The product itself is amazing, I love how the photos turned out. However, the purchasing experience was horrible. I ordered it for pickup and I saw that my order arrived at the store through the tracking it provided me. But after a few days, it still says preparing for pickup. I livechatted with customer service and they told me that the order is at the store and just go to the store to have them take a look. I went to the store and asked about my order, but the worker came back and told me that my order was stolen and it came in a empty box. He told me to email online support because the store cannot reorder the product. But they didn't think to even inform me about the situation? Had I not go to the store and ask I would never even know what happened. I then went online and chatted with online support and told them about the situation. But guess what? They told me there's nothing they can do and the store is supposed to order it. They kept telling me to go back to the store while the store told me to contact support. No one was helping me and resolving the issue and no one could cancel the order or reorder the order. I ended up ordering the camera again to receive the product.

Good but kinda hard to use. Not for beginner camera,
