I cannot even tell you what a fiasco this dishwasher caused. The start button quit working. Had the techs come and found out there was a short in one of the circuit boards. Instead of trying to figure out which one was the culprit, they ordered all 3 to replace. GE took over 3 months to send the parts. So when I called The techs to come install, I was told I now had to go thru GE. I called them, arranged to have someone come out to fix it. Well no one showed. This happened 3-4 more times over the course of 6 months (now keep in mind I’d already been waiting 5 months by the time the parts got here). So now I’m into the 11th month of having this dishwasher and the warranty has 1 month left and still no working dishwasher. Fed up, I finally called Best Buy and explained the entire situation and within a week, I had a brand new dishwasher. Kudos to Best Buy for resolving this issue when GE refused to help. After experiencing what I have with GE, I will NEVER purchase another one of their appliances. This ordeal has soured me completely toward them and their crappy customer service. Buyers beware! As long as your appliance is working, everything will be great.But if you have to deal with GE directly, be prepared to be put off for months and months, being lied to about supposed tech appointments, and to deal with very unreasonable management decisions when it comes to a faulty product. Also, my purchase date on this dishwasher was 9/27/19. Issue resolved 8/31/20.

The Dishwasher is fine, the installation was terrible. The installers left the dishwasher sticking out from under the cabinet 3 inches with a 2 inch gap on top. You can see the top of the dishwasher. Not pretty. Secondly the installers placed large wood screws to hold the dishwasher in place, unfortunately they did not pre drill and the 1" wood trim they put the screw into split. At least they did this on both sides so now the splits match.

I had this dishwasher installed on July 14 (waited 2.5 months to get it). It is so touchy that you cannot even lean against it and it comes on. Now the upper and lower button will only turn the lower portion on. I would NEVER have bought this it is the worst dishwasher - I am very disappointed with it. When I called Best Buy to try to set an apt to come out and look at it to fix it THEY WOULD NOT HELP ME. they told me there were no representatives, bla bla bla I was on hold for over 1 hour waiting for a representative and it disconnected me. I will be going into the store tomorrow to complain but PLEASE this dishwasher may wash and clean well but the controls are junk. Also, it does not have a rinse cycle like may westinghouse. I will up date the after talking to the local store but if they cannot fix it I am returning it

Not Best Buys fault, dishwasher was defected from GE. Bad seal in top of dishwasher and leaked out the back. Best Buy gave no problems with me returning it. Thanks Best Buy

front controls are super sensitive, will react to merely brushing your closing against the control panel. At just under the two-year mark with this machine, and it has begun leaking from the bottom of the door.

This is bar none not only the worst dishwasher I've ever owned, but the worst appliance! It's so cheaply made, the front door bends like a rubber band. The bottom rack constantly comes off the track and the wheels fall off. I've broken many dishes just trying to pull the bottom rack out. It is also very loud, takes forever to go through a cycle (dishes still come out dirty and they don't ever get dried) and the entire interior has rusted in less than one year. The rubber seals are so thin and poorly attached that the constantly leak water. This is a builder quality less than entry level dishwasher not worth 6 cents, let alone 6 hundred dollars. Pure JUNK!
