    I love the GoFit Wrist and Forearm Blaster. The padding is real comfortable and the cord is long enough to reach the floor. Seems strong enough to handle weights. This really gives my forearm a nice burn. I use it all the time.

    This item is perfect for forearm and wrist strengthening. I would suggest 2.5 - 5 lb weight plates to start.
