There are enough settings so that any load can be adjusted however you need. There isn’t a setting that defaults to cold; so that is something a bit aggravating but it’s easy to switch. The spin options are great and it knocks a good amount of dog hair out. The actual detergent dispenser seems a bit poorly made but over all it’s been a good since we got it two weeks ago; probably 50 loads

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The washing machine was more than what we needed didn't realize till we got it home almost on the edge of saying it's industrial but very nice looking and just couldn't get it to fill up with water all the way and that's probably because I'm not an expert at installing them but I believe the machine even though I returned it we'll make somebody happy that they can figure out how to work it correctly and especially if you have a lot of clothes let me tell you that great on the capacity that it holds we got ourselves kenmore's now may not look brand new but let me tell you sometimes the old ones are still the goodies good luck in your shopping and hopefully whatever machine you buy treats you well as long as you treat it well

Auto balance is a plus since we wash a lot of blankets. We chose the impeller option for that reason and laundry cleaned very well. Great choice for us.

Praying Ill get the Dryer one day. Grandparents raising grandkids and I love It. Noone will operate this beautiful Washer only myself. Yall need to get one its Wonderful. I’ve only had it 3 months however It’s quiet, efficient, and surprisingly fast. Clothes come out clean, fresh, and well-spun—cutting down on drying time too. I love the variety of wash cycles, especially the quick wash and delicate settings. It has WI-FI and allows me to use with my phone!! The digital display is easy to use, and the machine feels sturdy and well-built. It also uses water and energy efficiently, which is a big plus. Everything about it is great. We got it delivered and set up. The delivery guys explained everything and answered all the questions that my wife had. Great choice getting this from Best Buy

The amount of clothes that I can fit in here or for that matter blankets, is a dream come true! My husband works in the medical field so the pile up of scrubs it rather large and this washer can fit them all without compromising the wash cycle. The only thing I can say negatively is the noise - thankfully we have a door on our laundry room.

Did not know if I would like the plate instead of the agitator but if you take your time in loading it works just as good. Sanitize cycle is much faster than my old front load. It’s quieter than my old washer also which is a plus.
