I'm sure my old ovens were fantastice when they were new, but by the time they were mine they had seen better days. So search for a long time, and finally found a double convection oven..with wi-fi capabilities, at a price that didnt break the bank. I love, love, love this oven...a total up grade

Love my new double oven, took a little while to get used to it, the oven temperature is accurate ( my old GE double oven was way past its time - it was 30 years old). Also had never experienced using a convection oven before and really impressed that it takes approximately 25% less time to cook than conventional, regular oven. It also has this really cool adjustable pull out shelf in the top oven. Have set up the WiFi app but have not used it yet. Didn’t think I would be excited able an appliance- but I am! Had to download the manual for specific instructions.

This oven is efficient and very easy to use in just a touch in the panel. It is very big capacity and cooks very well.

The GE double oven with convection on the top oven works great and really nice. Smart and modern in appearance and even heating, quick pre-heat. Had to wait a month for availability because it was on back order. The only issue is a one inch horigap at the top which I had pre-measured by Best-Buy. Now I need to source someone to finish off that gap.

We rate this @ 4.0 to 4.5 Stars. 27" GE double oven is very nice and sleek looking. The top stove is convection and also has a probe that connects for meets or turkey cooking. The heating element on the bottom is hidden and makes for easy cleaning. Wi-Fi connection to a phone app is nice to turn on/off both ovens and get notifications. The ovens are very quiet and well insulated and barely warm to the touch on the outside glass area when hot on the inside. However, the actual interior width is about a half inch too short to fit a full sized turkey pan we have that used to fit perfectly fine inside our old 20yr old Whirlpool 27" oven. It does fit at an angle inside the oven, so you can still cook the same sized turkey. If it had that extra half inch width and 1 more inch depth it would be awesome (however it has larger interior cooking size than most other 27 inch ovens). Also if the bottom oven had the same options as the top oven for convection and meat probe. One last minor thing is that it takes a little longer than our prior oven to heat up, however it heats up evenly and is much better insulated than our prior one, so I will take even accurate heat over a quick heated oven. The control panel is nice and display goes away when not in use and only displays the clock, but shows up if you need it or click in the area where touch controls are located. The inside oven racks are nice and slide out and are also removable if you need to remove them and have multiple levels of height adjustment which is nice. The doors open and stay at the angle you open them to. So we leave it cracked open once done to make use of the extra heat while it cools down when turned off, during the winter right now. We haven't had a chance to use the meat probe yet but plan to in next week or two for some different thick meats such as roasts and prime rib. So far we are quite happy with it and hope it lasts as long as the prior one did or longer. My wife and I and our kids enjoy the different types of cooking options you can do with it and are very pleased with it so far. Over all, this GE double oven is really nice and a great value for the money. We hope our review was helpful for you.

My wife makes Sourdough bread and the proofing feature on this comes in very handy. The pull out shelf on the upper oven makes handling large pots and containers much easier. I have connected the oven to my cell phone via the wi-fi feature which makes turning it on very easy from the upstairs master bed room. The first oven we received failed after 2 weeks but the Best buy people quickly replaced it without any hassel. Good Customer service.

excellent oven, cooks evenly, convection feature is really great use it as an airfryer and conventional use works well too.

Happy with the unit. Does everything and more. Cleaning is easy with the two different ways to do so.

I bought this oven to replace a JenAir double oven that had one convection oven and one traditional oven. I was really excited to read the online specifications on the Best Buy website that listed this oven as having two (2) convection ovens (upper and lower). That is the one feature that I really wanted and the reason I purchased this oven. Much to my surprise after it was installed I discovered that the oven ONLY HAS ONE CONVECTION OVEN (upper). The Best Buy Website specifications are INCORRECT. This is deceptive advertising. I confirmed this with the GE answer hotline. I'm hoping that Best Buy could resolve this matter with either another 27 inch oven that has two convection ovens, or some other proper compensation. I am very disappointed!

We’re very happy with this oven so far. The installation by the Best Buy team was on time and very professional. A small cabinet mod was required to fit it in (cabinet was not to GE spec) but they handled that well with a reasonable charge. The controls work perfectly well and the oven does everything advertised (note that the detailed description only says one of the two ovens is convection). The large window with good interior lighting is a huge improvement on our old oven. The controls display is more than adequate and functions well by touch. I considered the next model up, which has a lcd display but the reliability of that type of display, repair costs, higher first cost, and no other advantages that I could see brought me back to this model. The interior and racks seem to have a good coating. The one rack which has bearings is nice. Be careful about dimensions when choosing an oven. Our cabinet mods were really very minor but I’ve heard of people having real problems with other ovens.

Our sales rep, Justin Eres, was so helpful, really listening to our concerns and needs. He also came to our home for final measurements and recommended just what we needed to know about installation. Our space required the size and color of our older model, but it had most features that we'd want in any other new, larger model

This is a great oven with convection capacity. We had not had a new oven in over 17 years. All the cooking we have done since March and COVID we needed another one. The men that came to install it were very helpful and pleasant. They hauled our old oven to the curb and took care of that chore. Great experience overall, we love BESTBUY! Thank you!

THIS OVEN IS SO MUCH MORE MODERN THAN THE ONE WE HAD REPLACED. IT IS EASY TO USE AND VERY NICE LOOKING.

We had originally purchased a GE oven from a well-known home improvement place and after two years the oven through a F 97 error and then the trouble begin. Needless to say after a month of their service people coming out they decided to just replace it with a new oven however didn’t tell us that they weren’t going to install it after we had already paid to have this oven installed. After some back-and-forth and looking around we decided to go to Best Buy and see what they had and ended up more Pleased with the service in the installation that going forward we will buy all of our major appliances from Best Buy as opposed to any other home-improvement establishment

Nice, roomy, efficient and even heat - it did great through Thanksgiving and homemade pizza. Roll-out rack is very nice, adding another one (in lower oven) would be great. Takes a little thinking to learn the controls, but they're easy to track on the display once you set them. Wi-fi connection for the phone app (which notifies you when preheat is done, timer has expired, etc.) is pretty handy.
