If you're using an Android device and are experiencing low volume on both earbuds, you can enable "Media Volume Sync" by going to your device's settings. From settings, go to Connections and then Bluetooth and then Advanced and then turn "Media volume sync" on.

Your Pixel Buds are pre-attached with medium eartips and come with small and large ear tips so that you can improve your fit. Ears are unique so your left ear may be different from your right ear. A tight seal gives you better sound and mic performance. If you are not getting the audio or call quality you expect, try larger eartips. To swap eartips, pull the attached ear tip off and press the other ear tip onto the earbud until you feel a light snap. Gently pull on the eartip to ensure that it's properly attached.

You can also try adjusting bass within the EQ settings. With Custom Equalizer (EQ), you can use sliders to adjust five different frequency bands and save your preferred settings. You can also choose one of the presets, like "Heavy bass" as a starting point. These settings do not apply to phone call audio. We recommend using the Eartip Seal Check to check the quality of your ear tip seal and get the best possible sound:
- On a Pixel phone with Android 10+: Go to your phone’s Settings and then Connected devices and then Pixel Bud's settings Settings.
