It's a great product to help you monitor your home energy expenses. It's easy to use and set up. I picked one up and love using it. Worth the purchase and looks good on the wall when you have it installed. Comes with eveything you need for easy self installation.

Very easy to install and looks great on the wall. The app is very easy to use.

Works exactly as expected. Installation was not as difficult as I thought it would be. I plan on expanding it's capabilities by purchasing additional thermometers so the system can better relate the temperature throughout the house

Overall: Great thermostat! It does a great job of adapting to your changes while still keeping your initial scheduling at its core. It looks sleek and modern but doesn't feel too "techy" to turn away non-techy users. The setup was pretty straightforward and connects well to my Google Home setup. Minor setback: It came without any initial battery charge and it took about 4 hours to charge up to a point of fully working and connecting to other devices like wi-fi. Be ready for this just in case.

It took some time to get the wiring figured out for this thermostat but it was worth it. It says in the product description that it is a Learning thermostat. It has learned and continues to learn the way I like it in the house and adjusts it automatically. For a while I have not had to touch the thermostat and kind of forget that it's there which is one less thing that I have to worry about.

Its about as plug and play as you can get. Easy to install and now i can control the temp of the entire house from my phone.

Overall, I love my nest. I recently purchased my second house, and after having a nest in my first house, this was one of the first upgrades we made. There has been an immediate change in how our house is kept to an appropriate temperature and have already seen improvements in our bill as well. 100% recommend.

I do wish that the learning variant of the thermostat was a little more affordable, but the features you get justify it in the end. Learning is handy if your preferences change over time. You never have to touch the schedule if you want. My favorite feature that isn't available is less expensive model however, is the estimated time to setting. When you adjust the thermostat it will give an estimate as to when the setting will be reached. Love it.

My first one was defective or something it was hard to enjoy the benefits It kept wanting to recharge...as soon as I got the new one it was amazing Haven't had any issues I can preset it and manage thru my phone. I also put a pin lock on it so those who don't pay my bill can't touch my thermostat :)

This has a mind of its own and that’s no good because it’s interface doesn’t respect the programming you create, which will cost you because it often runs the units without your authorization. I really love Nest because it’s so easy to use with their app, but Google is eliminating the Nest app. to replace it with Google Home and that’s a nightmare. It’s like going from am iPhone to a Droid.

I really like this thermostat very easy install good instructions. What I didn’t like is that it doesn’t integrate with SmartThings very well you can still control the thermostat but very basic. Also I have a harmony remote once it integrated with it but unfortunately once nest went with google it has became incompatible.

These worked. Although I still have 1 to install. Beware, you must charge these before installing, especially refurbished units. After talking to Nest tech that was a big issue. At least 30 minutes.

So far, the quality is good and help me to monitor temperature. I really like to ECO mode which automatically turns off when I am away.

Refurbished item had all the accessories and worked fine. The box was a bit beat up with writing and tape on it but that has no effect on the item itself.

Operates like-new despite being refurbished. Functions correctly in my home.
