    Missing menu and label in the box

    When I unboxed it the first time, the menu and label (for wiring) were missing in the box. During the installation, you cannot use Google Home but Nest own app -- which keeps telling me I cannot open the Google login URL on my Andriod phone (ridiculous!). Anyway, I am still trying to set up the thermostats. If I fails, I will return it.

This is not the initial experience we want you to have with the device.     Don't ever buy refurbished from Best Buy. This is the second item we received that does not work. We returned an apple watch a couple months ago because half the parts were missing from the box when we received it and the watch was scratched. Unfortunately, we weren't able to hook this NEST up immediately to our basement HVAC after receiving it and now we can't return it. It will not connect to the app and is pretty much just a really expensive old thermostat with non of the wifi capabilities. I've bought refurbished many times before with no problems. Never again will I buy anything but NEW at Best Buy.

    If I could give zero stars I would. Upon arrival the item was missing several parts that made it completely useless. I had to just return it and get my money make. In hindsight maybe just pay the full price for the item then get a refurbished one.
