Ok I already got Aero 16 same specs 12700h 3070ti 2tb ssd oled 60hz . This 17 ran hotter than 16 about 10 degress C. Both have cooling pad. I used same nvidia driver ver, same graphic settings and idk why this aero 17 give less 10% to 20% fps monitoring by afterburner (keep in mind aero 17 has ddr5). The screen only look nice and bright when HDR is ON. Without HDR it looks dim like 300 nits laptop screen. Come on Gigabyte 300 nits brightness on a mini Led screen is unacceptable!

Epic PC, period! The OS is garbage but very, very managable! They have to fix the OS anyway because too many people bought this PC. Just be sure to get a very good AV! This peice of hardware is EPIC! Plus, i added 32 gigs of ram (max) and two, 2 terabyte M.2’s @7.3 r/w terabyte transfer rate (max speed for M.2). It runs like a dream!

The laptop itself feels quite premium. However, there seem to be so many issues with the software and hardware of this laptop. Oddly enough, halft of the screen has true colors, and the other half shows different colors. It’s quite dissapointing for a 3k laptop, will return mine.

Everything is wonderful, but mine did not come with 2 TB SSD, only 1. I will be returning it soon and exchanging it for the proper machine. Hopefully Best Buy and Gigabyte can get it right this time, because I do like it, it's just not what I paid for.

I bought this unit in October 2022. In Februrary of 2023 the keyboard stopped working. I sent it back to Gigabyte for repairs, and it took a few months for them to send it back to me. I had to pay for the shipping back which was odd. I think the keyboard failed because of the amount of heat this unit creates. They sent it back, and the keyboard worked for a while, then it began to stop working again. I simply bought a cheap thin wireless keyboard to sit on top of my laptop. Mind you, I paid nearly $2,000 for this machine, a sum that was actually at a large discount from the original cost. Fast forward to the end of December 2023, the unit one day shuts down and will not boot back up. I am still working with Gigabyte to see if any good grace warranty will be honored. Moving forward I am going to avoid anything Gigabyte completely. This strikes me as a company issue.

Keys stick together. Screen completely stopped working after 4 months. Cant connect wireless bluetooth xbox comtroller to it.

While this laptop has a nice deisgn and good speficiations, I have had lots of issues with it breaking. I had one where the keyboard went out intermittently, then completely. Then the screen went out intermittently and I got a refund after 6 months from geek squad damage and gigabyte warranty. I then got a second, identical laptop and it broke the same way.

This product was with a discount was only offered by Bestbuy. I always wanted a 4K screen with enough juice to do my cad work and office work, this Aero 17 fits all my needs perfectly. I picked up the laptop at the store on time. No delays or hiccups.

Post purchase off to good operational start because after laptop delivered had GS setup, added RAM and ensured drivers and potential software issue rectified. Machine does run warmer than normal. The overall performance is what expected for this machine’s specs, love it to date.

I had bought two of these (I exchanged one for another) hoping I wouldn’t have the same software and hardware issues but I did. Either I could barely do anything on the laptop or the screen kept blacking out when gaming. On a positive note I loved the keyboard, screen size, and the feel of the laptop.

The laptop fans are very loud and high-pitched, they will not stop ever, I changed all the settings trying to find a way to keep the fans quiet but they will turn on as soon as I start even light web browsing. I will be returning it when I get some free time

Would love to have a working version! Unfortunately I had to send mine back.

Laptoo has been working flawlessly for me. As an avid photographer and graphic designer, I need a machine that can take whatever I throw at it, this computer passes that test. So far not overheating during long gaming hrs. Highly recommend for designer ot gamer.
