use in her brand new ADU which she gets to move into in a couple weeks. It's a great stackable washer/dryer setup. Sleek and compact yet the washer tub looks very large. Highly recommend.

Really pleased with this product. It is very quiet when in use. Love the small amount of space it takes up but still is same capacity as separate units

This has been the best purchase made all year! Absolutely love how quiet and efficient this unit is.

Live in an apt and this is a necessity to have. Renting one after a few years would cost the same as buying one. Just make sure there is 28” - 28.5” of width space to place it.

I bought this Frigidaire for a tenant back in July. It took a while to get the delivery due to apparent COVID delays. Unfortunately the dryer had a red lint warning light that went on, stopped any use of the dryer. Advised by Best Buy to clean the dryer duct line. The Landlord of the rental hired a duct cleaner, but the red light never went off. Even after unhooking the vent to the exhaust vent, the light goes on and the dryer won't even work. Ok, so returned it, and figured this same issue cannot happen again. Well after waiting again, the machines was delivered on 12/11, and my tenant immediately reported that the red lint light went on again, even with the vent not connected. Thank you Frigidaire, wasted 5 months and now Best Buy is picking the unit up, again. Not sure how much better the stacked GE or Whirlpool would be, they all feel like tin cans when you compare the quality 20 years ago.
