The size of this washer has been a welcoming experience. My previous washer had 3.2 cubic feet and this one is way more and has easily cut down the number of wash loads per week. So many different modes on this washer and having fun experimenting with it on various clothes. The manual lists some suggested wash load but does not cover all the available modes. A major reason I got this washer is because of the ULTRAFRESH VENT System with ODORBLOCK. I have been using the ULTRAFRESH VENT after I am completed with my wash loads and it will quietly go through the Fresh Vent cycle. It usually last about 2 hours. I have noticed that when it is done with the fresh vent cycle the Microban inside the door and in the dispenser do not get completely dry. I am thinking it does not matter since they are treated with the Microban anyway. So far so good as everything smells fresh and wonderful. The Wifi features are nice to let me know the current status of the appliance. Also, the smart dispense simplifies washing even more as I just fill up the dispenser with 50 ounces of detergent and it automatically determines how much to add to the wash load. Overall I am very happy with the product and finding ways to get more out of it.

So far, we are pleased with our new GE Profile Smart Front Load Steam Washer. My wife likes the large capacity and easy front loading. We like the smart detergent dispenser as we can fill it up and scan the detergent bottle and the washer knows just how much detergent to dispense. We also like that the app sends me notifications to my phone when the detergent level is low and also lets me know when the wash cycle is done.

I would give more stars if I could.. I honestly would. This new 950 Series is everything. It is heavy great looking advanced features. I had no issues wtf the Smart HQ app everything showed up. Believe me when it was time for my clothes to wash and be done I wish this model would have came out sooner than none. Auto dispenser is great holds alot. GE promotes Tide but when you go into the app you scan whatever detergent you have and it comes up and adjust the washer accordingly.. Wow.. Abs cleans tremendously well. I am more than pleased and satisfied. Very well done designed and built.

This dryer is so worth it!!!!! The best appliance investment I’ve ever made. I love the conveinance of the app that you can download and connect to the dryer. I can delay start a load and even check the time left on the load if I don’t hear the alert go off that the load is done drying. I would NOT recommend installation with Best Buy, if you can avoid it do so, but the product is great. The service I received during the purchase was great.

Love my washer and dryer! Love that i add my detergent for about 40 washes and it reminds me when i have to refill! Wish it would do the same for the fabric softener.

Best washer I have ever had will recommend to any one

This washing machine has it all. Load sensing, auto-detergent dispensing automation, uses barely any water, etc. However, somewhere in there, it forgets to actually wash your clothes. We have been beyond disappointed in our household of 4 children in how this machine fails to remove even the most basic dirt and stains. The auto-dispensing function seems to dispense barely (if any) detergent, even when set to the "More" setting. The wash cycles use barely any water. I have opened the machine during mid-cycle to find the clothes barely wet. Maybe it relies on the new revolutionary technology of hopes and dreams. Who knows? But without water, how does one expect it to wash clothes? This will be the first and only appliance we'll be returning in our lifetime. Somewhere amongst all the techo wizardry, it fails to do the most elementary task - wash your clothes. But don't worry, it has Wi-Fi, so you'll be notified on your phone when your clothes are dirty.

Been holding off creating a review until having owned it for a bit. The washer itself is great. It is quiet and has great washing options. Cons- at times it will randomly turn off when doing a cycle. There is no power outages or anything that could cause this. If the issue happens more, we will definitely contact the manufacturer. Secondly, I get why people say the dispenser tray gets very moldy. Once a cycle is complete, if you slide the dispenser open it retains a decent amount of water. I realized this when I was going to load another round of clothes. Once I slid the dispenser tray open, a bunch of water spewed out, and fell out and dripped into the washer drum area. My boyfriend and I were surprised this kept happening and checked to make sure the washer was leveled and it was. It definitely is a design issue, but to alleviate the problem and avoid mold, we just slide the tray open every time a cycle is done to ensure that remaining water drains out. Pro - it does what it’s supposed to do. It washed stains out of older clothes we used to wash in our old top loader whirlpool Cabrio washer. We were surprised because we thought they were a lost cause. It cleans extremely well. The app also has flaws, it notifies you at times when a wash is done and other times it decides not to. It has a mind of its own. It is a first world problem and doesn’t affect the performance of the washer itself considering being notified is a nice touch. I just go check to realize it finished and load and chose not to tell me haha. Overall it is a phenomenal washer, but should the above problems become a serious issue I will definitely be contact the manufacturer. Ideally I should considering anything over $1.3k deserves excellent performance out of the box, but we’ll see.

Definitely a quality washer. Clothes come out a lot fresher. Can fit a king size comforter. The ultrafresh vent works as advertised. Nothing wrong yet, but do wish the warranty would cover the electronic components longer than just a year.

Really high quality machine. Does not shake or vibrate on any setting. Has a smart ability to get notifications when loads are done. The app itself and setup are a little cumbersome but nothing too difficult. The notifications are needed because the end if cycle chime is really low even on highest setting. As far as function goes this is the machine you want to buy. Skip on cheaper models from other brands on sale this is definitely worth the extra expense. We returned multiple other brands that shook out of the box. Even at 500 more im totally happy with this machine.
