Love this dish washer! I can't hear it at all. I used to have to always schedule my old LG DW to run at night, and it did a poor job cleaning (came with the house). This one, stellar cleaning. I didn't go with the lower priced GE due to the top rack with the 3 sets of wheels you have to use to adjust. I didn't think this one had adjustable top rack due to the 3rd rack up top but it does. And it adjusts up/down without having to remove it onto other wheels. The wifi connectivity is great, it performs great - and silently. It was worth the extra 300 bucks IMO.

We got this because our previous dishwasher was getting a little long in the tooth and was quite loud. We also like the additional features of the new unit such as the third draw and the bottle washer jets. This is a great unit. It is dead quiet. We’re glad we spent the extra money to get the 39 db vs the 42 db. The third draw is great for washing utensils and small ramekins freeing up space for the things on the second rack. Also, like the separate water jets for the silverware. My wife left some food on the dishes on the 2nd rack on purpose just to see if the they would come clean and they did. Very pleased with the purchase. Highly recommended.

Great product, super quiet,third appliance to my kitchen upgrade

Absolutely love this dishwasher! It’s super quiet and efficient. Really easy to use. The bottle jets are great. I love the feature if you only have a small load you can select to only wash the top rack or bottom rack to run a half load. The third rack is great. Connection to wifi was super easy and the app is nice to get alerts. App even keeps track of how many dishwashing pods you have remaining and let’s you know if your need more rinse aid. I do wish it had a door lock so it can’t be open while cycle is running but not that big of a deal because it shuts off when door is opened.

I ordered a dishwasher from Lowes only to have the delivery date pushed out multiple times. So I went on Bestbuy.com, bought this sight unseen due to the upcoming holidays, booked delivery and it arrived as promised. The unit is much quieter than our Bosch and has the 60 minute cycle I wanted. It cleans great and has a macerator to keep the gunk out of the drain. Even with the short cycle and the heated dry off, it dries everything. The bottle jets were also a nice bonus.

When I moved in January, I had my eye on this DW but it was out of stock all around town. I decided to look at BB again and it was well-priced AND immediately available. Best Buy included delivery, install, haul away in the price. This DW is SUPER QUIET. I have just run it 3 times now but it is SUPER quiet. It cleans well on the Light cycle. There is plenty of adjustment avaialble of the tines and racks. It has the third rack, which I used today for the first time. Also, it is a wifi smart DW so the app alerted to me when it was finished. Also, it dried plastic glasses well, something my previous GE dw did not do well. I am super HAPPY with this one!

I am now using PAPER PLATES to avoid breakage while awaiting part replacement. Lower Basket ROLLER FAILS CONSISTENTLY so the basket drops, tilts and jostles dishes violently, even with lightest load and even when corner (front left) is lifted slightly and basket pulled out S-L-O-W-L-Y. (If it were a car it would be a tire blow-out every 5 miles). RUNS very quiet. GOOD cleaning glasses and silverware. Love 3rd tray, but would have liked a simple "cancel" button... I won't really know how well it washes dishes until bottom basket can be fully and reliably loaded. *** Also GE no longer provides manuals so you have to go on GE's website to download & print one (using YOUR toner & paper) advertised as "environmental" but printer paper is actually worse for the environment than newsprint which uses only recycled material... and this roller failure promotes Paper Plates - eek! BESTBUY did their part, providing knowledgeable Sales Associate, good price, excellent payment options, timely and professional delivery/installation. Will amend review if replacement part remedies problem.

I truly had my doubts about how big a difference a new dishwasher could make but no more. This machine does an outstanding job in washing and drying. It even removed almost all of our flatware's spots from our lousy water. And, it is so quiet that at first I was very concerned that is was even running as it should. I installed the app and while it is well-written and easy, I just don't have much occasion to check my d/w via the Internet but who knows what I might need in the future. The install was easy and took me about 3 hours. About 45 minutes was spent trying to interpret the instructions for putting the insulation in at the front of the machine. I guess I got it right since it is so quiet. I don't write reviews of stuff very often, much less give 5 stars but this dishwasher is the real deal and worth every penny.

Used for 2 weeks, and so far so good. It is much quieter than expected. We sometimes forget it is running. The bottle washers work well. The integrated grinder is a must for our household. It is hard to find those in dishwashers today. My only complaint would be that to top lights are glaringly bright, making the words hard to read.

Very, very quiet. If it did not display a cleaning light you would not know it was running. Many deluxe features like bottle jets and a third rack. The bottle jets are great for cleaning tall pilsner glasses and wine glasses. I would definitely recommend this product. The one caveat is the wifi app is way too hard to set up. It is 2020 this should be super easy. GE should make is easy or not include wifi.

great dishwasher. Only complaint is that the door feels flimsy. All the dishes are clean and dry after each cycle. This machine isn't to loud and only again does an amazing job. I would highly recommend this dishwasher. It does a way better job than my Kitchen aid.

I can share the fact over the course of 5 months I have had 4 dishwashers. This unit by far is the most quiet, easy to use, and powerful cleaning unit we've experienced. The unit has several features for cleaning specific items like tall bottles, and dinner ware. The added bonus of hard food disposal built in make a huge difference for over all clean. Love this product.

This is an awesome dishwasher. It is the most quiet dishwasher I've ever owned. I really like the third rack and glassware and dishes get sparkling clean.

If you have a small house, this is a must: it's quieter than a church mouse. Third drawer up top for tongs and bigger utensils. Bottle jets work well for jam jars with small openings too. There's a reason it costs 4 figures--it's good! (some of the trim feels like they could've used better adhesive though)

We love this new dishwasher. I love that third rack allows us to free up space on the bottom rack by removing the silverware tray. It's SO quiet and cleans well. We are really happy with our purchase.

This dishwasher performs exactly as specified! It’s so quiet I can’t even tell it’s running except for that the display tells you it’s running and what stage of completion it’s on. Super great cleaning and spacious!

Excellent purchase so far! Incredibly quiet dishwasher, washes and dried well with no residues left on your dishes. The 3rd rack is a fantastic addition for your lids, spatulas, and other cooking utensils.

Wow. We spent the dough for a big reason...open concept noise from kitchen bothers us. We saw this is uber-quiet and gave it a chance. So far it is great. We do not even know it is running unless we read the display bar. Install was relatively easy. I am fairly good at install stuff and did get a bit confused with how the excess insulation was to be embedded into the sides and the bottom. It was a tight fit and was hard to keep in place when sliding it all back into under cabinet cavity. But we got it. The only gripe was the 90 degree elbow and the adjoining water hose. I bled a ton with little cuts all over my fingers and hands because it was nearly impossible to thread it together with such a tight area. Like, freaky tight and hard. Finally got it on and all is well...now.

Very quiet, love the top rack. Easy to use. Looks nice.
