The washer doesn't dispense enough water unless you use the more water option. You can't set this option as a default , which means you have to remember to set it every time you wash a load.

    Design flaw

The whole idea of this machine is to make thing easier as a 2 in 1, single tub and cycle for washing and drying. Well, there is a flaw in the design - the lint cannot blow into the filter, and constantly gets backed up within the machine. You can clean the filter after every load (as we do), and it won't matter. There is a flaw in the design of the airflow and filter location. The lint backs up (to where a user can't reach it - the entire unit has to be disassembled to get to it), and clothes will no longer dry. Even after 7 hours of a drying cycle. Our unit is about 18 months old, and we have had technicians out 4 times (waiting on a 5th). So after the first year or so, expect to require a tech visit every 3 months or so just to keep the machine working. For a machine this expensive, specifically marketed as making things easier - it does not. Avoid this unit at all costs.
