Not Worth the Money! 10 months IN..

It spends more time broken than working. The racks fall over with items in it. The buttons are way too sensitive. While it generally cleans well however, it doesn't really hold a lot of dishes. I have had it almost a year and it is totally not worth the $$. I really thought that I had finally found a good dishwasher that would hold up. I do like the garbage disposal in it as my children don't always get everything off. I really enjoy the heated dry as it gets the dishes dry as long as you remem er your rinse aid.

Even at that time, there was an installation problem from BestBuy that flooded and damaged the floor. Called the service person he says this model has issues with the touchpanel he has seen a lot of times said bad design may be. Waiting to see how much it will cost.

Not only is the very poor design a terrible fit for dishes, after only 6 months of once-per-week usage, it required a service call. First attempt to run it after the service call it failed exactly the same way; fills, does nothing, then drains. Do not buy this appliance! Also, there is no inside light as specified in the description.

Failed after just over 3 years - not durable

Purchased a 3 year warranty from Bestbuy and it failed about 3 months after the warranty expired. Repairman said it needed a new circuit board for $450. The door is also cheaply made. A plastic chrome trim piece at the top came off within the last year as well. Can't recommend this one.

Don't Buy This.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We bought this machine in January 2020, as an upgrade, expecting it to last. It did not. We have had repair people out three times in two years, most recently for water leaking on the right side. We tried the youtube fix (clean the rubber seal), but it didn't work. Repairperson came and told us the cleaning mechanism was completely shot. He also let us know that this has two control panels, one on the bottom and one on the top, and that design makes it very susceptible to breakdowns. The fix would have cost near as much as the dishwasher. So we did what the repairperson told us: buy a Bosch with front controls, bc those will last 15 years, whereas GE, LG, etc, look fancy but are designed to fail.
