We had some issues with the initial delivery of the dryer being delivered broken. So for over a week we had the washer, but no dryer. Everyone at Best Buy’s provided excellent customer service as far as apologizing and trying to get us rescheduled for delivery of a new dryer as soon as the next delivery could be made, but the fact that the dryer was delivered to us broken was a bummer. We were supposed to be hearing from the managers after the delivery but we haven’t heard from them yet. So far we like the dryer but I have had to add time to the cycles a few times because the clothes are still damp. It may have to do with the fact that the dryer uses steam on some of the cycles- and we will have to learn which cycles are best for what we are needing don but it’s a very nice dryer and it fluffs the towels for you, which was unexpected by nice! It’s very efficient, quiet and allows us to do more laundry in a much shorter amount of time. This dryer also has a wifi feature that I don’t need, but love that I have it! It sends messages a few minutes before the cycle ends, once I is completed and again 30 minutes after the cycle ends. So for someone like me who gets distracted working on other things and ends up forgetting clothes- that won’t be an issue. The app also allows you to start and stop the dryer. I also love the reminder features. This is a wonderful appliance so far. The only reason I gave it 4/5 stars was due to the delivery issues, but it’s helping my family stay caught up on laundry and that is what’s most important!

After reviewing several larger capacity washer and dryers and ended up purchasing the GE Power Steam dryer. This dryers efficiency took some getting use to.( my old one was 16th a old) It dries in a timely manner. I love the power steam dewrinkle mode to get out the tough wrinkles. I have yet to explore all the different drying features this has to offer. One of the perks is that it does connect with my phone to tell me when the laundry is done. I guess done are the days of forgetting laundry! Overall I am very happy with this purchase. It came in at a good price point for us for the features it had. We also went with the dark blue- which compliments our house.

We absolutely love this washer/dryer pair! we have had GE washers/dryers for almost 20 years now and I feel like they are the best out there. Reliable, efficient, and even pretty! GE for life! AND Best Buy had the best prices out there and were easy to work with for scheduling delivery. I am very pleased with them since we made the choice to upgrade from our older (15 years old) GE pair just to get some new features but I was scared to let them go but our new ones are fantastic and will be just as loved!

I’m enjoying my new washer and dryer! The tech features are great! I had no problems washing my comforters before storing them for summer. They washed and dryer perfectly by using the Bedding setting. I love how easy the settings are, as well. My only regret is that I thought I purchased the drawers instead of the pedestals. I still made it work. The washer and dryer are pretty quiet, too. I am happy with my purchase so far! The color is beautiful, too.

This dryer is great! Very quiet, lots of options for different cycles, and tons of space inside. Was a little expensive overall, I think there are better options if you’re on a tight budget, but it’s definitely good quality!

We love our new family member! Dries much faster than our old dryer, and the large capacity is great. Our only complaint is very minor. For some reason, the dryer doesn't like to stay connected to the GE mobile app, so the app will read that the dryer is off, when truly it is running. Buy it does what it needs to do, and it does that very well.

Works really well, dries pretty quickly and the app also notifies when it’s done drying and send a reminder after 30min. It’s pretty quiet and not noticeable when it’s on

Great dryer, love the color, match our design well

We love these machines! Bought the matching washer as well. Our towels came out so fluffy I was amazed! You can see in the photo, the same towels washed in our old set on the left, and the fluffy ones washed/dried in the new GE set. Love the features! The refresh cycle with steam is amazing at removing wrinkles. And I love getting a notification on my phone when the clothes are done!

Large capacity, Bluetooth and so many other options but most importantly it's BLUE. It's a great dryer.

As far as quality and durability these are the best options in the market. They clean welk and dry well. I was hoping with all of the microban coating and the vent technology that you wouldn’t have the front load smell but it still does, but because of those technologies it is MUCH easier to manage.

Me and my wife but these as s washer and dryer set, we were originally looking at a samsung set then seen these and we both really like them and so far these have been perfect and fit really good in our limited space since they are stackable only thing that we werent crazy about is the ultra vent cycle for drying the washer after a load since it runs off and on every 15 minutes for 8 hours but we just leave the door open instead so its really not that big of a deal. 10/10 would recommend!!

The dryer works well. It holds a lot of laundry. It comes out smelling nice. I get a text when it's complete Incase I'm not nearby to hear it finish. Im very satisfied with it.

Best washer and dryer set we have ever had. Love the sapphire blue, and the pedestals put it just at the right height.

Have had this dryer for about 3 weeks and it's been great so far. Like the stream to dewrinkle the loads that I can't get to right away and the alerts through the app are nice so I don't have to keep checking up on it to see if it's done. Only con for me is the buttons are super sensitive so if any part of you're body is within 6" it will activate a button so just double check your settings before hitting the start button. Best Buy delivery and set up were great, just wish they would've had the 7" pedestal's in stock with the set cuz now it says I can order but they won't install them which makes no sense at all that they can come in my house with the W/D to install but not the pedestal's???

We recently moved into our new home and our laundry room supported a stacked washer and dryer; something we weren't used to. After much research, we decided to go with GE. This dryer matched up to the washer we wanted so we just went with it. We've had it for three weeks now and it's been great. There are multiple settings to the laundry you're drying, the ability to integrate it with my phone which notifies me when the drying is done, and the size of the drum are just a few things we love about this product. Our previous dryer required two cycles to dry our sheets, this one (of course because it's new) dried them in half the time. So far, so good.

Runs quietly and dries very efficiently- the finish is a matte color - New York Yankees color

This is a great dryer, of course it goes with the matching washer. It also has a steaming function, as well as multiple other settings like timed drying or heavy bedding, as well as many others. It’s a great dryer.

I absolutely love my washer & dryer...It cleans my clothes very well...Very self explanatory to use
