Required if stacking but not really usefull
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Some installers will not stack your washer dryer combo without this. It is supposed to stop the dryer from vibrating off the washer however you could achieve the same effect with non-skid pads for cheaper depending. I think it is quite flimsy but I had to get it because i'm stacking. You may not have the option to NOT get it.
